For Real Madrid not winning anything for the past two seasons doesn't mean they lack players, they actually got what it takes to win both the Spanish La Liga and the UEFA Champions League combined, but they failed to because of their differences in the club, like they are not well coordinated, they don't play as a team that is the major reason they haven't won anything in the last few seasons, but I'm trusting on Jose Mourinho to put things to place this time and I'm expecting them to lift either of the two major trophies.
Indeed, if you look at the Real Madrid squad, they certainly had what it took to win two trophies at the time. However, that was due to a lack of balance in the game, essentially a lack of teamwork, and, in my opinion, inadequate defense, which ultimately led to Real Madrid consistently conceding goals. But we'll see what happens in the future Mourinho seems like the right coach for Real Madrid because he has previous experience managing Real Madrid. However, it certainly won't be easy for Real Madrid to win trophies, as Barcelona has always been a barrier to them. Now, Mourinho must overcome Hansi Flick's strategy, and that certainly won't be easy. Now, I can't wait to watch the La Liga matches and want to see the strengths of Real Madrid and Barcelona in the coming season. But what is certain is that in the Champions League, Mourinho will have to work extra hard on his strategy because the competition is fiercer, and strong teams like psg and arsenal will certainly be obstacles for Real Madrid to win trophies. We'll see what happens to Real Madrid in the Champions League

We defeated Sturm Graz in the second leg as well and advanced to the play-off round. Thanks to this play-off round, the Champions League anthem will be heard in Kadıköy, Istanbul, after a long hiatus. It is a piece of music we have yearned for for years 😔
Our opponent is Lyon. We have faced Lyon in the past, and they clearly demonstrated their superiority on those occasions.
Lyon is not the force they once were this year; the club has been grappling with financial crises since last season. They remain a strong team, but this time around, Fenerbahçe is playing good football too.
I believe we will get past Lyon this year and qualify for the Champions League. Even if we don't, the UEFA Europa League would actually be better for us, because our primary and most important goal is winning the Turkish league title.

I followed the Fenerbahçe match because a Turkish team was involved, and our representative advanced to the next round. Among the other fixtures, I also watched the game between NEC Nijmegen and Olympiacos. I had expected Olympiacos to advance comfortably, but they were eliminated yesterday. They took a 1-0 lead in the final minute of the first half, but conceded a goal in the 70th minute of the second half. That in itself wasn't a disaster, but Fortounis received a red card following a VAR review. This card disrupted the team's system; Olympiacos ultimately lost the match 2-1 in extra time and bowed out of the competition.
In my opinion, this was one of the surprise results of the round; the team that won the UEFA Europa League two years ago has been eliminated. If they don't get off to a good start in the league and suffer consecutive dropped points, they will likely part ways with manager Mendilibar.

We'll see what happens to Real Madrid in the Champions League Everyday, football is growing and so many teams are building and rising up to challenges. It's is never where is was. Football can never be as easy as it was with real Madrid or with any other team. If real Madrid don't fiercely, they will still fall short to other teams. PSG who won the UCL back to back recently knew what they faced before doing that. It wasn't easy for them with Arsenal. Arsenal on there other hand has done everything trying to win, but it wasn't easy. Look at Beyern Munich, they are still struggling to go down to the finals, even athletico Madrid, it hasn't been easy for anyone. Jose Mourinho may bring sparks for the former Spain giants, but they have to put on there best performance to get to the top. They would has to first overcome there all time rivals Barcelona. Of course, themselves are also rebuilding and wants to remain at the top. We know Jose, he isn't a baby coach. He has his omw perfect tactics, his patters and the way he does things. We expect real Madrid to do better and be more competitive this season, but then, we can never be sure yet.

The 3rd qualifying round is now concluded, there haven't been any major surprises, maybe except for Crvena Zvezda getting eliminated by Hapoel Beer-Sheva. NEC beating Olympiakos could also be seen as a surprise, but I see these two as being on a similar level. Sparta Prague was unlucky to be drawn against Lyon, who was probably the strongest team in this phase of the competition. Sparta won the 1st leg but couldn't do much in the rematch. The early red card didn't help.
But I think it's fair to say that the most fierce battle was fought between Bodo/Glimt and USG. Both teams made it to the league phase last year and Bodo had a bit of a cinderella story when they eliminated Inter Milan in the play-offs. Bodo is going through to the next stage as they beat USG 6-5 on aggregate, with the deciding goal beeing scored in the extra time.

Lyon maybe is not as good as before but still might be better than Fenerbahce. Fenerbahce will play without Vedat Muriqi if I am not mistaken. And Lukaku may well be signed, but it looks very unlikely he’ll be fit in time for the Lyon games. Even if he does arrive, how effective will he be? Fenerbahçe’s attacking strength might not be enough against Lyon. Fenerbahçe’s new signings are of great importance. How ready will Fenerbahçe be in two weeks’ time? If this round had come once the team had settled in, Fenerbahçe might have got through, but it’s going to be tough now.

