Firstly, i want you to know that there is nothing like secure investment all investments involves risk, you can lose your money in any kind of investment if something bad happens to that investment.
time.
Definitely, same way profit also is not guaranteed. All investment involves risk, it all the depends on the individual involve on how well they are able to manage the risk, even if you use a strategy that involve high or low risk.

Secondly, i am against saving in fiat because nothing will add to your money rather it will loosing its purchasing power but i do not encourage using savings to start any of the investments you mentioned because it is not proper to invest with your savings because you can end up selling your investment prematurely to solve your problem, what you should encouraging people to invest with is their discretionary income since it is the money they can use on non essential things that interest them and they will not be needing it to solve anything in the future with it, this will help them in the long run to hold their investment for a very long time.
Savings is not meant for investment because savings are mainly for short term goals, it can be used for mostly necessities and emergency funds is also part of savings. So imagine using emergency funds to invest which is definitely not a good idea. Discretionary funds is what is meant for investing because it is the funds left for non essentials after settling for your essentials.

1. Secure investment( these are low risk investment usually a long term investment like bitcoin, huge stocks, real estate)

We know that no investment is entirely safe; there is always some level of risk involved. Even Bitcoin or major stocks can face significant price drops. However, if one invests in Bitcoin, stocks, or gold and holds onto them patiently for the long term, the risk is reduced. That said, we must accept that any investment is subject to potential decline at any time; therefore, one should invest with this mindset, and a long-term perspective is a positive approach.
Na the koko the that oh to get long term mindset. Most investors no dey fit with withstand the risks wey dey come with some certain investment na why dem dey sell at loss.Na why dem no go fit underestimate the importance of acquiring knowledge, because when you dey knowledgeable you no go dey wearied about bitcoin price decline.Funnily enough how people dey enter into the bitcoin market with the mindset say bitcoin go just dey skyrocket from the day wey dem buy am,if na like that then people wey dey always talk say bitcoin too dey expensive for use that opportunity take justify their procrastination. And again if to say bitcoin just dey only skyrocket those people wey don adopt only the buying the dip strategy for look for other strategy like DCA and lump sum.

I just think that in all, always try to invest because everything is risky and the bigger risk is not taking an actual risk.
But make sure you know what you are expecting from the investment before investing your funds. When you have a good idea or knowledge towards the investment, I  think you will use what you can lose in that investment because you know that you will not going to loose your capital at the end, and even though you lost it will make you to learn something new that will help you to recover your losses in the future.

Saying you think means that you are not sure of what you are saying and in Bitcoin investment you don't assume things because money is involve so you don't loss your money. First you don't use money you can lose in Bitcoin investment because you can lose any amount especially if you are trading but rather what you use is something you can "afford" to lose because there are money can not afford to lose especially money meant for needs.
If you invest the necessary money, the investment will be threatened later when you need it. Because you have to meet your needs in any way, and so if you have no other way, then you will have to sell your holdings, and this is a very risky matter, because such a sudden sale can lead you to a big loss. You must always be prepared to ensure the long-term continuity of the investment, the continuity of holdings is the main thing in the case of Bitcoin investment.

First I will like to ask what you meant by necessary money? In Bitcoin investment what is needed or the money meant to be use is our discretionary income which can also be liken to necessary money when we talk about Bitcoin investment in an advance way so, this should not or is not supposed to pose any threat in our Bitcion investment. You should not touch your portfolio simply because there is no other way because as a wise investor you should have an emergency funds.

Firstly I would like to walk you guys through what I call the 2 types of investment i have in mind
1. Secure investment( these are low risk investment usually a long term investment like bitcoin, huge stocks, real estate)
2. Risky investment (these type of investment are considered risky and it's duration might be long term or short term eg altcoins, new stocks...)
Now the question is why did i bring this up?
Occasionally we've been seeing a lot of person talking about avoiding risky investment just because they want to play safe, we hear things like "do not diversify focus all your energy on bitcoin" this advice might sound logically good but it's  not a good financial advice to play it safe when you have a goal of becoming wealthy. Such advice is only good when you have already accepted the limit to how far you want to go financially.
I'm not saying people shouldn't invest in bitcoin, in fact the whole idea of this topic is to expose us to a much better financial approach with bitcoin or other secure investments and the risky ones.
What i consider the best financial approach when it comes to investment is the use of secure investments as your basic or foundation investment. instead of saving in fiat put some of your savings into any of these secure investment, sure it will take alot of time but it's better than the interest from banks. While the remaining small percentage let's say 30% of your savings should go to risky investment it could be crypto, new stocks, trading.. anyone that you love. The whole idea of using a small fraction for your risky investment is because it may not return back to you and that is good risk management compared to when you use all your savings for approaching a risky investment.
I know the economy has forced some peoole to want to play it safe but the truth is more you try to avoid failure, the more you're avoiding success. And such person can never become wealthy playing it safe.

