In aggregate Fenerbahce and Athens were able to score five goals against Real Madrid and Liverpool, who would have thought that? Even worse for Liverpool, they lost their match, which is what really hurts them. Real Madrid has forgotten by tomorrow about the goals they conceded today, but they got their three points and are on a good way to avoid any additional play-off matches.

Liverpool is still well positioned in the table, but matches are going on and they might well drop out of the saving eight positions for now.

At the end Liverpool lost to Fenerbahce. It’s a match which I believe Liverpool will be able to win, but they ended up losing the match. Liverpool completely dominated the match, they had chances to score more than 2 goals in the match, but they missed those chances, and their defense was just poor in the match, if Liverpool had a strong defense, they will have won the match, Fenerbahce wont be able to score 3 goals in the match. Honestly Liverpool losing is kind of surprising, and I never even expected that.

It was a disappointing performance indeed, taking the lead twice in the game, only to have Fenerbache come from behind and beat them, taking the lead late into the match without Liverpool having the chance for an equalizer. The third goal for Fenerbahce from a throwing was most unexpected but, well coordinated right into the box and headed into the goal.

Real Madrid on the other hand did themselves solid, scoring in the plus minutes and claiming the 3 points in the match. That’s the kind of result you get when you have a manager that is all demanding.

Real Madrid should've put this game to bed in the first half but surprisingly, I they're struggling against AEK Athens that's far less than them in terms of quality of players.
While I was typing, Federico Valverde scored to put Real Madrid ahead, I think they'll be able to hold on to the lead till the final whistle. It's not a performance Jose Mourinho will be proud of but he'll be happy to pick all three points

It was a narrow victory that Real Madrid secured in the dying minutes. I think Real Madrid certainly deserved it , as it was very clear that they gave it their all, particularly as the match drew to a close. A rather good strategy from Mourinho , even though he didn’t bring some of his key players for this match , but the substitutions he made in the second half brought about a more positive turnaround . It’s just that their initial formation didn’t seem to work particularly well ... with Vini on the left and Yan Diomande on the right , it turned out to be no better than simply playing just one of them on the left flank

To be honest, I don't like Vinícius Júnior's performance for Real Madrid at all, Madrid could have won a match better without Vinícius, Vinícius is responsible for the second goal Real Madrid conceded today, because he could have caught the pass if he wanted to but he let it go very badly and that's where the opponent got the ball and attacked and Madrid conceded the second goal. Real Madrid have won the last four matches very well without Vinícius, but today Vinícius came into the match and Madrid was in a very bad situation today. The last goal for Real Madrid was scored by Federico Valverde, his goal was simply amazing, he scored the goal from a distance with a powerful shot, I was really surprised to see this goal, but in the end Real Madrid had a hard time winning this match.

And right now there are two great matches going on, Manchester City vs RB Leipzig, and Arsenal vs Slavia Prague, hopefully both matches Arsenal and Manchester City will win as expected.

I can't tell why Vinicius junior's performance is retarding instead of improving same way other players are doing now, on today's game he had alot of opportunity that would have given them a comfortable and easy win instead of securing a weak win as they do at last. From all performance in the game,  i will say Vinicius needs to work on himself so such unpleasant performance will not been seen from a world class player like bim.
Its already tough and difficult predicting the winner in cities game but I know Manchester City will come out victorious at last and in a gorgeous and entertaining result at last.

Real Madrid need to try hard in this second half in order to create history for themselves because they haven't won AEK Athan at home. The first half was very interesting and I didn't expect such performance from the host team. Real Madrid should make proper use of their quality and chances in this game so that they can get three points away from home. Though, it's not going to be easy.

It’s rather surprising how AEK Athan has being able to hold out a good game. I didn’t expect that they would be able to keep Real Madrid at bay up to the 80th minute of the game. They came really close to winning even, taking the lead late in the game but as we know it, it’s always a wake up call for Real Madrid when playing against a team that isn’t of their standard and they soon came running back to get their equalizer.
It’s now a matter of if they could manage and get the win, they ought to win this game.

