I registered with this bookmaker about a week ago, as I found information about betcoin.ag on a very well-known resource with an incredibly high reliability rating.
I deposited about $150, lost it, then lost some more, and then more—a total of about $700. Then came a winning streak, and I recovered my losses, bringing my balance to about $1,150 (including my $700 deposit). To avoid losing everything, I decided to withdraw $600.

And then, everything happened as standard, just like what is repeatedly described in complaints online... The withdrawal transaction was pending for 5 hours, so I wrote to support. Silence. At night, they sent a message saying I was required to complete KYC within 60 minutes. Obviously, they were hoping I would be asleep, but I was ready and completed the KYC.
After that, there was silence. In response to my second inquiry, they replied that they were checking something and would contact me later... Then my account was blocked. I wrote several more emails, and a day later, they replied that I am a "sports betting abuser," my account is blocked, and an investigation is underway to understand the full extent of my violations...
At first, I didn't believe it, but then I started carefully studying the reviews, disputes, and behavior of betcoin.ag.
I wrote a review on Trustpilot in the hope that they would reply and explain the reason for the blocking, but they flagged my review. However, I passed KYC on Trustpilot, and my review was reinstated. Yesterday, they filed a complaint claiming I was not their client. Trustpilot withdrew my review for the second time and asked me to provide documents, receipts, and proof of interaction with betcoin.ag. But my account is blocked, and I cannot provide screenshots of my deposits. There are many other reviews about them with a 1-star rating that have been blocked—it seems the scheme is working. If this isn't a scam, then what is a scam?
I studied their responses to claims and was surprised—they call everyone fraudsters, threaten people, and blackmail them, saying they will deduct money from any potential deposit refund because of the negative things written about them. In their responses to complaints, they write that they won't return anything because the user complained about them on the internet... You can find their rude replies right here on this forum yourself. If this isn't a scam, then what is a scam?
Generally, blocking an account, and therefore blocking access to payment data, is also a scam. I have read that other bookmakers using Betby simply freeze the bets and the balance until further notice; these guys, however, deny you access to the evidence itself...
And the most disgusting "scam" is their so-called investigations. They supposedly fight against new types of fraud. What could they possibly be investigating? What could they be fighting against? All sports bets go to Betby servers, and the results come from there as well. Their only role in all of this is to accept the deposit and then not return it.
Yes, I admit that it is my fault; I saw their high rating on a respected resource and didn't bother to check further. Do not make my mistakes. Just look deeper—even on this forum, their responses speak for themselves.
P.S. I still have the Betby Secret key in my browser. Has anyone tried asking them directly for information regarding bets and balance? It was explained to me that all the data is on their side, and that Betcoin and other providers only handle deposits and withdrawals. I can't find any information anywhere about this kind of experience—is it worth trying to contact them directly?
