Have you ever won in gambling but still felt like you lost?

There are cases when you won but you know that what you are able to win can not be compared to what you have lost from gambling. There was a time when I was losing more than I was profiting from gambling and I felt the pain in me because that was not the kind of outcome I was expecting to see. Gambling is not that favorable to us which is why we need to be focused and gamble with affordable amount of that we don't regret later for making expensive mistakes.

Losses in gambling is a normal occurrence. As a Gambler you should learn to control your emotion  If your losses is consistent, it is better to stop and save your capital for another day. If your losses is higher than your wins ,you should stop immediately because if you continue you might lose more money.  However, Gambling should be for fun and not as means of survival because when you depend on it for your survival, you wil be desperate to win..Again If your survival depends on it you might make mistakes and that might affect your finances negatively.

Well, in my view, those gamblers who win and still continue have some reasons behind it, and the most prominent among them is the previous losses they faced. They lost many times and continue betting only for the chance to recover all the lost amounts at once, but that technically never happens. In fact, in seeking it, they lose even more. Once they get that opportunity, they still continue to bet so that they can go into profits and recover the lost amount. That's a psychological fact, a human will never be happy with what they have but will be sad about what they lost.

That's common in gambling and i have had such feeling too. Sometimes people win healthy amount of money and think that their luck is still going on. That's why they keep their play continue as if the next win is just around the corner. Then they make a few bets and most of the money they won is gone. People do that because of greed and thinking today is the time. When I win it gets me excited. It feels I have a good chance of winning again even though I know that gambling is not always fair. I have felt this way too. Sometimes gamblers get loosed emotionally, and unable to control ourselves. For instance virtual games, there are times when we make good wins from virtual games, but we don't quit instead we feel we can win more instead of retiring home with our wins. The feeling to continue gambling is nothing but a sign of greed, and this is the beginning of our failure or losses, because you might not continue in the trend of winning.
It is necessary to have your limit as a gambler, this will enable you to gain control, know when to go in, and when to quit from the game. This system will save you from total loss.

I think this happens because people become so attached emotionally to the profit they have already made, once you are it is easy to start imagining how much more you could win instead of appreciating you have already gained. I have seen people that turn a winning session into a losing one simply because they believed that their luck would continue, but the moment greed takes over, discipline usually disappears.

Most times, what started as a successful day suddenly feels like a failure because they didn’t know when to to stop. This is one of the reasons many experienced gamblers set profit targets and walk away once they reach them. Making a profit is important but protecting that profit is very important.

I had this feeling just yesterday, it’s not an unfamiliar territory to me.

Watching the Ivory Coast Vs Ecuador game yesterday, I decided to take live bet on that game. Seeing how Ecuador was dominant in the first half, having several balls hit the bar, you just feel at some point they would get a goal and so, I took them on an over 0.5 bet. It wasn’t me asking for much but, I had to go high on stakes and that’s where it went wrong for me, I lost.

I then played the Sweden game for an over 2.5 with a small stake because, I wasn’t open to risking more and I won. My won bet wasn’t enough to cover my lost bet so, it still was a lose for me, I didn’t feel compensated enough.

actually if you are curious to check your gambling or you are curious to win in gambling that will make you to develop a BP so it is good if you Gamble you don't need to continue checking after it until the play out, I'll use myself as point of illustration, whenever I Gamble I don't like to continue monitoring or checking if I have lost in gambling, what i only do is to relax until the game or the match is over, we all should know that gambling is all of luck, and in gambling, two things are involved neither you win or you lose.

They can accept the losses easily because they realize that is the risk so they can still smile even they lost. They just allocating small money to gamble and not think much. When they use the money, they considering the money can be gone anytime. But if we can checking from our gambling history, maybe the amount we won are not covers our losses so we still losing the money. So we don't have to bother thinking or wants to recover our losses because that will gives us more losses.

That depends on the amount you won, if you lost a big amount recently if the amount you later won is not up to the list amount you won't be very happy especially if you are still feeling the pains from the loss but the feeling you have after winning when you didn't lose can't be compared when though he game is about winning and losing.

I've lost large sums of money at the casino more than once, and small wins can't make up for it. That's why I don't feel satisfied with my winnings. It takes a really big win to make up for my losses. I feel more annoyed and disappointed than happy.

Well that is a really annoying situation anyway, but yes it will not happen if we do not continue to chase even bigger wins because if we immediately withdraw the profits that have been obtained then we will be able to enjoy these profits and will not experience this annoying situation which is nothing but losing the profits that have been obtained along with the initial capital deposited.

Many times but i have learnt from it overtime and made out some realizations that you should really be securing profits at the moment that you are winning and thats something matters about self control of a certain gambler on which we know that not everyone would really be having that kind of mentality on which most of us would definitely fail on doing so. You wouldnt really be having that sense of lost when yo uare really just that spending into the amount that you can afford to lose and never make yourself that thinking that you would really be having the advantage in compared into those who are really playing for fun despite of losing money. Well, no one likes on losing money and you would really be having that pain or frustration because you have lost but it would really be that totally different on how a certain gambler having insights on what they are doing. It all matters about perception and treatment towards gambling on which if you arent that good enough on having the control or simply the psychological/emotional moderation then that would really be an issue.

What good is discipline? Does it help a player win faster? I only started following my own rules when I lost a large sum. From then on, I set a strict deposit limit. Everyone feels the impact of regretting having lost their winnings. The best thing to do to ensure that your money is safe is to withdraw money once you hit target.
