When will this be implemented?



I have like almost 1500 banana points now (I am aware it's really low, haha) but those coins are nowhere to be seen and there is no place to convert them. Will it be automated at some point or will there be a conversion window?

Someone earlier asked which betting provider Scoras.io uses. The provider is GR8 Tech (formerly Parimatch Tech), which also provides its technology to a massive bookmaker that I won't name here. However, that bookmaker has absolutely nothing to do with Scoras.io — they simply use the same sportsbook provider and therefore a dentical betting interface.

I know that every sportsbook with the same odds provider works independently, they don't have connections with each other. There are few a issues with sportsbook bonus, that are written completely wrong on the bonus page,

9. When wagering, funds are deducted proportionally from your Bonus and Blocked Deposit balances.

   --> Your bets use both bonus and deposit money at the same time — in the same proportion they were credited.

   --> If your stake amount exceeds what is available in your bonus + locked deposit combined, the remaining portion of the stake will be taken from your Main Balance (real money balance).

10. Winnings are split in the same proportion as the original stake:

    --> Bonus portion → to Bonus Balance.

    --> Deposit/Main portion → returned first to the Locked Deposit, but not exceeding the original deposit amount. Any amount exceeding the original deposit goes to the Main Balance

Quoted above is from the bonus requirement and wagering process, it didn't work as explained, after my deposit and I got the bonus, I couldn't place bets with my bonus, and only deposit was allowed to be used, I got the below response for trying to place bet before (by placing bet that exceed my deposit but covered within my bonus) and also after I had placed bet with the deposit which were still inplay.



After wining a bet, the winnings were back to my locked balance (as stated) but my bet didn't count to wards the wagering requirement despite meeting the necessary criteria stated on the bonus page.

Sorry about that, but it may be because they are currently updating their website and working on various aspects of the casino, such as the backend system, game integrations, and wallet infrastructure. Additionally, they may have also taken security precautions after discovering that some players were abusing their no wagering requirement bonus.

I had already found the link you mentioned, but I misunderstood because on the homepage I could see that my earned Banana Points were XX amount, and when I entered in this my-bonus-shop I saw that it was two coins less. This isn't even the tough part. As I have mentioned before, you need to wager the winnings from the initial spins on slots, which makes it even more impossible to get any winning over the finish line (unless you hit it big time during the wager). Table games and other stuff won't work and you won't even see the balance.
And even if you hit a big one during the wager process, you will end the end "only" have those capped amounts which are up to 240$ (if you buy 150 free spins for 700 coins), since this is included I suppose.
So let's say you win 50$ during 25 free spins (capped at 40$), win 1000$ during wager requirement gambling and end up with let's say 400$. You will still have only the 40$. Correct me if I'm wrong OP.

Yet, obviously it's kind of free money, right? But yeah, the chances of getting even 1$ over the finish line are very slim.

The terms attached on the free spins can really kill the excited. Since that $40 and 30x requirement is something restrictive on supposed to be a part of the loyalty program they have made.

But who knows maybe there's some changes will be made if people would suggest what's fair to them regarding on this matter.

Many of their loyal players surely want lighter requirements on their loyalty rewards. If they could able to make it things align with what people really like to happen their players would provably enjoys it. I already contacted live support regarding this issue. Eventually, my User ID 890339182 was forwarded to the provider team for investigation, but unfortunately nothing has been resolved and I still cannot use my Sports Bonus.

Could the Scoras representative here please look into this and help resolve the issue? I would also appreciate an explanation as to why the bet is being rejected despite meeting the bonus requirements.

The random selection of games feature definitely increases players' engagement, just the same way as the AI feature on the casino.
