My first advice is for you to get a license and operate legally. You don't expect people to have confidence and build their trust on a casino that's not regulated. I don't know why these new casinos are always in a rush to start business without getting all the requirements to run a casino legally.

There's a lot you need to fix in the gambling site to enable players have easy navigation. I couldn't find the sign up button which discouraged me from signing up.

Thanks for your feedback!

We completely understand your point regarding licensing. Obtaining a gaming license is one of our top priorities, and we're actively working towards becoming licensed in the near future. We know that licensing is important for building trust, and it's a key milestone in our roadmap.

Regarding the registration process, we completely understand your frustration. The missing "Sign Up" button has already been reported to our developers, and we're currently reworking the registration flow to make it much more intuitive and user-friendly.

We really appreciate you taking the time to point these issues out. Feedback like this is extremely valuable, especially while we're still in the early stages after launch.

In reality, when it comes to a license, it's entirely up to you whether you want one or not. Back in the day, no cryptocurrency casino had a license, and things worked out just fine. A license builds a bit more trust. It gives users the feeling that the casino has been audited and they have a place to turn if they need need help in case of some conflict. However, it's possible to build trust without a license. It just takes much longer. As I mentioned earlier, it's up to you which path you choose, longer without license, or faster with license.

Thank you for sharing your perspective.

We actually agree with much of what you said. In our opinion, trust isn't built by a license alone—it's built by how a platform treats its community, how transparent it is, and how consistently it delivers on its promises.

There have been several licensed casinos in the past that were involved in controversies or even scams, so a license by itself is not a guarantee of trustworthiness.

That said, we completely understand why many players feel more comfortable with a licensed platform, and that's a valid point of view. That's why obtaining a gaming license is still part of our roadmap as we continue to grow. Our goal is to combine the additional credibility of a license with the transparency and community-focused approach that we believe ultimately builds long-term trust.

🎁 FREE $1 TEST CODE FOR BITCOINTALK USERS 🎁

We've created 15 promo codes worth $1 each for anyone who wants to try our Originals!

It is pity, I can't use the promo codes because I am not yet register on the site. That is because I don't see a register button to sign up but only see 3 methods sign-in to enter to the site and I don't want to use my Google, Steam or Telegram.

Some users have already suggested having a register button so we can use our email to register but that still not applicable. That will be preferable because we don't gives more information about us.

Hopefully that will available in the near so those who want to see the inside of the site can register using their email.

We use a risk-based KYC approach. For the vast majority of players, KYC is never needed. Verification is only requested in specific cases where it's necessary to keep the platform secure and compliant. We only ask for the information that's required.
I believe it’s better to implement KYC from the beginning if you aren’t a real non-KYC platform. Not asking for KYC at the beginning and asking for that when a gambler wins looks shadier to me. Because then gamblers think it’s a non-KYC gambling platform, and they raise allegations when asked about it from the platform. So make sure we aren’t going to see such allegations against you.

However, every casino seems to claim to be probably fair, so make sure it’s really probably fair and everything is fair, including withdrawal. It seems you are working for fast withdrawal; definitely it will help you to get attention from the forum gamblers. Good luck to you.

I find it strange how am u licensed casino is making KYC mandatory, do you care to give more explanations? A lot of the casinos in this forum are licensed yet do not make KYC mandatory and require just basic information like email verification. How do you cope in this industry when you started as an unlicensed casino yet asking for KYC? Secondly, you only have original games as at this moment, what is your time frame for adding other games like slots and even sports book?

Welcome to the forum. As some people have already mentioned that the method for logging into the account is uncomfortable, I tried logging in via Telegram, which is the third method to access the casino, and it's not working. It says the following: " Bot domain invalid " The other two methods, although they work, I prefer not to use. Honestly, why don't you simply use the standard method: email, password, and other data, and people will register normally without any headaches

I really liked this section: https://hazebet.co/responsible-gaming

This is a section that we all need to take the time to read very carefully. The recommendations are very clear. I just want to add something I saw in this part:

In your casino, people enter through Google, Steam, and Telegram, so even minors can easily access your casino and play. Probably by the time you request KYC, it will already be too late. This is the problem that arises when considering whether or not to implement KYC. On one hand, implementing KYC reduces the number of cheaters and bonus abusers and reduces the number of minors creating accounts, but it removes anonymity. On the other hand, not requiring KYC attracts bonus abusers, cheaters, and minors. It's a dilemma.

On the other hand, not requiring KYC attracts bonus abusers, cheaters, and minors. It's a dilemma.
So I think of two possibles to do that safely for users.

1. Ask KYC at the start when people register accounts.
2. Have a warning like "Please confirm that you are over 18 age, if you are under 18 age, you are not allowed to use our service. Don't bypass it, you might be KYC later".

The notification as "Please confirm that you are over 18 age, if you are under 18 age, you are not allowed to use our service" can be used for the first option too. Without it, many minors will register accounts and use the service without knowing that they're not allowed and will have troubles later.

According to the term, I know parents must be responsible if their accounts are used by their minors too.

They explained earlier that they do not want to start off as kyc averse now and then start requesting it later if they get their licence. I agree with that reasoning,  casinos that do not require kyc due to a lack of licence should not be planning on getting one at anytime. I also agree that casinos should get their licence before going live.

The notification as "Please confirm that you are over 18 age, if you are under 18 age, you are not allowed to use our service" can be used for the first option too. Without it, many minors will register accounts and use the service without knowing that they're not allowed and will have troubles later.
Some casinos have that checkbook and usually have a sort of under 18 banner somewhere. Awareness isn't the major issue but making people realise the possible damage causes by underage gambling.
