That's true PSG were just lucky against Arsenal to have won their second champions league and I doubt if they'll be that lucky this season again. But because this is a consequence that they must accept, at any time it can affect the spirit of the players in going through the match. When we beat Arsenal in last season's final it wasn't just luck it was mostly due to the mentality that Enrique had built. Penalty shootouts are indeed about luck, but without the right mentality, that luck wouldn't exist. But if we're talking about PSG having a chance to win a third consecutive trophy, I agree with you. Looking at how other teams have developed compared to PSG so far, I'm also doubtful that PSG can go further this season especially since it's really hard to maintain consistency for three years in a row.

You don't have to blame any one that comes with such talks because everyone has the right to analyze the match between Paris Saint-Germain and Manchester City to be a luck game which favored Paris Saint-Germain, because if you should ask me, i will suggest that it is only some Manchester City fans will say such, because in that Paris Saint-Germain really played out their best to win and also Manchester City quickly try the best too but it happens that Paris Saint-Germain works so hard for the victory and even as Paris Saint-Germain is the defending champion, it doesn't mean that they are more much better than other teams, I'm not seeing Paris Saint-Germain as the strongest as a whole, they are can be strongest when it comes to French league, i will not argue with you about that one but once it comes generazation, i don't think Paris Saint-Germain is the strongest.
