Yes, I also found their withdrawal option very smooth. In most other casinos, when you try to withdraw they show a popup to confirm so that you can check whether the address is wrong or not but in the case of Scoras this popup doesn’t appear, which makes it feel much smoother to me.

I won't call it smooth if it is proceeded without the final verification from my end as a user. Not only address that need to be re-checked, but also the exact amount to send and the chosen network. A final popup confirmation is a fundamental security liar in my opinion. This can avoid a lot of later issues for users and for the casino as well because he will spend more time and effort to check every complaint situation.

Yesterday I was discussing a casino that add no security layers upon withdrawal requests, and today another casino try to have smooth withdrawals by eliminating an avoidable security step.

They have already said they are working on their system for major upgrades, so i expect most of the issues to be fixed and the reason why am kinda certain is because of the way they have actually handled their business since they launched here in the community. I can't fully major their growth but with what I have seen and with what they have shown, it's certain that they are here for serious business and ready to stay in the industry for long.

When I pick BTC as a withdrawal token, the amount was also in USD, so I'm not sure if it was going to be converted to the BTC amount automatically I have some doubts about it. There was a refund button, which I didn't really have the time to try sinc the transaction was just fast and smooth, it's actually good if you already know what you are doing on the platform.

As far as I have noticed, if you have Bitcoin in your balance, then you can only withdraw Bitcoin. But if you have received USD through an event then you can withdraw it with any token or coin on any chain if you want if scoras support it. In SCORAS USD is an Universal token.

I'm very sorry about this, and I completely understand your point.

We actually **removed the nameserver completely**, so the redirect you're seeing is **not something we're intentionally doing**.

It appears that some users still have cached DNS/website information from the previous configuration. Because of that cache, if the current destination isn't responding correctly, some browsers/devices may still attempt to redirect using the old configuration.

So just to be completely clear: **we are not purposely redirecting users to that site.** The nameserver has already been removed from our side.

We're currently in the middle of the migration and working to get the new platform live as quickly as possible. Once everything has propagated correctly, **SCORAS.IO will point directly to the new platform.**

I also agree with your suggestion that a simple maintenance/migration page on SCORAS.IO would have been a cleaner experience and would avoid unnecessary concern about phishing or the site being compromised.

It's expected that things would go this way "with too many people trying to login at same time" when the site update is completely set up, because at this point every customer is anxious and curious to see what the new update looks like and the functionality of the system from the old to new.

At this point checking the site again hours from now is the prudent thing to do in as much as it has being confirmed by the SCORAS Team that everything is in good working shape now.

Managed to change the login now, it worked. What I wonder though, is the previous VIP progress just deleted? Cause everything is just gone. I mean I only had like 1500 banana points but still.

My honest opinion, you shouldn't have published this yet. The VIP section still gives 0 information whatsoever. History for everything (games, casino and transactions) all empty. Balance not transferred (just cents so couldn't care less). This feels very rushed and incomplete.
I know this is just the very early first version but working on it longer would have definitely been better. Nobody will consider depositing and playing under such conditions.

I have seen some casinos place in their TOC that sending wrong token to an address means your coins are lost.

These kind of mistakes is why there should be a confirmation tab before any transactions are processed on the casino. At least you get a chance to see your transaction before it is sent out and you will be able to know or gain consciousness of any mistakes you made.

It's a good thing the team are working fast to see that the site is upgraded to users satisfaction, that's one thing most brands don't take time to do.
