Poverty truly exists in underdeveloped countries, even though they are not, in fact, poor countries. They possess abundant resources, but a highly corrupt government makes them underdeveloped and hinders progress and development. I truly wonder how they (the government and officials) in these countries can be so greedy and greedy that they are willing to create a system that tortures and impoverishes their own people. These are truly cruel and inhumane actions and practices.
Poverty does not only exist in underdeveloped countries, but there are also people in developed country that are poor, many are even living in a shelter provided by the government, some even live in the street. Most of this poverty is self-inflicted, only a few case where they are victims of circumstances.
The fact that even in a developing country ( the one you called underdevelop) there are still people who are living in luxury, and most are able to feed and support themselves, states that, as long as the person strives, he can at least live in a normal working class.
The government being corrupt may bring difficulty to the infrastructure and the country's economy but in personal level, it is the person who has control over his action and with patience and perseverance, he can manage his life and maintain his needs. People become poor becaue of laziness and lack of strategy. Illiteracy is not an excuse to not work.
