My only problem is the withdrawal that sometimes delays because that's one of the factors that make users shy away from a casino, if scoras can legitimately work on the withdrawal system then it's gonna be absolutely amazing.
Absolutely, and we completely agree with you.
The withdrawal situation has been our biggest priority over the last days. The delays are mainly connected to the changes we are making to our payment infrastructure, and we know that regardless of the reason, players want to be able to withdraw quickly without having to chase us for updates.
We are working on exactly that right now. The goal is to get back to the lightning-fast withdrawals we had before while, at the same time, giving players significantly more flexibility with the currencies and networks they can use.
Thank you for being patient with us while we get this finished. We would rather acknowledge the issue and fix it properly than pretend everything has been perfect.
Thanks for the message however the statement that my account is paid out is false, my withdrawal got declined again. Although it was in USDT ERC20 so maybe that was the issue. So like you said I did create a withdraw request of USDT TRC20 now; 300 USDT to wallet TK6G6k4rnh1GRk6SAkUQJQQqWDXaqJzu8m (I am posting it openly here so people can follow it) Hope it will be processed soon

Yes, the ERC20 request was the issue here, and I apologize for saying that everything had been paid out before confirming the final status of that withdrawal.
You have now done the correct thing by submitting the withdrawal through USDT TRC20. I will make sure the team checks your new $300 request.
Also, just for security in the future, I would recommend not posting your wallet address publicly. You can always send these details to us privately.
And thank you for acknowledging the improvements. We are working on the system every single day, and feedback like this is exactly what helps us identify what needs to be prioritized.
Is there any extra charge or conversion fee when withdrawing crypto from your balance using a different crypto that wasn't the one used for deposits?
Secondly, is the new improvement like a swap inside the casino? Or when you use the withdrawal section, your balance automatically calculates into the cryptocurrency you want to make a withdrawal in?
Yes, you understood it correctly. Let me explain exactly how the new system will function because I think this is actually one of the nicest parts of the upgrade.
Let's say you deposit
Bitcoin.
At the moment your BTC deposit is credited, the system will automatically calculate its value using the current exchange rate and convert that value into the currency you have selected for your SCORAS.io profile — for example
USD or EUR.
So, as a simple example:
Deposit BTC → Automatically converted at the current rate → Balance displayed in USD/EURThen later, let's say you decide that you don't want to withdraw in Bitcoin. Instead, you want to withdraw in
LTC.
No problem.
The system will take the USD/EUR value of the withdrawal and automatically calculate the equivalent amount of LTC using the applicable exchange rate.
USD/EUR Balance → Select LTC Withdrawal → Automatically converted to the equivalent LTC amountSo yes, in that sense,
SCORAS.io can actually function similarly to an exchange as well. You are not locked into the cryptocurrency you originally deposited with.
Of course, we require a
1x wagering requirement on deposits before withdrawal, but apart from that, people are more than welcome to use the flexibility of the system.
It doesn't affect us negatively in any way. We actually want people to use the platform, enjoy it and have the best possible experience.
So if anyone here has additional suggestions about the payment system — especially ideas for how we could make deposits, withdrawals or conversions even easier —
please let us know.We are genuinely open to ideas from the community.
And there is more coming.
We are also going to start introducing
fiat payment methods very shortly. The first markets we are planning to introduce are:
Turkey — Turkish Lira (TRY)Nigeria — Nigerian Naira (NGN)The same principle will apply there.
For example, if you deposit in
Turkish Lira, it does NOT mean you necessarily have to withdraw again in Turkish Lira.
You could deposit in TRY, have the value credited to your SCORAS.io balance, play normally, complete the required 1x wagering, and then choose to withdraw the equivalent value in one of our supported cryptocurrencies.
TRY Deposit → SCORAS Balance → Play/Wager 1x → Withdraw in CryptoAnd the same concept will apply as we expand fiat support further.
The goal is simple:
we don't want your original deposit method to dictate how you have to withdraw your money. We want the cashier to be flexible.
IMPORTANT PAYMENT SYSTEM UPDATE
I also want to give everyone an important update regarding our payment system.
Our provider is now actively integrating our new payment system into SCORAS.io.Because the integration is currently taking place, I would strongly recommend that everyone
refrains from making any new deposits or withdrawals for the next 24 hours. If you already have a balance on SCORAS.io, you are of course more than welcome to continue playing normally.
This recommendation is specifically regarding the cashier/payment side while the integration is taking place.
FOR THE NEXT 24 HOURS
PLEASE AVOID DEPOSITS
PLEASE AVOID WITHDRAWALS
There may be temporary issues while the new payment infrastructure is being integrated, and I would much rather tell everyone beforehand than have someone make a transaction during the integration and experience an unnecessary delay.
Once this is completed, we are going to have a MUCH better payment setup with considerably more coins and networks available.

THIS IS GOING TO BE AN EXTREMELY NICE UPGRADE FOR SCORAS.ioThe whole idea is to make deposits and withdrawals much easier and give players significantly more flexibility instead of forcing everyone into only a few networks.
You shouldn't have to worry about depositing through one cryptocurrency and then being locked into that exact cryptocurrency when it comes time to withdraw.
Whether you deposit BTC, another supported cryptocurrency or, soon, supported fiat currencies such as TRY and NGN, the idea is to give you freedom over how you ultimately withdraw your balance after completing the required wagering.
Most importantly, once this integration is completed, we can focus on getting withdrawals back to the speed we expect from SCORAS.io.
So please give us the next 24 hours to complete the integration. If you already have funds on SCORAS.io, you are welcome to continue playing as normal.
But if you are planning to deposit or withdraw,
I strongly recommend waiting until we confirm here that the new payment system is fully integrated and ready to use.We will post another update here as soon as everything is completed.
And again, if anyone has ideas for additional coins, networks, fiat methods or anything else you think would make the cashier better,
please post your suggestions. We are listening.
Thank you to everyone who has been patient with us through these improvements. This is a major upgrade for SCORAS.io, and I think everyone is going to really appreciate the new setup once it is fully live.
