I don't like how the semi finals has played out because it looks like the expected match between France and Argentina might not happen because bookies are already pricing England to beat Argentina and these guys have the data to back them, unless VAR and refs come to their rescue

That's a valid reason,  but only one problem these odds are prematch before anybody could even put in their bets..so can we still stick to the theory of having more fans from one camp putting money on team England?? Perhaps I would be a good strategy to track odds movement and go with what the majority are expecting to happen, Just hope I won't be a lost sheep because majority don't always win

If they had met Norway of France in quarter finals, the journey would have been over. That’s why i said i don’t see the winning at all. Even though they have played well so far(all thanks to Messi). England will definitely pocket them and send them home. Thank God wednesday is close; the argument wil soon be over. So be there!

France is an incredibly talented team, and England is the only one that can give them some headache. We will see if “It’s Coming Home” happens this time around.

I hope that’s the case—for the sake of soccer, I hope it’s a well-refereed match, without any kind of bias, and that England obviously wins. It’s about time FIFA stopped playing its game of favoritism, which is so exhausting for everyone. I thought as much, so may football fans never expected England to come this far, they have been doubting them in almost all their games after the group stage, but they keep winning their matches and now here they are in the semifinal.

I also have the same feeling that England will not be an easy win for Argentina, in fact with the way both teams are playing and with the quality of players they both have, England is better with the exception of Messi in the Argentina team, but even with him, they also struggle to survive some stages including against Egypt and also against Switzerland, so they are also not playing that well that will give them an easy ticket ahead of England.
I still think that England can still make it to the final.

The narratives on Argentina is always about how they struggled to win a game, I was wondering how Argentina was unable to win Switzerland before the 90mins phase despite playing 10 against 11 for more than 18 minutes. England would pressure them a lot but it'll hard to determine the winner, over all the degenerating narratives on Argentina, they're a solid team, that can't be defeated easily.

I've never been rooting for Argentina to win the his world cup and with Norway out of the way all of my support goes to France, if Argentina can manage to best England then I would want for them to lose against France though I wouldn't want them to win against England in the first place, giving them they chance to even reach the finals will be giving them too much already and with how this world cup has been going they will most likely win if they get to the finals.

Argentina already has a support from FIFA if they can win England they will likely win the world cup back to back though i don't know if any country has done this before by winning the world cup trophy back to back. Since the countries i wanted to win the title has been eliminated i would want England to win the world cup title i haven't watched England win the world cup trophy but i have witnessed France and Argentina winning it.

I've seen different talks about this, that FIFA is biased in favour of Argentina and if that's really the case then this world cup has to be the shittiest world cup ever, the whole point is to give qualifier the chance to shot for the trophy, it's pointless if you are planning on just handing it over to one country at the end of the day, they should be careful to not turn football fans against football.

You can't underestimate Messi. He'll always be a threat and can create something out of nothing at any moment. But of course, your scenario is entirely possible.

The Argentina players are very hyped, two of their super Stars has come out to say they will give anything to see Messi win the world cup again, they aren't just playing to win for themselves or their country they are playing to see Messi win it again and thereby giving him the best international send-off.
Argentina will require to give their all against England first on Wednesday because the form isn't there now but hopefully they can turn to something incredible during the match, we shall see.

It is actually surprising that, after a long time, the top 4 teams in the FIFA rankings have made it to the semi-finals of the World Cup, so there were no surprises and the favorites made it to the end.
France has shown the most at this World Cup so far, but Spain is also rising and playing better at this World Cup, so I think their match is open.
The second match, between Argentina and England, will also be uncertain and full of tension due to the past of these countries.

Everyone is looking forward to this final (maybe except those who want a repeat of France vs. Argentina), but I'm suspicious that all four favorites won in the previous round (albeit not without some difficulties). In general, the favorites' win percentage at this tournament seems abnormally high. Will it continue until the end? Right now I'm rooting for the favorites, so I'd like to believe that yes, but purely statistically, there's a growing likelihood of some kind of big sensation, although of course, even if the final between Spain and Argentina turns out to happen, it would be hard to call it a sensation.

Op Already predict the Final    it's quite funny we didn't play the semifinal yet and people predict the final team but technically Spain are the better Team against France so first they need to beat Spain to reached the final as on the other side Argentina are look good but England need to beat them in the 90 minute if the match goes to extra time I don't think so England can survive thr Argentina pressure so my predictions will be Spain vs Argentina in the final.

I would really love to see England at the finals, and not just there, for them to lift the trophy. It's been a long time, and they have lost some finals, and it will be fine if they win this world cup. They have to beat Argentina, and that's not an easy task for them, to beat the Defending champions, they have to put up an extra ordinary performance to do so.

As for France and Argentina playing the finals, just like the topic, I don't even want that, because they have been there previously, and I would really want to see a new winner like I have always mentioned at the post. I would really England to win, if not Spain, but not France or Argentina. It's just a wish though, I can't really predict or dictate.
