For some years now, Bitcoin and real estate have proven to give substantial wealth, and people are investing heavily in them for the financial gains they bring. Nothing seems bad if anyone chooses to invest in both because of the substantial profits that await them in the decade to come.

Both are good in you have enough funds to invest in both and you will get huge profits when the price increases and real estate many rich people always invest because is for long term benefit and if you can get the opportunity you should try it both and see which one will you prefer most. In this inflation, having land or property is nothing short of a miracle. That is why, if possible, property should be the first thing to build so your future can be secure in the long term. Here, people judge your financial status by looking at your land and property. If you own even a single apartment or plot, they consider you rich, but if you tell them that you own 0.1 Bitcoin, they will call you a gambler.

It is not that this is gambling, because as we know, it is not. But who is going to explain that to these traditional people?

They are still stuck with the same old principles and are unable to accept the modern world. For them, stocks, crypto, and forex are all forms of gambling. Even stocks are seen that way in their eyes. According to them, you should own land because its price always goes up and never goes down. These are the kind of people who would happily go after a 5% ROI from land, but if another investment is giving more than 5% ROI, they still would not go there.

I am not one of them, I prefer bitcoin to build my portfolio, because I can't own land with the money I have, I am using bitcoin and I am still thinking what will I do if I find a good property maybe I will sell btc to buy the land because that's what others expects from me (or they will).

We can't evaluate it, because bitcoin is something that has to with future, and nobody knows the life span of bitcoin if I'm not mistaken...bitcoin is a new currency and  nobody know if they will be a new currency in future that will supercede bitcoin, so in your question it doesn't have accuracy answer if I'm not mistaken..nobody wish bitcoin to be out of market, but if government rise against bitcoin or if theirs new technology better than bitcoin, bitcoin might not be valuable in future...

Both Bitcoin and investing in real estate are profitable in terms of real estate where you invest your money in and buy your property will determine how well it will appreciate over the years you need some license and legal documents and a good consultant who can guide you to avoid making mistakes while sorting for properties, while with bitcoin you just have to invest without location barrier all you need do is be patient even if you don't get that large of a profit but for that long there is more chance for your patient to pay off than you accounting for lose.

I do not need to wait for that long. The property that I bought way back in 2018, worth around $62,000 is now at around $116,000. Bitcoin was around $17,252 that time.  Now, fast forward, how much is Bitcoin now?  How many times has Bitcoin increases from 2018?

The property I bought doubled in price today, but if I put it on bitcoin that time, I could have multiplied the fund 7.3x.  In calculation, it is obvious that Bitcoin value growth is much faster than real estate.

Investing into Bitcoin or investing into land is a decision that the right thing to do is quite easy despite we being on a bitcoin talk forum, real estate investment is always the best form of investment in respective of what you are comparing it to. Once you invest into land you don't have to do much for you to profit from its appreciation in the future but for crypto investment especially Bitcoin you have to hold for a long period and be of the believe that the market will continue to increase which it is likely going to do so but there is no guarantee although for landed investment there is every guarantee that the price is going to increase. Bitcoin is quite different from other cryptocurrencies hence Bitcoin has an advantage over them that is why an investment in Bitcoin can be seen as an equivalent to investing in lands but if what you are investing into is in Bitcoin then you can compare it to a landed investment like real estate.

For anyone who have been in the investment business over time, wouldn't want to engage in this type of arguments as I think it's just a waste because smart investors would always want to diversify their investments as there is this saying that, anyone who is successful doesn't have to depend on just a single stream of income, so if you have the money and capacity then I would suggest that you diversify rather than trying to compare them.

Real estate business is gradually gaining so much recognition because of the profit margin that it brings which is why you don't need to compare it to bitcoin since both are very good investment in which any one who can afford to invest in one can also afford to invest in the other but the difference between the two is time difference to when you start making profit. You may be right that the value of Bitcoin increases faster than real estate in most cases .  But I think this comparison is somewhat biased and not fully objective comparison

You cannot rely on the growth of a specific house to represent the overall growth of the entire real estate market. Each property has a completely different location, liquidity, and potential. A house in the center of a major city can double, triple, or even quintuple in value in just a few year.  Meanwhile, real estate in other more remote areas will experience slower growth rates.

If you ask me, i would say that there is no need for this comparison,  both bitcoin and real estate are good investments just go for the one you feel is best for you and stop making these comparisons.

However, there are reasons why some people prefer real to bitcoin and verse versa.  Real estate can generate steady rental income,  but bitcoin cannot and Real estate is also generally less volatile.

The thing about Real estate or the problem with Real estate is that it requires a large amount of money to get started, but as small as $5 you get can started with bitcoin.

Real estate also requires maintenance, taxes and management cost,  whereas bitcoin is a little different in that regards.

Another disadvantage of Real estate is its lower liquidity, it can take months before you sell a property,  whereas you can sell your bitcoin within 5 to 10 munities . in Real estate retunes also vary depending on the location.

I think real estate and Bitcoin are totally different investments and can’t really be compared this way. Bitcoin for example has no cost to maintain. Whereas a house you have to worry about things like property taxes, city licenses (if you’re going to rent it), bad renters that turn into squatters… So many things could go wrong that you don’t have any control over.

Ahmadbhai, Your question could be answered here. Why did you give a Drive link? It does not make any sense. You wanted answers, and you can get them here directly.

In the next ten years, you can make at least 4x from a Bitcoin investment if you invest now. You could even make 5x to 6x on your investment. But there is no guarantee because you could make even more, or you could lose too. Still, I am sure you will make a profit of at least 4x.

But if you buy land in a normal place where demand will not increase in the next ten years, your property will only increase in value according to inflation. Demand matters the most. If the demand is high, you can sell it at any price, even higher than the normal market rates.

You know how funny Real estate sound, I can point more than 20 people that I know online and offline that has Bitcoin, they have made good fortune from Bitcoin and are well recognized individuals but you see this Real estate, the profits looks too translucent that I do view scam on the inside. How many individuals can show you ways to get started with Real estate and if they show you can you make it, I can with Bitcoin without leaving the comfort of my home.

If you can get your hands into 1 Bitcoin which is worth like $64k America dollars, people will praise you, like you will be one of the respected person among Bitcoiners but you can have $64k dollars and think you want to start a real estate. What properties are you going to buy in a developed area with such amount of money to get profits.
