100m was just an expected money that could be earned by MU. However, the final figure about how much will earn by MU totally depend on how far they can go in UCL. If they're leaving from there early, it's impossible to record 100m income from UCL.

AFAIK, the two of them get along just fine and don't have any personal issues with each other. If you're referring to a problem, it's not about them having a bad relationship, it's about the challenge of building chemistry between them on the pitch. Just look at how Vinicius has assisted Mbappe on several occasions, and they've celebrated goals together as well.

Let's leave Anceloti out of the picture, he has done what he need to do. He doesn't need to be blame for the dropped in the players performance. I believe he would have told them that he want to make some crucial changes but the club management didn't allow and since he had one season left with the team, he just did his time and left.
