True it looks old school but who knows, it is a centralized POS that is able to process bets, issue tickets, and even check winnings. I think due to the function of the the device it is built or designed to be bigger, there are lots of electronic devices that cannot be created to be portable or small. Lottery machine are so effective in the art of manipulating the mind in order to get person to play again. They commit tricks of small dollar so that their victims do not feel that they have lost much. Personally, I think that gambling is merely entertainment; it should not be the mainstay of your life. I think it's owned by a casino shop with the person holding the machine probably being the owner of the betting shop, I don't think it's privately owned. And yes of course it's a selected number machine, and as I said before it also looks like a child's toy.
 
The way this machine works is manually which of course it will work if we use it so it doesn't work automatically by itself, unlike the slot machines in physical casinos where this is already set up so it only needs to be used by the player.

I've seen this before but haven't really given it attention because from the modern of their operations down the streets it seems very local for me and I usually sees more of old men who're supposed to be in their retirements surrounding the operator holding the machine.