I don’t think classifying bitcoin as a secured investment really do justice to how risky bitcoin investment is. Bitcoin is unpredictable and because of its high volatility it comes with lots of uncertainty even on the long term because no one knows what the price value will be tomorrow. The truth is that, when embarking on bitcoin investment it is good to know your level of risk tolerance and that’s why it’s advisable to invest with a discretionary income after sorting out your basic expenses. If you’re suggesting that bitcoin is a secured investment then you’re indirectly saying that there’s a guarantee of making profit where as profit is not a guarantee in bitcoin investment. Only invest with what you can afford to lose.

Over exposure to shitcoins na wetin dey make people think say Bitcoin na pump and dump coin as well. E get people wey don dey so much exposed to gambling on coins wey make dem no go fit understand de value wey dem tend to benefit if dem stay in Bitcoin for longer. De worst thing you go do for doz kain people na to help dem buy Bitcoin, dem go see you as bad person on the long-run as dem education no dey meet, simply because dem no even understand wetin dem dey go into in the first place. Na why e dey important to dey blunt if you dey introduce people to Bitcoin, no just talk the positive side, and above all, allow people to navigate dia Bitcoin journey independent of you so dat dey own dia own mistakes and not tie am to you.

Knowledge alone is not enough to keep Bitcoin holdings strong and locked in for a long time. Financial strength and regular strong cash flow are essential. Sometimes even experienced investors can become  panic with large drawdowns. To me, a long time mindset means accumulating Bitcoin in such a way that short term market movements do not change your entire strategy. If the invested money is needed in the next few months, then no matter how knowledgeable you are, you may be forced to sell Bitcoin in an emergency. So, proper knowledge about Bitcoin helps an investor understand volatility, but if the financial situation is not strong, you should not sell your holdings during volatile times.

Before giving knowledge about Bitcoin, it is necessary to tell that person about the bad aspects of Bitcoin. Although Bitcoin does not have any bad aspects, the bad aspects are the volatility of Bitcoin and keeping yourself away from short-term investments. Because many people face losses by investing in the short term, then they can blame you for it. There are many people who invest in the long term and whenever the market falls, they sell their holdings out of fear and face losses and for this loss they blame the other person who introduced them to Bitcoin. So it is never a good thing to go ahead and advise someone to invest in Bitcoin and if you have to tell someone about Bitcoin, then you should definitely try to tell them the bad aspects of Bitcoin first.

The thing be say, we still get plenty people wey dey too overlook plenty things say no be to only hold the bitcoin be the main thing, he still depends on how person go still sabi the management of money. If we look at am fir other side again, we still plenty people wey don already sabi the bitcoin wella, but if thier income wey they come no really serve them for all thier Billings, if they come experience the price drops, they fit force themselves to sell thier bitcoin holdings. nw why he good make person get emergency funds for emergencies that may comes up, and if all those things don they settled, you no need to suffer yourself for anything again or be panicking on selling in rush since the market don drop, na why he good make your financial stability dey ryhm with your bitcoin investment.

Every investor has their ris tolerance, if you can not bear the pain of loosing money, avoid putting your money in a risky investment because the assurance of getting it back is not there, and for those who also want to play safe investing in well esterblished companies or cryptocurrency like Bitcoin can give you peace of mind. However, there is nothing wrong investing in altcoins because if you are lucky enough to find a good one, you can make good money from it. Just for example, Bitcoin is becoming more of a stable asset when it comes to volatility, at the initial stage of Bitcoin or when Bitcoin was very young, there are times when it was multiplying 100x and above, but today there is no longer such move or volatility in Bitcoin, your investment in a new altcoins with good potential can give you such multiplication just like when Solana came onboard initially.

