Your list is correct. Also, I have seen cases where scammers are using AI based fake support, Telegram/Discord admin impersonation and even Google Ads or sponsored links on social media to lure people to fake casino. These ads are more common when you log into a free Android app.

I would like to add 'VIP manager or personal manager' because after a user signup and deposit into a casino whatsapp telegram or email message and they claim to be a VIP host. they mainly act super friendly gives exclusive bonus and many good thing to gain trust, when they successfully able to make a user deposit high amount. the account may stop giving more profit or disappear with the money.

I have seen "clone casino websites" a lot of times. The problem is, I don't really know where to report them because they are not really advertising in forums like this but more on social media.

you are both right and to add to what you have said is to give an example just like somebody who pretends to be a bank app and decided to use a phishing site to scam you by requesting your login details and even asking you to put your card pin for authorization, you won’t call such scam a bank scam but a scammer using a phishing site to disguise as a bank app. Same scenario can be used to describe this kind of scam with what you would ordinarily refer to as a casino scam. When a gambler complains about the provably fair claims then it is a different thing because such can come directly from the gambling company or platform itself such as the casino now but not when they are scammed through some fake apps posing to be a casino app.
