I'd like to formally issue an apology to the SCORAS team for my premature warning to the community. I saw red flags and decided to act before looking further into it which I later did and it seems as though things are in order and progress in areas that may have been lacking are being worked on.

I'll always put the community first when it comes to these things and I'd like to be transparent and let you guys in on some of the plans about me working with the SCORAS team on signature campaigns and/or promotions moving forward but I have decided against that for the time being, not due to a lack of trust or anything concerning but because I did indeed jump the gun and don't want them to feel forced into hiring me after such an ordeal. I'm sure whoever they end up working with will push this brand forward and with what I've seen so far and heard from their team about what's coming I'd say that'll be an easy task.

Hhampuz, many here know how honest and respected you are, and by acknowledging that you acted rashly, you only confirm that. While some people only know how to point the finger, you recognize the mistake and apologize; that's rare and a quality few possess.

I'm not defending anyone here, but there's no company that doesn't have problems and receive some kind of complaint, and when a company is serious, the focus is on its customers, and if the casino also believes in that, it will certainly act to resolve the problems in the best way possible.

Come on man, the VIP transfer is just a page, the way to do it is totally still the same. You wrote before:

Yet, it's the same. It's a page that gives you the link to the host, not more and not less.

The things people actually care about are still pending. The mentioned VIP section missing (and still full of bugs) and the betting history still missing.

IMO, these changes you have made don't improve on using the site playing. Most changes are about the bottom of the page (TOS, rules, FAQ and so on). While these things count they do not change how the player experiences the site.

You wanted to say that you are surprised that the suggestion from customer support is in contradiction to the casino's terms and conditions. Me too. The support does things like that sometimes. I have seen it before. I am speaking in general, not about the customer support of Scoras.

The agent did say something that makes sense. They asked me to clear my cache and cookies. Maybe there is something from the old domain that interferes and causes the new site to be inaccessible on your end. Or do it like I suggested in my previous post and try to visit the website in incognito mode.

I have previously been able to get multiple sites to work by deleting cache and cookies in cases like this, but in this case, it is not possible to access this site even after deleting cache and cookies.
Now it remains to be seen whether Scoras will set up a mirror link as a solution for such problems.

Happens sometimes. If you want double check everythings and it seems the support gave you a wrong answer. I suggest you to tell him, he was wrong and point out the information correct with the information are written in the wall (promotions tabs, terms, or other information tabs). Reporting the live-support could be another option, since sharing a false information for casino is a big now (cause involved some money).

Resetting the cache is one of the common things, is just basic support assistance. I also do the same things for user, working as moderator in some project. Just want to see, it's work for you or not. If not work, then reported to the official team for alternative solution. But required some time to get answer from them.

Some accounts still have temporary restrictions due to the migration. These restrictions will be removed as soon as possible.

The VIP system is already working for all new users, and by tomorrow it will also be fully working for all existing users.

Made a withdrawal to try it out almost an hour ago and still waiting

So i assume the payment providers arent still 100% yet

Edit: 6 hours and still nothing. Horrible. Before the deposit, i especially asked if theres any problems left with deposits and withdrawals and was told no. Gotta run away from any sportsbook that uses fulgurpay as their payment system. Never seen anything more problematic

Not mine. I made a withdrawal of 100 USD last Saturday (so now it has been 6 days).

Since then every time I ask CS, it's going to be done in 24h, but it's actually never happens.