Yes Bitcoin investment doesn't have any bad side it's how an investor followed it up that will then make it a wrong investment, when an investor is not using money within his limit to invest in Bitcoin he has already started inviting danger into his investment, Bitcoin as a volatile asset shouldn't be what an investor will use all he has to invest in Bitcoin rather they have discretionary income which they can use since we are guaranteed to make profit or to become successful in our Bitcoin investment. When telling people about Bitcoin investment it's important they know that Bitcoin is volatile, profit isn't guarantee and they should put in money they can afford to lose.

I'm trying to understand your point and from my understanding about Bitcoin, i want you to remember that there's no guarantee of profits in Bitcoin so don't tell people that it doesn't have a bad side but tell them that the advantage is better than the disadvantage, Bitcoin has a disadvantage like no guaranteed profits, volatility, and so on but since it's a coin that get valuable on the long run, those disadvantages are not really and issues if some invest consistently.
However, you're correct about using non discretionary funds for investment, it’s not a good idea and people interested in Bitcoin should only use their discretionary funds for Bitcoin investment.

It doesn't matter the type of investment you are doing whether the risky one or the non risky but the thing is just have a good strategy that works and be committed to it, and classifying Bitcoin as a secure investment may not be entirely true because it obviously has its risk and you can only succeed with the right approach . Bitcoin may be secure in some ways but in price security it isn't secure because it's volatile and if anyone is investing in Bitcoin because they think it's secure in every way then they are in for a tough ride.

In reality, investment is never risk-free; anything devoid of risk hardly qualifies as an investment at all. If you look at the world's most successful investors, you will find that their success stemmed from their willingness to take risks. You must place absolute faith and confidence in yourself. Whenever you aim to undertake a worthwhile venture or make an investment, people will offer all sorts of discouraging remarks—warning you against the risks or questioning what would happen if you faced a loss. Such words are meant to shake your resolve. I have often heard it said that those who possess self-confidence never truly lose; eventually, they triumph in one way or another, and fortune begins to favor them. Therefore, the truly intelligent approach is to move forward with self-belief and a proactive attitude toward investment. Start small, but start investing; this very investment could be the key to liberating your life from all its complexities.

There is no type of investment that doesn't involve risk no matter how real an investment looks there is a risk involved because you don't know what the outcome is going to be. Once you have a good plan for your investment and your capital is ready the next thing is to research and make further inquiries to know if you need to invest that particular time or wait for a particular period before going into the investment. Going into any investment with zero background check about the investment and zero strategy will lead you to loss which you do not intend to see as a business person so the right plans should be done and your capital be available as well as your back up funds so that it you have obstacles you can sort it out with your backup funds.

Saving in fiat is not a good idea anytime any day. For most of those kinda savings, the growth is a drag which is not bad but in stock it becomes a valuable decision over time. But in fiat it's just money sitting in a bank.
If the stock doesn't crash you mean? Because over time we've seen alot of times when certain stocks will completely go down overnight and everyone with holdings in it losing their entire investment in that single instant, in a situation like this it would be better to just keep your savings in your local fiat then in a stock that will leave your broke at the end of the day.
Any kind of investment you are pursuing you should make sure it's a solid one, granted, we can't be 100% certain of anything, even bitcoin but to a certain degree we can tell what's likely to succeed and what isn't.

I get your point on this i also believe that as long as the reliable investment platform then it is worth given a try,  yes bitcoin is worth all my my investment but then sometimes I feel like I also need to try out on other stock and altcoins too especially those I can also trust a little. But for bitcoin I can go all in on a long term investment and that's what I do because I can be sure of genuine and reliable investment at the end of the day. So the idea of trying out on other investment platforms other than bitcoin is not entirely out of place but I strongly will recommend bitcoin for someone who is new and looking for where to invest and will also advice a long term investment without fear.

Newbies trying to do some kind of diversification in investments may not be too good because they know nothing much about it. And secondly, doing the diversification thing will require them to stretch too long in abilities of sharing income into different segments to meet up all there investments. I think it's best for newbies to just concentrate on a single investment, maybe Bitcoin or nay other one as he/she wishes, but it's best they stick with Bitcoin.

Bit for only time investors, they can do whatever they like, it's there money and time. Maybe they can choose to diversify onto 2-3 or even more investments at a time if they have enough discretionary to carry it. Wether high risk investment or low risk, it all depends on your level of financial strength and how long you feel you can wait for your investments to mature and/or your risk tolerance.
