I see that now to get $20, you need to make a $40 deposit. This is understandable, and overall, it's still a pretty good promotion for trying out the casino. But you probably should have made it so that players who make a deposit have to wager it once, so that they'd play more. Or is this already implemented in your project?

We intentionally launched the $20 reward without a wagering requirement because we wanted it to be a genuine welcome reward for the BitcoinTalk community without hidden conditions.
However, we quickly learned that some people were joining simply to collect and withdraw the reward without really trying SCORAS. That's why we increased the minimum deposit to $40 for new participants.
We're still learning from the campaign and listening closely to the feedback here, so requirements for future promotions may be adjusted further.
Ooh wow, What is the purpose of red tags then if you are just going to allow the to participate in contests anyway. Most of the people red tagged are scammers, cheats, account farmers and so on and can not be trusted. Why do you think you would trust them on not cheating the casino or the contest for this matter
Excluding them from the contests actually makes the sorting job much easier.
If they don't look closely at the tags, they will get farmers in such numbers that they will not only spam the forum with their signature but also start cheating them in their casino.
Fair criticism, and this first promotion has definitely taught us quite a lot about how things work on BitcoinTalk.
We started with relatively simple requirements because we wanted to give the community a fair opportunity to participate. Unfortunately, we have already seen attempts at multi-accounting and bonus abuse.
We are taking the feedback seriously and will make the requirements stricter where necessary. Our risk team is also reviewing suspicious accounts rather than simply paying every submission automatically.

The $40 deposit requirement can prevent bonus abuse. Because when there was a $20 deposit requirement, if someone lost all their funds by wagering 1x, there was still no loss because the next $20 bonus would recover the set amount because there was no wagering requirement for that bonus.
Some users have been seen abusing the bonus, some have joined with multiple accounts and then collected rewards with a Red Tag account. They should add another new rule that accounts with Red Tag will not be eligible since this event is only for forum members.

Regarding Red Tags, we hear you as well. We don't want legitimate forum members to lose opportunities because a small number of people are trying to exploit the campaign.
We will continue tightening the checks and take the feedback regarding Red Tagged accounts into consideration for the remaining participants and future promotions.
It was already confirmed from the start that the $20 bonus has no wagering requirement at all. That also explains why the deposit requirement was later raised to $40, since there was no wagering to filter out user who just wanted easy money.
This remains still risky for abuse, especially if someone purposely creates multiple accounts to claim it again and again. Hopefully the verification system can be made stricter later, so this bonus really reaches the forum members who actually deserve it.

August 5 was also around the time we discovered several abuse attempts, so reviews became stricter and some submissions may have taken longer than expected. If everything is in order, we'll make sure it gets handled.

One more thing, the date you made the deposit was the date when they found some abusers in the promo, so if you sent your ID via PM then most likely the OP missed your PM because he might be so busy in verifying all the entries.
Previously I thought that none will try to abuse it due to the deposit requirement but I was wrong, seems that abusers these days is willing to take a risk for few tens of dollar.
Now, the deposit requirement is increased, it may help a bit but if abusers still think that it is still worth enough to take the risk then they will still try.
IMO, they should add a wager requirement on the given bonus than increasing the deposit requirement.
You are pretty much correct regarding the timing. We had quite a few accounts to review after discovering the abuse, so some legitimate requests unfortunately took longer.

You can still play crash games though and withdraw your money. Playing crash games and completing the wagering requirements is the most people do. It's easy to do the wagering. You can enjoy the casino with the free money. They are basically giving you the free money atmost easy way.
I don't find any trouble to do 1x wagering even though without playing crash games. I can just play table games. Ig blackJack would be the ideal one.

I would like to share a suggestion that may help improve the deposit experience for users.
It might be beneficial to use a unified deposit address for assets that operate on the same blockchain network. For example, ETH, USDT (ERC-20), and USDC (ERC-20) could share the same deposit address since they all utilize the Ethereum network. This approach could help reduce user confusion and minimize the risk of accidental deposits to the wrong asset address.
I recently encountered this issue myself. I assumed that the USDT (ERC-20) deposit address would be the same as the ETH deposit address, but they were different. As a result, I accidentally sent ETH to my USDT (ERC-20) deposit address.
Fortunately, the Scoras technical support team responded promptly and handled the situation professionally. I am very grateful that my funds were successfully recovered.

I totally agree with your suggestion. Having unified deposit address for asset on same chain is really convenient for user. However, most casino have a unified deposit address.
I myself sometime get confused at some casino seeing different addresses for every chain, cause sending to the wrong address can cause problem later. TBH, not all casino recover as smoothly as SCORAS. Your funds could have been lost forever or you might have had to settle for free bet after waiting several weeks. As a new casino handling it so quickly and professionally is very positive sign, imo.
