Even I would like to add to your list that there is a jackpot winning phishing scam here. Although this is one of the most common methods of scamming, scammers do it on a large scale and, surprisingly, some gamblers fall into these phishing traps out of greed.

Yes, it's one of the most dangerous online casino scam. You don't have to be convinced by anyone about doing any specific thing, it just about not being able to recognize that theres a nuance difference between the original URL site of the casino and the scam site. Of which what makes the difference could be a hyphen, a dot, or a lowercase (L) in a site name could be substituted with an uppercase (I) and the user might not notice it, and would innocent deposit into the scam site before then realising it when he can't access his deposit.