It is called football, it has to be competitive and be unpredictable sometimes. AEK Athens is not a useless club as you think so they can give any club a tough time when they feel like. Today was a tough day for Real Madrid, yet they fought back. They were returning the goals back to AEK Athens without long, which proves strength as a team. If not for the equalizer delivered by Mbappe and the winner at the injury time delivered by Valverde, the match would have turned bad for Real Madrid. They held the field but that's not what to measure a winner with.

AEK Athens wanted to show Real Madrid, that is their home soil, but Real Madrid as a Legendary team they're proved to them why they're still the Champions League best team ever and couple with the fact that Mourhino is there who knows well how to deliver in his job. But generally, AEK Athens did an incredible job by leading in the game considering their level of football and H2H strength compared to Madrid.

That's the biggest football suprise I've seen this season. after that 2-0 i was very optimistic that Roma would, i had zero hopes on Manchester United but football thought me a lesson "don't be too sure until it's over" I don't know what Carrick did to make those players sut up in the second half but it helped.

Maybe Shea Lacey was the lucky charm for Manchester United cause after he was introduced they began to play better and scored, his pass to Cunha that brought the winning goal was so accurate, I think the kid has earnef himself an automatic start in their next match.

Shea Lacy inspired Manchester United to win against Roma but he was not the reason Manchester United played better in second, Manchester United was already playing better before Shea Lacy was substituted in.

I don't think I understand why Vinicious Jr is playing this bad, there was a time when Real Madrid were on transition and Vini Jr was leading the charge only for him to just fall down on a slight touch, it may be hard for him to regain the Mourinho's confidence back.

I honestly can't understand what has happened to Vinicius. There was a time he was one of the best players in Europe and the best player in his position. He started declining two seasons ago, but he is way worse this season. At this point, I feel Madrid should have sold him for 100 million to Arsenal when they had the chance.
I know he is a good player, but I don't think he will ever get back to his previous form. His problem is not confidence, at least from what I can see. He is still very confident, but it looks like he has forgotten how to play football. But the final reality of today's match is clear to everyone. In football, players can be out of form but Vinicius contribution to Madrid is a lot. We should not forget that Vinicius provided great support during Madrid's weak times. But now, at a time when all the other players in the team are in good form, Vinicius has gone out of form. The kind of play he showed in today's match is not expected by any professional player. He put Madrid at risk several times by not giving many wrong passes and tricks. His expensive wing dribbling was the main reason for losing the ball repeatedly. So, I think Vinicius should not come on the field at the moment and practice well. I had in mind to play Liverpool in today's game because i see them as a possible away win however my busy schedule today made me to miss Fenerbahçe vs Liverpool game, and i am happy that i missed the game, otherwise it would have ruin my bet. I was quite impressed with thier performances seriously, I totally underestimated the AEK Athens club on this match, but thier first goal really surprises me, because the effort and consistency was there from the initial stage, that's why they were opportuned to score early goal. However Real Madrid are in thier best form presently and hadn't been they lose against AEK Athens, Barcelona or Arsenal would have take over the second standings in the table, but they truly worked on themselves and equalized them and achieved the victory over them. Well done played to Real Madrid on this great achievements. Manchester City still struggling in thier current match, it may end in draw or something else.

I don’t know what mourinho was thinking when he decided to start vini. I was expecting him to come in second half until I saw the lineup, it pissed me off. Big fan of Vini because he has tried for Madrid over the years, so but they have to start getting ready to put him on the market. They would have pushed him when the offer from arsenal came. It is obvious the squad performs better without him and his presence is a disadvantage at this point. I checked vini rating at the end of the match and shook my head, he just keeps getting worse. See how they were struggling with Athens. If not for Valverde that delivered the winning goal, it would have ended in draw which would have been shameful for madrid

Cesc Fabregas needs to come out and tell us what he did for Como players that they are all playing in unism and delivering top-notch performance. Currently, they are winning Lens 6:0 and I don't think the score will end there. How did Como become this fearless and heartless that they don't even care that they are humiliating Lens in their own home. This is the kind of performance that I expected from teams like Arsenal, Barcelona, Real Madrid, Liverpool and Bayern Munich but it's only PSG that can do what Como is doing while the rest of the big teams either struggle to win their matches or they end up losing. Expected this kind of result is the match between Athens Vs Real Madrid but it didn't happen because Real Madrid waited until die minutes before they could win.
