I don't keep track of my bets and it is not possible either for me as a casino user, I just have an idea of whether I am deep down overall or I made some money, and I can say that I am in net profits for sure not that huge an amount but didn't lose any fortune there.

You can keep track of them or not at all, just keep the one thing in your mind before every bet, "Are you ready to lose that amount?"

If yes, then go ahead and click the roll and if not then just withdraw the money and do what you have to do with that.

Perhaps you don't need to track your wins and losses if you stake an amount of money that you can afford to lose. But there is one thing that's certain as a Gambler and that's the fact that you cannot win In the long run. No matter how much you win from gambling as a long as you are a consistent gambler you are going to lose more, there is no way around it. The only way to avoid this is to stop being a regular gambler.

The only reason for me that  I feel a gambler should try his wins and losses is actually when that gambler is a high roller and bettor since they is a level he will reach that he will need to keep his habits in check since emotions and other factors like frequent losses can make you do crazy things with your gambling session and maybe go all in at some cases when you have felt that the losses are big and the worst part is that even that move won't help you out as the possible result that will arise with such move is purely still more losses.

One of the best approach as a gambler is focusing more on risk management, like prioritizing risk management. We already know that gambling is a game of uncertainty, which is where the risk come from cause you can either win or lose .

And as a gambler you can actually control the outcome of the game the only thing you can do is to place the bet And hope for the best , from there you either win or lose , but you can actually manage those risk by minimizing your losses following some simple step like gamble according to budget , avoid gambling to frequently , avoid going for loan or gambling with money that’s not for you , and you can’t afford to lose too.

To answer the first question, any gambler that's smart would not plan a future with gambling because that's the same thing as not having a plan. Knowing your wins and losses doesn't change anything, what's important to focus on is to gamble responsibly. If you always stake an amount of money that you can afford to lose you would not bother to keep track of your losses. For me I don't take all of these seriously because I gamble for fun and I don't take it seriously. Like I said, gambling responsibly is what can reduce the losses you incur.

Keeping a record is very important in gambling because if you gamble recklessly without keeping a record, there is a high chance of losing money in gambling. Even though I gamble for fun and use very small amounts of money on gambling platforms, I still go through a record in gambling because gambling without a record will lead to ruin. I gamble with complete discipline, I do not gamble in a chaotic manner.

The problem with keeping records is that players can get overwhelmed by the amounts lost and you might want to chase your losses to recover those amounts and we all know where this leads...but I get the idea behind this but does work!

I can remember mostly my wins because they're more important than losing. It's okay to forget losses slowly or even on an instant when you have them.

That shows how fast you are in moving on and as a gambler, that's a good character of a gambler that you don't have to dwell in those losses and negativities for a while.

Most of the time, I don't keep records of my loses and winnings because at some point keeping those records can get you walked out if your amount in total loses outweighs how much you win which in most cases is so, so to give me that peace of mind, I try as much as possible to make use of the money I can afford to lose and be comfortable with anytime I am gambling.

    Base on my experience I think all gambler are bound to loss In long run ,no matter what kind of strategy, discipline is attached to it. Because gambling as it called is game of uncertainty , it's when you risk your money or something valuable on uncertain outcome

     That's Because it's system build to favour gambling companies and promoters for a long run,while the majority of the player's lose their  money , thinking that they will win after chasing loses having faith that the next game will become a life changing moment but this often becomes a cycle of ontinuous loss . A person may win one or two but the system is already designed to keep playing until your money is gone.
        True success always come from patience,hardwork, decipline and acquiring high demanding skills and with honest effort rather than depending on luck on things that are uncertain.

I only count the massive wins which I know is wrong but if I did count also the losses then I would never gamble again.

That’s so me, except for the fact that, I take into account the huge losses too. Not like a write it down somewhere but, it’s embedded in my memory as some of my huge losses in gambling and same goes with the wins. They are huge numbers, what’s there not to know.

For the losses, I never can keep track of that, not while I gamble on several casinos, local and otherwise. My opinion on this is that, it is a good habit to track anything. It is like monitoring and evaluation in the humanitarian context. There are so many advantages to it. However, unless you are big time player who uses massive amounts to bet, I don’t think it must be that strict, like using a dedicated spreadsheet. One can simply use a notes app or even WhatsApp for it. This is part of the responsible gambling strategy which we recommend that many gamblers adopt. In addition to tracking wins and losses you can also track other things too like the time spent, the type of games for casino games too. This is a good habit to form earlier on rather than later as a gambler.

Not exactly that much discipline in my life, but I have something that I can control, my sleep and the activity of losing and winning. In fact, I am a little possessive about how much I earn and lose, as I came here not to lose but to increase the profits. You made a good point here. Gambling is definitely more on losses than visible wins, while its good to track and record them, for me its just don't make bigger sense at all. You know you're already into bigger losses, so what you have to do is to change your betting style and strategies, or set limits for betting budget to avoid further losing regrettable amount.

No one can sustain with gambling, because even if you are here for fun, you are still accumulating losses. I guess one should learn from this that players are bound to lose, while the casino and the people who promote are the only expected to profit.

It is important to document your wins and losses in trading, but I don’t see that as a major thing one should focus on when you’re already risking well your bets and not over doing above your limits. Gambling is not a thing that can have a repetitive outcome, so trying to journal your bets should not be a thing you should focus on as a whole.

Gambling is not really a thing to focus on once you’re providing a proper risk management to your bets, it’ll really help you and make you stay in the game longer than expected.

Asking yourself that tough question before placing a bet is great mental preparation and a great leaflet to stay on actual path. But the story is, it is not enough for us to go with a vague and rough idea that we are in profit or loss on the whole. When the hard reckoning is not in sight especially when there is a dangerous session of extended losses or losing streaks started then it can fool us and lead in wrong direction.

To me tracing my losses I see it as not being important to me at all since I win and lost I see tracing back my lost is a big waste of time , because all I need is counting my wins and not the losing tickets, if we should keep tace of the lost tickets one will definitely get confused so you should only concentrate on your winnings, though you should also be calculative to know why the other games cut your slip when next you are about to stake , that alone will give you an edge to predict properly in your next prediction.

Honestly tracing the lose is just a big wasting of time tracing doesn’t mean anything since is not that it’s going to bring the lose back so the best thing is to focused on the next bet what will be their outcomes, because tracing the previous bet that they lose will make them be so sadly about their lost; most especially when it happen that they is only one game that make he/she to lose the bet it’s very painful; and that’s a person that is very emotional can not jump into gambling without be well aware of the consequences.
