I agree, even in the El Clasico it's also happens that way. Has there been a time when a team went undefeated till the end of the league and proceeded to winning it? Can't recall that ever happening expecially in leagues games. In the champions league, it's possible to happen but most times, it's not like that are completely Undefeated, it's just that they are lucky to go through a part that's relatively less deficult.

We've not witnessed the El classico yet and there are still a lot of tough openent Barca hadn't faced. If they win these big teams comfortable before the middle of the season, then we can make certain conclusion but for now, we are still observing how things are going.

I actually see the opposite of what’s happening with Atletico Madrid. It’s true that every time there’s a derby, Atletico Madrid always plays really well, even when they’re going through a tough time. But when they face Madrid their performance is always good which is proven by the fact that they always put up a tough fight in the Madrid derby. 

However, if we’re talking about Atletico Madrid winning a derby and then getting highly motivated to perform well in the next match, there’s no guarantee. Often, Atletico Madrid actually ends up performing poorly after winning a big match especially after a derby. So even though in the next match Atletico Madrid will be highly favored against Man United, we also have to keep in mind that Man United could cause an upset in this game especially since Man United has just returned to the UCL after being absent for a long time and they also managed to win their first match.

Arsenal have a great chance of winning the championship because they can consistently play with enough strength in important matches. They can withstand the pressure of big matches and put the opposition under pressure. They control the ball for the most part of the match. In my perspective Arsenal's biggest strength is their defense line which the opposition cannot break down easily. They can also create a lot of pressure in important matches. So, its seems to me that Arsenal will be the favorite this year as before.

So Flick must be good at knowing how to manage them during the various competitions.
