Any gambler that understands that gambling is a game of luck won't really push there luck . They will definitely learn how to set a limit and to stick to it. People should learn to control themselves even when luck appears to be on there side and they will not always be lucky at all time.

Actually, I have faced this kind of situation not just once but multiple times. Actually, during this time, we basically get away from our emotional control, so it happens that even if we win a good amount, and finally after that win, our confidence level becomes extra high, due to which we wager again due to overconfidence.
In this regard, the more difficult reality for me is that when I face such a situation, I can only hold on to my profits for a very short time because it is often the case that after making a profit at first, I then wager again due to confidence, and the profit gradually turns into a loss, sometimes even losing my capital.

Old gambler once told me that when he first won big at a casino table, that was his biggest loss in hindsight. It took me a while to understand that he meant that it got him hooked to gambling, which is a loss in a long run.

Same basically happened to me. Winning at the start easily causes you to think it's sustainable way to make money, and win in the future only if you learn to gamble better. This wears out sooner or later, either by experience teaching you, or if you just look at the figures and use logic.

And sure, failing and feeling consequences is something i learn from, at least if i feel the consequences immediately. There should be (maybe even mandatory course) for people who start gambling first time. In where you get something similar to driving license, that shows you understand what you are going into. Just like there are courses for safety in work places for different jobs. I don't think that majority want to learn on their own at the start, especially if they have a winning streak.

Yes, people should know that losing its also part of the game and not to  allow it to hurt them because the goal of gambling its not to get rich but for one to have fun and be entertained by it. So, if they leave with the win they have at hand, has sustained their peace and they have also beat the game besides losses don't kill, it can only hurt one for a while but accepting it as well save them from a lot of problemsdue to wrong gambling and wrong decision making.

That's how humans think, they are never satisfied with what they have at hand, they will always seek for more and even if they get the more, they will still seek for more and more, they don't have the mindset of let me be okay with this, in order for them to think of this way, they rather obey their thought and even have to increase their stake, with the hope of it going as they planned and when it doesn't, their emotions begin to push them until they succumb to their emotion and create more problems for them.

I haven't had this experience as far as I can remember and I think that gamblers who let themself to this kind of gambling pattern are just being silly shit. The only situation I have felt like what I won in amount wasn't something to really call a profit was when I had streaks of losses before making a win, then calculating all the losses and subtracting the total from the amount I won, I discovered I was not actually in profit.

To some gambler, gambling is just all about winning. They don't see losing as part of gambling. There is need for a gambler to understand that in gambling is either they win or they lose. Yes, this has happened before and I am very sure that most gamblers have passed through that phase before especially those that found it hard to not allow their emotion intermingled with the rule they’ve set for themselves in the market to enable proper risk management.

Greed is one of the causes of such and if one does not let it be, they’ll most probably lose everything and go back to square one again. Indeed, once we allow greed to overrun our emotions then it will lead us to lose more most of the time, though by luck and by chance it may trigger something huge and if the gambler have the decency to quit it will give the chance to enjoy, but if the gambler push for more and follow the desire inside then most likely it will expect losing everything back.

Nah fam, this is just greed because I'm pretty sure anyone with a little bit of content will be okay winning decent money in gambling but then for you to win and still continue playing, like there is no other perfect way to explain greed. And of course it is a loss if you kept playing after the win but then later on you lose. I think that's even more painful way to lose on betting, because you had the opportunity but because of greed you kept riding on and the after losing, your conscience will start judging you and you want to now feel bad.
