I have like almost 1500 banana points now (I am aware it's really low, haha) but those coins are nowhere to be seen and there is no place to convert them. Will it be automated at some point or will there be a conversion window?

There are few a issues with sportsbook bonus, that are written completely wrong on the bonus page,

9. When wagering, funds are deducted proportionally from your Bonus and Blocked Deposit balances.

   --> Your bets use both bonus and deposit money at the same time — in the same proportion they were credited.

   --> If your stake amount exceeds what is available in your bonus + locked deposit combined, the remaining portion of the stake will be taken from your Main Balance (real money balance).

10. Winnings are split in the same proportion as the original stake:

    --> Bonus portion → to Bonus Balance.

    --> Deposit/Main portion → returned first to the Locked Deposit, but not exceeding the original deposit amount. Any amount exceeding the original deposit goes to the Main Balance

Quoted above is from the bonus requirement and wagering process, it didn't work as explained, after my deposit and I got the bonus, I couldn't place bets with my bonus, and only deposit was allowed to be used, I got the below response for trying to place bet before (by placing bet that exceed my deposit but covered within my bonus) and also after I had placed bet with the deposit which were still inplay.



After wining a bet, the winnings were back to my locked balance (as stated) but my bet didn't count to wards the wagering requirement despite meeting the necessary criteria stated on the bonus page.

Sorry about that, but it may be because they are currently updating their website and working on various aspects of the casino, such as the backend system, game integrations, and wallet infrastructure. Additionally, they may have also taken security precautions after discovering that some players were abusing their no wagering requirement bonus.

I had already found the link you mentioned, but I misunderstood because on the homepage I could see that my earned Banana Points were XX amount, and when I entered in this my-bonus-shop I saw that it was two coins less. This isn't even the tough part. As I have mentioned before, you need to wager the winnings from the initial spins on slots, which makes it even more impossible to get any winning over the finish line (unless you hit it big time during the wager). Table games and other stuff won't work and you won't even see the balance.
And even if you hit a big one during the wager process, you will end the end "only" have those capped amounts which are up to 240$ (if you buy 150 free spins for 700 coins), since this is included I suppose.
So let's say you win 50$ during 25 free spins (capped at 40$), win 1000$ during wager requirement gambling and end up with let's say 400$. You will still have only the 40$. Correct me if I'm wrong OP.

The terms attached on the free spins can really kill the excited. Since that $40 and 30x requirement is something restrictive on supposed to be a part of the loyalty program they have made.

I definitely agree with you on this, to withdraw the maximum of 40 dollars, we have to wager 30x, which means 1200 dollars. I don't know if the reward will actually survive after wagering 1200$. I think it's better not to have this kind of Loyalty bonus than to have it.

I definitely agree with you on this, to withdraw the maximum of 40 dollars, we have to wager 30x, which means 1200 dollars. I don't know if the reward will actually survive after wagering 1200$. I think it's better not to have this kind of Loyalty bonus than to have it.

Not to sound negative, but in most cases I never even bother with promotions that have such a high wagering requirement on top of having a cap on the winnings. The platform has gone through major optimization work to improve performance across the entire experience.

This is another example of why we keep asking for feedback.

Several people told us that our email frequency was simply too aggressive.

Fair criticism.

So we've changed it.

The amount of promotional email communication coming from SCORAS has been reduced.

We still want to keep players informed about important promotions, bonuses and platform updates, but we don't want your inbox getting hammered every day.

When you guys give us reasonable feedback, we're going to listen.

🛠️ ISSUES REPORTED BY THE COMMUNITY

A lot of the technical issues you guys have reported have been addressed as part of the work leading into this update.

Some of these problems were frustrating.

We understand that.

But this is exactly why we've been asking people to report problems instead of pretending everything is perfect.

We're still a growing platform.

When something isn't working correctly, we want to know about it.

When something can be improved, we want to know about it.

When you think one of our systems sucks, tell us.

We would rather receive criticism and improve the product than ignore problems.

The feedback we've received from the community has directly influenced several of the changes going live now.

🤝 NEW PARTNERSHIPS

Another major part of this update is happening behind the scenes.

We've partnered with some very strong companies and technology providers within the industry.

That gives us access to better technology, more betting products, stronger infrastructure and new features that would otherwise take significantly longer to develop.

Some of what you're seeing Monday is the first result of those partnerships.

Because this is a significant system update, we will need to temporarily take parts of SCORAS offline while the new system is activated.

We currently expect approximately:

4 HOURS OF DOWNTIME ON MONDAY

We will announce the maintenance window before it begins so everyone knows exactly when it's happening.

During the maintenance period, certain SCORAS functions may be temporarily unavailable.

Please don't panic if you visit during the announced window and parts of the platform aren't accessible.

Once the migration and activation are completed, the new system will begin coming online.

We're building quickly, learning quickly and improving quickly.

The community has already helped us identify things that needed changing, and several of those suggestions are now becoming actual features.
