There was a time when we were children when there was not so much advanced technology but nowadays everything is being transformed digitally. Nowadays children use different parts of technology very easily which we could not do during our generation and people in the digital world are also becoming digital. However I think nowadays it is better for young children not to gain knowledge about Bitcoin investment and trading they can learn these when they are adults. Basically from school they will learn to use the internet and by doing different lab classes they will learn about technology and they will gradually learn about every sector of technology. When they become adults they will definitely learn about Bitcoin investment and blockchain very easily. But besides studying at a young age if children want to learn about Bitcoin then it can be negative for them instead of positive. Because at a young age everyone has greed which is very difficult to handle so every person should be well educated first and later learn about Bitcoin they will definitely be able to improve technologically if they study.
As internet is not making children wiser or smarter similarly it is also not making them dumber, like books television schools it also depends on how we are using internet or how internet is being used, there is certainly a lot of content that can harm attention span or can also encourage passive consumption but there are also unlimited educational resources that previous generation were not having access to, there are children that are learning different languages science practical skills programming from the content that is available online for free, the problem is not the existence of the internet it is basically the lack of guidance, digital literacy or supervision, keeping children away from the internet until a certain age leave them unprepared for the world instead parents should set a reasonable screen time limit and encourage activities that are out of the screen in real world as well.

You made a clear point, children are growing up to be smarter and wiser by themselves, which they learn and get to discover some things by themselves but what they actually lack in their life its guidance, there is no guide from their parents or those who are more experienced about life to help them or guide them how to use the Internet effectively and because of that lack, they do go astray or the wrong path that might destroy them. So, parents don't protect their kids if they keep hiding things from it, do the right thing to protect and prevent them from harms or mistakes.

They understand society and the changes there and bring new ideas around the world that can change the environment. When children grow up, they think that they have a lot of intelligence and they consider themselves capable of bringing change in the world, but this happens gradually because we have examples of people who have made great achievements in the world even when they were young. How can parents pay attention in this way is wrong because parents cannot keep an eye on them all the time, but parents can put them in a place where they will get good things. Apart from this, children automatically see things that are wrong. Some children grow up quickly and some children do not grow up wise, so many parents feel proud and some feel ashamed.

To teach children about Bitcoin, they need to be introduced to various aspects of economics first. They need to be taught about monetary policy, how to earn money, investment, savings, budgeting, demand, supply. After that, after a certain age, they can be explained how Bitcoin works. Since children are much more advanced at this time, they will already have a technological idea. So it will not take much time to give them an idea about Bitcoin. By giving them a proper idea about the current financial system on which the world stands, they can be given an idea about the purpose of Bitcoin, how our financial crisis can be controlled through Bitcoin and how it works. Since children are now familiar with various platforms including social media from a young age, they can learn about Bitcoin on their own through online, and can try to learn something out of curiosity. In that case, if they get the wrong idea and start investing at a young age without any idea of fund management, using Bitcoin as a way of getting rich overnight, then it can be harmful for them. A survey in the UK a few years ago found that  ''8% of children aged 13-16 have already invested in cryptocurrencies, and an additional 15% are considering investments''. The number may now be much higher.  Therefore, I think it is reasonable to give them the right idea about Bitcoin from a young age.

Do you know that curiosity has been one of the reasons why children are looking more smarter than their parents.
We are in a time when you can source for any information you need from the Internet. You can also use artificial intelligence to source for vital and direct information which looks like children are getting smarter since they can search for these information on the internet without any help or physical teacher. Technology is what is making this possible for children and is important for parents to protect their children from the internet.

Yes, kids are now more smart and wiser because of the availability of technology. From the very early age they interact with it that helps them broader their thinking. Children are now made diffent apps games, animations on social media platforms. So its good part of the picture, but yes it is also a fact that society faces major serious issues because of lack of proper check and balance.

Parents are helpless in the hand of their kids, because they have more knowledge and grip on the Internet as compared to them. Through different connections with people or with apps they usually hide things with their parents. By this they become the victim of many problems like, taking lot of loans, joining gangs and much more. There is need to introduce the apps with great care, where access of kids must be limited till certain age. Or few laws should be implemented to protect them from harmful effect.

I think it would be more accurate to say “today’s children are smarter than previous children” than to say “they are familiar with technology a long time ago”. A child can learn to use a phone, search for information on the Internet, or use a new system very quickly; but I don’t think it’s right to jump straight to the conclusion that he will also be able to make good financial decisions at the same age. Some people in the thread have highlighted this difference quite well. However, I am not against teaching about Bitcoin at a young age. For me, teaching and entrusting investment are completely different things.

The best way to protect children from most things in the internet or content that can cause harm is by disconnecting them from anything that has to do with the internet, until they’ve come off age(adult age) to use the internet properly without needing guidance. Because as children I see no good thing they want to learn from the internet now, as parents you can guide them but you will not always be there to guide them when they are using the internet like social media and they pick up things too easily, both good and bad, so it is better they just stay off.

Children of now are raised in the modern way, they have access yon technology easily like phones, and some even have access to computers early, while the olden days children don’t have access to that on time until they grow up.
Children of now days also have access to interesting and educative programs on TVs and so on, they have the ability to adapt to the technological world easily due to their exposure, that is why they always appear very smart in their early ages.

But teaching them about bitcoin, they need to be at least 15 years of age and above in order to have good understand and know the consequences behind it since it is volatile and risky. After teaching them, they need money to invest, and they need to work to get the money also.
I don't agree that children need to be 15 just to understand or to know about Bitcoin. There is a difference between learning about something and investing in it. It is completely okay for a kid to understand and to learn about the basics of digital money, blockchain, and Bitcoin: why it was created, what its purpose is, what volatility is, and all the terms related to it. Introducing children to financial concepts at a younger age is very helpful, that later on develop them into a better financial decision maker.
It depends on how they are taught they should be given simple explanations, while the older teenagers can learn about the further terms about scams security will at volatility and risk data involved in investing.

The real problem is not the internet but its misuse. Instead of keeping children away from it they should be taught how to use it. The most important role in all of this is played by parents and teachers. If children are provided with the right content at the right time and in a safe environment they can learn a lot from the internet. While in today's era online courses and many learning programs are available in a few moments it is not appropriate to consider the internet as a source of harm. The need is to instill responsibility in children so that they use technology for their own development and not let it dominate their thinking.

So, parents don't protect their kids if they keep hiding things from it, do the right thing to protect and prevent them from harms or mistakes.
In fact, these days you see alot of kids trying to figure out alot of things by themselves most of them don't even think it's best to learn from their parents or be guided, and it all makes more sense that the kids of these days are claiming to be smarter and wiser through the intel they get from the internet just as you have mentioned, now this is what they might lack when not given a life guidance would you tell me that an 12years old now understands how to handle the pressure he gets from people, money, relationships, failure, and how to properly protect themselves, Now this is the part both parents are to understand how to work better with the kids, most of the time, the bigger problem is hiding things from their kids, Now I tell you that 78%  of parents would say if I don't talk about it, I would keep always from them because they are too young to understand, and now the kids runs back to the internet to get the ideas passed down mixed or twisted, for example By the time they find gambling, porn, fraud, bad influences online, with no context it already feels normal to them. Just try to teach not try to ban all the time because it's very common with most parents…
