It's true that while Manchester City had Guardiola as manager, it would have been difficult for Arsenal to achieve anything; we saw that for several seasons. Now that Guardiola has left Manchester City, Arsenal could win the Premier League again, which would be a great achievement, and I believe that unlike last season when they won it with great difficulty, this season it could be easier. But that will depend on how Liverpool and Manchester United perform this season. Speaking of Arsenal, they made formal contact to sign Bruno Guimarães and were willing to pay £55m, but it was rejected by Newcastle. Guardiola and Manchester City were a lethal combo in the Premier League, still needs to understand Liverpool and Arsenal won their respective titles in his presence, while now he is already out of Manchester City. Things are looking well balanced for having a win at the top. Arsenal, Manchester City, and Manchester United are going to be neck and neck for the coming season, even though things are not easy to predict. They still can do well due to their squad's depth and good combination, which allows them to stay at the top in the last season. The Champions League is always not easy to predict because here things are never on the same level; teams have extraordinary performances to keep themselves on the winning podium.

The fact is that, any club that finds themselves in the finals should take proper advantage of it and make sure they win the finals because it might be once in a while thing since, we have many strong clubs aiming to win the Champions League from season to season. Arsenal had their best shot last season but they gat less bullet in their gun to murder PSG in the penalty shootout.
Sure and if you failed to take the advantage you get in the final your opponent will take it and achieve the trophy. And that want happens against arsenal and PSG. Artete have get the opportunity to win the trophy but he fail to control the club and unfortunately PSG get the opportunity to get penalties shootout. Artete have learn is mistake and he won’t try to hurt is self next season. Many people have be thinking that arsenal will win the champions league but they just secure the league title and they do well too. Next season they will prepare and win the both the league and champions league if they can do there best more then last season.

Without signing more players Arsenal will not be better than last season. Arsenal performance was not consistent last season, they lost form at the end of the season, which is why they need to make more signings and prepare for the next season, instead of relying on the same players they used last season. If Manchester United performance was strong from the start of the as they were under Carrick, they would have prevented Arsenal from winning the league.
Manchester City is busy in the market signing players, despite the World Cup that is going on, and Arsenal is yet to make any signings. There’s a rumor that they will sign Bruno Guimaraes from Newcastle, he’s going to be a good signing for Arsenal. I hope they sign a striker too because that the only position they need to go for every trophy next season.
Yes, Arsenal need to sign some players to strengthen their team so they can have a better season. But we can't fully conclude that if Arsenal do not sign new players, they will not perform better than last season. Arsenal still have great players, and if Arteta changes his defensive pattern, they could have a much better season than they did last year.In my own view, it was Arsenal defensive pattern that affected their performances last season and they didn't remain consistent especially toward end of season as they always need goals but they were not getting goals like that because attacker was weak to attack as expected. if Manchester United performances strong from the beginning of the season, It is also possible that if Manchester United had not maintained that serious form throughout the season, and if they did ,Arsenal would have been even more determined and focused more they were last season. Manchester City have already started signing players, but that doesn't mean Arsenal will not sign anyone or sign more than them . Arsenal may have their own reasons for not making signings yet. They could be observing some players at the Club World Cup before making their decisions. So, let's stay calm. Arsenal will definitely sign players and hopefully the most important ones the team needs.

Not every star player would be willing to play for them and if they need any player, it would be an outstanding attacker. How many are there available? I think this is where the real problem is. If you look at the other teams that are playing for titles, they have offensive players like Haaland or Mbappe, but those are never available on the market. They can only go for a more or less risky transfer and hope that it turns out they made the right choice at the right time, but there is no guarantee. Those who are a guarantee are usually not up for sale.

I'm really glad Arsenal didn't get to win the UCL last season because then I wouldn't have any strong grounds to downplay Arsenal and their fans. Arsenal had the easier path in the knockout to win last season. I hope it won't be the same thing in the forth champions league season. All of you that keep tipping Arsenal to do well next season should know that it is incredibly hard to go to back to back Champions league league finals and that's if they don't get a difficult knockout bracket.

A lot of rival fans are really glad Arsenal didn’t win the champions league, they would have done a double, they would have won the champions league and the premier league, that will be a total heart break for rival fans. Next season it will definitely be hard to say arsenal will win the champions league but of course it is very okay for their fans to have that believe. We now see a lot of teams now preparing to have a good next season, so I think it will be kinda hard to see arsenal in season season champions league final. It football and nothing is certain, so all we have to do is just wait and see what happens next season.