I don’t really pay much attention to the other teams. I’ve only been following a few of these teams before, Bodo/Glimt, Dinamo Zagreb, Fenerbahçe, and Sparta Prague. But I never expected Lyon to beat Sparta Prague in the end. Although that’s actually quite understandable, since Sparta Prague was down to 10 players starting in the 35th minute. The other teams I’m rooting for didn’t disappoint at all. Fenerbahçe, Dinamo Zagreb, and Bodo/Glimt all managed to win in the end. And I’m still pretty optimistic that in the playoffs, the teams I mentioned will definitely be able to win again. The only match I’m worried about is Fenerbahçe vs. Lyon.

Mouriho did well at Real Madrid even though they expected better in his first season. After Ferguson left Manchester United it was a continuous disaster for them, they couldn't stay at the top. So many wrong coaches. At the time, he didn't want to betray Chelsea. Mourinho cared about that team. Ral Rangnick didn't do well for Manchester United, in fact he only caused disasters.

Fenerbahçe secured the result they wanted and advanced to the play-off round. Their opponent is Lyon. Since Lyon is a more established and superior team, an easy task does not await us in this round. A question comes to mind: Why has Fenerbahçe played the first legs at home every time?
Sturm Graz was eliminated from the Champions League, but if they qualify for the UEFA Europa League, they could achieve great things there. They are a very young, energetic, and combative team. They possess the quality to contend for the top spot in the Austrian Bundesliga this season.

Lyon are leading Sparta Prague 1–0 at home. Sparta Prague won the first leg 2–1, so they had the advantage, but the tie is now level.
The first half is over, and Sparta Prague are playing with 10 men after Adam Sevinsky was shown a red card in the 34th minute. Things will be even more difficult for Sparta Prague in the remaining minutes.
I think Lyon will score at least one more goal and advance to the next round.
Lyon was able to use their opportunities to win the game 3-0, they started really well by scoring an early goal in the first half which gave them the motivation and the confidence to dominate the match, and when Sparta Prague’s player was sent off before the end of the first half, they were not as good as they used to be, they managed to hold the game till the second half. After some substitution, Lyon had an opportunity and was able to score more hold to win the match for themselves. I am impressed with their performance because the first leg was a disgrace to them considering their Champions League experience. Lyon will face Fenerbahçe in their playoff game, u hope they can be able to withstand them because they are both in the same level in my opinion; but the match will be very tough. One of the worst things that can happen to a football team is to lose a player during the match and having to play with an incomplete team, if immediately puts them at a great disadvantage, the same thing happened during the world cup finals and there was effectively nothing Argentina could do to beat Spain, though I doubt they would have been able to win even with their full team but a red card in the middle of a match is never a good thing for the affected team.

I feel Strum Graz knew it was already over that was why they were desperately grasping at straws but the final blow came when Talisca scored that penalty and that was what settled it. Fenerbahce are a good club, excelling and making the Turkish division proud but they'd have to do better and eliminate any thing that would put them in jeopardy. Lyon might not look like a threat but could surprisingly cause chaos for them so the best thing is to not take anything for granted.

For Fenerbahce, a draw would have been enough, so they approached the second leg more cautiously. In the end, they still managed to score and win the game. As for Lyon, they came into the match fully determined to win. From the very first minutes, they pushed Sparta deep into their own half and put them under pressure. I think Sparta’s strategy was also to defend and try to hold on to their winning score, but in the end, they conceded three unanswered goals to Lyon.

Ralf Ragnick was not the best coach at Manchester United, with zeors trophies after leaving the club and no impressive performance during his time. He was famous with his popular tactics "gen-gen pressing" which was his own style of keeping the ball out of the legs of the opponents and suffocating them until they lose the ball. Unfortunately, that did not work for him, but aside that, there was David Moyes and Ole Solksjær with 0 trophies too at the club but a bit more impressive football. José Mourinho remains the coach with the highest trophies at Manchester after Alex Fegurson. For me, he was the best coach amongst the others after Alex, only Erik Ten Hag came close.

Dude one thing you need to understand is that, no one can predict who yo win next or not, and it's too early to vouch for a team at this period. I believe that every teams are or must have adjust from thier last season's mistakes which they would not want it to repeat itself, Real Madrid are coming back stronger than before, so Barcelona will also be making an adjustment just to be more stranger. We'll if Real Madrid has gotten what they want or thier planed signing players, I believe everything will definitely change and make them stronger. But let's see how it goes when ut started.
Real Madrid, apart from the attack, given that Vinicius has decided to stay, must find some fundamental additions for the midfield, further improve the defense and find a wing that can replace Rodrigo in speed and quality, because Bernardo Silva certainly has quality dribbling but running dribbling like that of the Brazilian is something that Real Madrid cannot lack.

