I don't find any information about "fast payout" on their site, in ToS but there are some information in FAQ. It needs at least 3 confirmations from deposits before users are allowed to withdraw their funds.

I also opened a complaint with Askgamblers. Kings.Game initially took part in the complaint and said they would provide evidence to support their decision. That never happened. They stopped responding and the complaint was eventually closed as unresolved.

When I saw that Kings.Game had created an ANN thread here, I decided to contact them privately before posting this. I gave them 72 hours to respond or ask Askgamblers to reopen the complaint so they could present the evidence they claimed to have. They chose not to respond.

I would strongly advise against depositing here.

I wouldn't be surprised if new cases continue to rise related to the Betby provider because this provider cannot be exploited and the exploiters will try to exert pressure for personal gain. Whoever they haven't responded to the Askgambers thread since two weeks ago. It might be a good thing if the case first got worked out from there before moving it to another platform to avoid a mix-up.
