PMs in this forum are usually perceived as privileged conversation where the content is confident between both messengers. That is why I didn't post what you PMed me after you didn't give permission for it to be displayed for public. Even if the content is also rather innocent if we see it from a vantage point before these matter escalated. There is a reason it called Personal Message.

You and Nutildah stop people from getting paid. That's why they PM me. You left the Shuffle case when you realized the player was innocent. You rule for sportsbooks all the time. We were able to overturn Shuffle, XYes, BetPanda and more even though you ruled for the sportsbook. Admitting to being swayed by money (sig) in the Betpanda case said it all.

edit- The player wanted me to do the arbitration. I told him that holy won't accept my ruling since you signed the binding contract. I told him to go with you.

I don't want to make a name for myself. Your thinking is strange which is why you misjudge so much.

 The problem is that you don’t understand it and why people aren’t getting paid.

1. These bad sportsbooks steal money for things such as value betting and arbitrage betting.
2. Holy feels flags without proof give the sportsbook an excuse to steal winnings.
3. Deposits get returned but the sportsbook gets a discounted price.
4. You praise holy darkness for forcing a player to prove his innocence so both winnings and deposits are being stolen which is done at times.
5. Bets are won or lost. There’s no negotiating to get a discount price or interrogation so that the book doesn’t have to pay.
6. The book makes an allegation. Then the book has to prove the allegation or the player gets both winnings and deposits.
7. A scam is being run.

8.  A person can’t just give advice. Someone needs to get in there to disprove the lies being posted by sportsbooks. We have to show why gambling wise their allegations make no sense.

I really can't fathom why those parts are censored. You already violate confidentiality nature of PM, though you censored their name. Why not going all in? Even my most creative mind can't fit a private information that coherent with the next or prior sentence on those blacked parts. BetPanda, you admitted to being biased. That’s when you switched your sig campaign to BetPanda while they were having problems and started covering for them. You closed a case for BetPanda. After they stopped their sig campaign you reopened the case and admitted you were biased.

Parts of the PMs are redacted so that the book name isn’t mentioned or anything else that would lead to revealing the author.

The problem is that you are hurting players from getting paid by saying that they are guilty of arbitrage or match fixing with no proof. You think winnings should be taken for value betting. You don’t even know what value betting means. When I asked you how a book proves arbitrage, you couldn’t even answer that. You make up rules such as “Integrity Betting”.

When a book makes an accusation why don’t you just tell the book to prove that accusation? Look at the LCB ruling in scam accusations, it took 9 days. They asked the book to prove multi-accounting, nothing more. Your cases take months because you grill the player for months trying to find something they did wrong besides the accusation.

Thus, past record that follow people, grants casinos to limit players that's previously flagged, at best, but not confiscating winning, because no ToS were violated on the said casino. Unless the flag from provider is for an active bet on the current casino.

I am very serious and not lying that my contact at BetPanda is very fair, they give their best to get every cases I gave them to be tried very fairly, but they're just not in a high enough position to overrule an entire department.

That is not me admitting that I am being swayed by money, that is me stating that I changed my opinion after reading one's reason... T1HGO's case, I think. So, again, own your words and quote me where I admit that I am swayed by money in betpanda case, be it by sig or any other form.

And why bother redacting the book's brand? You're pro player, if a book wronged a player and you managaed to straighten it, it worth to be let known which book is trying to --if we borrow your view-- rob the player, that you prevented. You find no difficulties in mentioning and keep on dragging XYes, BetPanda, or Shuffle, why do these ones protected? Or is there other reason the brand being censored?

I redacted information to protect the authors identity. The point of the thread is Nutildah creating a false flag to warn people that they could lose money interacting with me when it’s the opposite. He abuses trust and flags.

I mention those 3 cases because those are cases where you recommended that the book was within their right to steal winnings. I was one of the voices that helped change the book’s mind and winnings were paid. We all disagreed with you.

At least you help the casino players. We don’t even disagree on that many cases. Nutildah should stay out of all of it.

It’s a false flag and it’s fake trust. I’m not changing my behavior because of your lies and threats. I’m in very few cases. You completely lied about everything in your flag and trust. You shouldn’t even be involved in any sports related topics. Holy and I have probably only disagreed on 7 cases or so where we strongly disagreed. All the rest we are on the same side and I stay out. I stay out of all casino cases. You blew it out of proportion.
