Of course, this depends on the importance and urgency of the situation. Investing in Bitcoin is likely important for everyone reading this post, but we cannot know exactly what life has in store for us. Furthermore, we could sell our Bitcoin now, but we could earn the money back and reinvest it in Bitcoin. If we assume that the price of Bitcoin is relatively stable, it might make more sense to sell it and then buy it back. However, when the price of Bitcoin is volatile, borrowing from other sources (presumably with interest) might also be a sensible option. Although Bitcoin is very important to the people reading this, it is, after all, merely an investment vehicle. We need to be sensible about this and think as rationally as possible.

however there could be circumstances that emergency funds won't or might not be enough to handle the matter at hand whether a mistake or totally unforseen and uncontrollable happening.
I believe this may indicate poor strategic planning.

I don't think every case where an emergency fund falls short is the result of poor planning.

Because no one knows when emergency will happen or how serious it will be. That is why we prepare for it. If we knew those things in advance, it would no longer be an emergency.

Also, emergency fund is only one part of a financial plan. We still have other financial goals, such as investing, covering living expenses, and saving...An emergency fund is not everything, so it doesn't make sense to put most of our asset into it.

Everyone should have savings, but not everyone realizes this. Then, when they run into trouble, they start looking for someone to borrow money from, and if they can't borrow from friends or relatives, they take out a loan, but you need to think about this in advance. By being responsible and practicing some basic financial literacy, you can protect yourself from unnecessary problems.
This is why having an emergency fund is very important, but this seems very difficult for some people to create because of a lack of discipline. I have come to understand that people who are investing and not considering having an emergency fund don't really know what they are doing because they may be investing to see if they can be lucky enough to make a profit quickly, which they never expected.

An investor who understands things better will always make plans for an emergency fund as they invest, and this is to prevent the investment from being affected in case any emergency occurs for which money will be needed.

For example you can take a loan if you have an income stream like salary from your work place and ask that certain percentage is taken off your salary as this can be better than selling your bitcoin at loss. But in a car where you don’t have an income stream like this to take loan with, I think you have no other choice than to sell off your bitcoin because life comes ahead of any investment.

Not sure what country you're from or how loans work there, but normally you just need collateral in order to take out a loan (although if we're talking about bank loans, they might reject you if you don't have a job).

And then there's your credit score for those of us in countries that have those things.  What a sorry-ass state of affairs the financial system has gotten into in the last 100 years--that's as far off-topic as I'll stray.  For all of you young people, it is important to keep some kind of emergency fund, whether it's fiat (preferably) or bitcoin.  If you didn't know this fact already, you'll learn it in time.

Trust me on that.

As an investor it's advisable to keep emergency funds to ensure that your Bitcoin asset management is done to the utmost, however there could be circumstances that emergency funds won't or might not be enough to handle the matter at hand whether a mistake or totally unforseen and uncontrollable happening. A very debilitating situation that the thinking of selling Bitcoin holding is already part of the options.

Under such conditions what will you do between selling your Bitcoin, borrowing money and selling other belongings etc.

It really depends on individual life circumstances and how comfortable people are with risk, but I've never felt the need to have an emergency fund - perhaps because most stuff can be put on a card while you figure out how to cover a disaster scenario (paid off with no interest of course). However we can not possibly account for every scenario, it's just when I hear people talking about having 3-6 months salary saved up, sometimes up to 12 months - I think it's probably a poor use of that money. Less so currently because we're in a high interest rate state and banks are paying higher savings rates compared to the previous couple decades, but you can probably squeeze out more from your money from investing wisely which for most is still readily accessible. If the whole economy is imploding at the time you need it, that's the only dangerous part, but relatively rare.

We should always pray against what ever situation that will eat up all our money emergency funds and problems comes in different level but when an emergency comes that our emergency funds can't be able to handle it then the next option is to borrow it.
Seriously we should always pray against any situation which we going to spend all our money on, but if you are praying against situations like that, then we should also prepare for situations like that because it can happen. Even people that experience bad things don’t always pray for it, but it happens to them, that’s the reason why we have to be prepared always.

You mentioned about loan, I don’t know if getting a loan is easy in your country, but here in my country, getting a loan is not something you going to find easy, most especially if you are going for bank loan, that’s why I feel you should be prepared always, and we shouldn’t always take loan as our alternative until we have no choice left.

Been there and done that, a very tough situation that I have to choose between my lifesavings in bitcoin or a real life that I have to help. I chose the latter but it didn't made me feel bad when I have to sell a slice of my holdings for it. It means a lot to that immediate relative of mine but I think that it stays there. And there won't be next sell off that I have to do in call for help because if ever I am in help, there's no one who's going to save me aside from the patience that I have put into my holdings and the effort that I did with it. If someone is starting there with their holdings, it's important that you have to divide your funds for whatever purpose you're doing it. It hurts thought that slice I've sold seeing its price in the last ATH should be significant amount of money but, can't go back to the past and maybe it's a legacy I'll leave on my relative's life.