A question comes to mind: Why has Fenerbahçe played the first legs at home every time? It may be a coincidence or it may not but regardless of that, if fenerbahçe is very good and can compete very well, it should not be a big problem. I know that playing the return leg at home is more better than playing the return leg at away, but I believe that if they can live up to the expectations of their fans that believes in them, they can beat this lyon team they are up against, because they are not invincible as it may look like on paper. If they can do their best to get a winning at home, even though it's just a single goal, their will be enough motivation to pull a drawing France in a few weeks time, but generally speaking, I believe that fenerbahçe have what it takes to beat Lyon and progress to the uefa champions league.

We have the biggest surprise in this round of champions league qualifications. Crvena Zvezda just got knocked out by Hapoel Beer Sheva and this was totally unexpected. What makes things intresting is that Hapoel won at home 1-0 and now they won 0-2 at an away game and to win against Crvena Zvezda away without conceding a goal.
Next round they play against Sabah and for the first time either Hapoel or Sabah will play in the champions league.
I must admit that I'm very surprised with the defeat of Zvezda dom and relegation from the Champions League, I expected much more from them this season. I read somewhere that the total value of the Zvezda team is 3-4 times higher than the value of H. Beer-Shev, so this is a surprising result. I followed Dinamo yesterday and I'm satisfied that they advanced to the final stage of the Champions League with another away win against Kauno Zalgiris, even though they played most of the game with one less player. Viking will be a tough opponent in the next round, but I believe that Dinamo will return to the group stage of the Champions League this year. This round of the Champions League was very interesting with some surprising results. Apart from the defeat and relegation of Zvezda, I didn't expect the defeat and relegation of Olympiacos and Union from the Champions League qualifiers.

We'll see what happens to Real Madrid in the Champions League I believe Jose Mourinho will do well in Real Madrid especially with the talents he has in the club but like you said, his major challenge in the laliga will be Barcelona because they have dominated the league for a while now and they are not looking like they will stop any moment soon but if Mourinho will be giving time and he will also update his strategy to meet modern football because football as a game have greatly improved and the team is based on some minor details that will really be significant in the time when the club needs it most, if Mourinho is able to do this, he will dominate the league in the next coming seasons. And in the champions league, he will need to also have a workable strategy that will enable the team to be competitive in the coming seasons because they have what it takes to push them there as a team. But what I will expect from Mourinho and his buys this season will be to play well and also seek for ways to improve and probably win a trophy but after this season. if the consistency is built in this coming season, they will definitely win trophies

Fenerbahçe deserved to win the game against the Austrian side. Sturm Graz were in control of the game in the first half, but the Turkish side curtailed the pressure. Anderson Talisca's goal was all that was needed to give the Turkish side a solid 3-0 aggregate win. Lyon shouldn't be underrated. Coach Paulo Fonseca has been able to overcome severe financial and administrative challenges while building a strong side. A club that finished fourth in Ligue 1 is strong. Both sides have met once in major competition, and it ended in a goalless draw. So the goal of Fenerbahçe fans this season is to see the dethronement of Galatasaray and not even win a European competition.

Real Madrid is like Bayern Munich they can play good football even without a coach, Real Madrid has what it takes to win the Laliga tittle what they just need is to understand them self play with one mind and also a coach that the players can respect and do what they are ask to do and i believe Mourinho is that man that no player in Real Madrid will want to disrespect, i also believe that Real Madrid performance will increase more than last season but this doesn't implies that they must win all the tittle because they went trophyless last season but i don't see them going trophyless this season.
They can win the laliga title yes, but at this point Barcelona feels more like a well balanced team and has really high chances of not letting real Madrid have the laliga trophy Altho I do agree with you in the of the fact that they can play well even without a coach, in such a situation they will still dominate their league, but at the moment they have a low chace of winning the laliga, not because they aren't good but simply because Barcelona is in a better position and has more balance to get it done. They are familiar with their team mate's, they are united, they have a coach they have been working with since and some other advantage about real Madrid I think that this year Barcelona has a better chance of winning La Liga than Real Madrid, simply because Barcelona is an already well-established, functioning team, with a capable coach, and with a squad that has already proven to be very strong and that is making the right changes. Real Madrid find themselves a very strong, but still untested team that has a lot to prove. I think Real Madrid can do better in the Champions League than in the league. So i think Barcellona have positive outlook, for me of course.

That is fine against an Austrian side. That works. But Lyon? Lyon just put three past Sparta Prague at home without breaking a sweat. With the arrival of Lyon's new owner, fresh funds were injected into the club. They kept all their best players AND they signed Openda on loan. Openda! The guy is rapid. Against a centre-backs who are not exactly built for foot races anymore. Going in thinking "even if we lose, Europa is fine" - nah. With the same number of games played, there really is not any scheduling advantage. And they badly need the cash after that UEFA fine situation. I want them to beat Lyon, more than anything. I just do not want them to sleep walk into it thinking they are somehow broken because... They are not.