For me I see no reason to downplay them because they didn't end the season without achieving anything, they won the premier league title which was very difficult competing with teams like City and other teams that were Also aiming to win the trophy as well. A lot of football fans were really happy that arsenal didn't win the champions league cause they would have been rubbing it in people's faces.

A lot of football fans were really happy that arsenal didn't win the champions league cause they would have been rubbing it in people's faces. Well a big part of the truth is that many of the other teams were just bad. Of course Arsenal did a great job and had by far the best defense in the league, which was a big plus for them in the competition for the title, but teams like Manchester City or Liverpool were not in great shape. If they are, I doubt that Arsenal has good chances to win the title again. As long as all those other teams struggle, Arsenal can benefit from it, but if you look back at those record breaking seasons that Liverpool and Manchester City played a few years ago, I doubt that Arsenal could ever reach that level and finish with the overall victory.

The key to their success is time, give enough time and they keep getting better. Arteta so far finished 8th and 8th and 5th and 2nd and 2nd and 2nd and then first place.
As you can see, they improved but very slowly because they were given enough time. Now that he reached the finals at UCL, next stop is winning it and while they may not win it this year too, they will keep at it until they do finally end up winning it. I am sure, if they keep Arteta in charge, in five years max, they will get an UCL too.
It's not wrong to keep him for 5 years if they want, they have the right, they've been doing very well and have improved a lot, but I've insisted a lot on something, Arsenal has to improve a lot in terms of their way of winning, they're not consistent and that's what will make Arsenal a much more consistent team, that can give us stability for the team, the Premier League is always very competitive, Arsenal is very good and if they improve that, wow.

Why do you sound so pessimistic about Arsenal without focusing on promoting your team to win as the favorites. I suppose you have a team you are supporting. Is it not better if you just wish them well and allow Arsenal to breathe. The level Arsenal got to in the last season was not what you will call a mere luck or chance, it is something they worked out to get. It is something I respect them for and I give the credit to him it's deserves and it is none other than the manager and the players too.

When teams like PSG and Bayern Munich exists, there is a big chance that we are not going to see Arsenal end up winning anything. We should not be considering this as something that will change for the long term because Arsenal is not the best team and I would not even put them at top three for now, but if I had to, they are third best team at the very best case. ...
I think a lot of people will be offended by what you said, because from what I've seen, there are more Arsenal fans here who believe Arsenal is the best club and deserves to win the Champions League. But they can't see the fact that Arsenal isn't at the level to win the Champions League yet, because they tend to play safe and lack strategy. What they rely on is only their defense, which is not possible if you want to play in the Champions League. If they want to target the Champions League, then they have to be different, as you said, by making some transfers and changing their approach. Otherwise, they will just continue to be runners-up.

In my perspective When clubs like PSG and Bayern Munich exist, it's unlikely that Arsenal will win anything. We should not view this as something that will change in the long run because Arsenal is not the best team, and I would not even rank them in the top three for the time being, but if I had to, they are the third best team in the best-case scenario. It means that the chances of them winning UCL are slim so far, and I doubt it will happen; we should leave it be. I believe we should focus on how they can adapt and be different; they should focus on how to achieve better long-term results by making some transfers so Arsenal can improve and outperform those two teams; otherwise, it will not work.

That is an exaggeration in my opinion. It is not like it is easy for PSG or Bayern Munich to win the Champions League. It is a fact that Bayern Munich hasn't won it in many years and PSG could have lost the penalty shootout and nobody would be talking the same way about them. PSG is the better team, I agree with that, and yet they were not able to beat Arsenal in regular time. I think this is a particularity of the competition. Especially in two legs, an underdog team is still able to knockout a favorite. And that holds even more true in a final when it is all about the single 90 minutes or overtime. One lucky shot or a header after a corner or a free kick and a favorite team like PSG is behind. This year final was the best example for that. If PSG was far superior, there wouldn't have been penalties. There is still a gap between Arsenal and PSG, but it is not as big as it seems on single occasions. If they were to play in the same league, I would bet on PSG winning the title anytime. But in single matches Arsenal still has a chance to get a lucky win.