First of all, there is no way we can know that our emergency funds is enough or sufficient to take care of any emergency that may come our way while we are progressing because like you said, we can not tell or know the gravity of the emergency or challenge we will come across in our days of holding Bitcoin. But if peradventure we come across one that we don't have option than to sell then I will advise you do because after borrowing or selling property you might still end up selling your Bitcoin investment later and then it will be off no use.
You are right, one can't tell when and how emergencies will occur but it's up to one to decide if they will handle the emergencies properly and protect themselves from debt,  that is to say, that one should ensure they work and save for future use, as it won't cause them more harm than good because debt is the fastest way to bring one down to a point that it can ruin their life. But they can prevent this from happening if they possess a good mindset.
Emergency funds are funds set aside for emergency needs and honestly emergencies don't ask for permission before they occur they are unforseen events that could happen any time and if you do not prepare for it then you would become stressed out when it occurs especially if you do not have the money to tackle the emergency. Working and saving is the best way to ensure you do not get trapped when you have issues but if you come across anyone who is dependent on loan for emergency they will always not be free because loan is like a spirit the more you try to be out the more you get hooked up.

circumstances are what makes you determine whether your emergency funds is enough or not. Some times you think you have enough funds emergency needs only for an issue to come up and you will find it very difficult to resolve it. I share the same view with you it is not ideal for one to just sell off his assets under pressure because you can’t wait for the right time or the best price to sell the assets particularly if the situation is temporary and not life threatening, it makes more sense for you to explore other options first through loans provided that the debt manageable and you have a clear plan on how to repay the debt. Never the less, if it affects one’s health or a genuine life threatening condition, then immediately access the funds over your bitcoin. Bitcoin is a valuable asset but its purpose is to improve your life and not to replace it.

We live to fight another day, there are times to stand your ground till the end and there are times where you have to accept defeat, you will surely be back since life goes on,  if you are still breathing you will come back stronger.

What if the emergency is about your own health or that old your spouse? To hell with my Bitcoin holding at the time, there is no reason to be a man if you can't safe your own family, it's totally a failure of a man.

I'd rather use my Bitcoin, let the tough time pass and I will start over again, what matters is life, like I've said, we live to fight another day, I don't pray for such in my life but if it thus happen I won't hesitate.

I dont have a method of creating and setting aside emergency funds, everything goes into
Bitcoin for me.

My thinking is that, an emergency might not happen for a year so why bother to have FIAT
sitting uselessly in a bank waiting for the emergency to arrive. I will instead just sell some
Bitcoin when the need arises.

But yea, thats not a recommendation, its just my approach.

Under such conditions what will you do between selling your Bitcoin, borrowing money and selling other belongings etc.

Actually there is no actual number when it comes with the emergency funds but personally id rather to have one at least, I guess 6 months of the equivalent salary I earned that cater all of the expenses, such as foods and rents throughout that month if ever I dont have a work and if we has of course that emergency funds will be use to cater the expenses of an unexpected things happen so I do not need to pull out the money I have in my investment most likely now in the bitcoin we know that only couple of years again before we met the new ATH.

A loan can be paid, Bitcoin holding can be replaced, selling of valuables can be replaced later but life can never be replaced so I'll suggest thst investor help themselves with anyone of those in live challenging situations that their emergency fund is not enough to solve. I don't mean that one can sell all their holdings, no. Some portions can be borrowed to add up an settle the emergency situations, then replaced later, after where there's life there would be a way and if someone is dead the person can't invest again.
Life first before anything else, so it's better to do the needful things and stay alive, because it is only when you are healthy that you would be able to make it in life. Sometimes we don't usually take our health seriously, which is why many people have died in the process, because of being too greedy to spend on themselves.

Although it depends on the type of emergency situation you find yourself in, if it is not life threatening, then we can do it in such a way that it wouldn't affect our holdings.

Bitcoin investment is not something that you must do or die, if duty calls and your emergency funds aren't enough it's not your fault and that doesn't mean you should avoid your responsibility.

In the end I will spend most of my Bitcoin, I worked for it, I am enjoying most part of it and then I will leave the rest for my children,  but if something unexpected happens I have to solve it with my Bitcoin, if that's the only option left so be it.

There is no joy in accumulating Bitcoin for years and not spend most of it, not everything, most of it, it's a curse if you work all the days of your life and you don't have time to quit and start enjoying all you sow for.
