That's actually a real issue and I doubt anybody will use the site until it's fixed. I mean, I played a bit today, no history of my gameplay got recorded and can be found in the history area. No wager (progress) has been tracked and is visible in the VIP section. It's like I never played.
Under those circumstances, why would anybody decide "hey, let's play here." There are no rewards and no incentives. For the moment I would just shut down the site and focus on getting everything up and running. I mean it's 1 week after the relaunch and there is still nothing to show for, heck even the old player history is still not even moved over. I know they are working on it but the site hasn't changed one bit since last week, all reported bugs are also still there as well.
Take it offline, work 2 weeks or however long it takes on it and then you can think about starting promotions or something like that. You can't have a site that is running on like 20% and expect people to enjoy it. Sounds harsh but that's just how it is.
This is fair criticism, and we're not going to pretend otherwise.
The
VIP system, wagering progress and player history are currently among our highest priorities.
The important thing I want to clarify is that your gameplay isn't simply being ignored or intentionally removed. We are working through the remaining migration and tracking issues so that everything is displayed correctly on the new platform.
We completely understand your point regarding promotions as well.
There's no point advertising a great VIP program if a player logs in, wagers, and then can't actually see their progress being recorded. That's not the experience we want SCORAS to provide.
However, we don't currently believe taking the entire platform offline is the best solution. The majority of the platform is operational, so we're fixing these remaining areas while keeping the service available.
But your criticism is taken seriously. We're pushing the team hard on this because we want the
VIP progress, history and rewards experience working properly, not simply "good enough."
And @AHOYBRAUSE, we also want to personally thank you for the amount of time you've spent giving us feedback and suggestions.
As a small thank-you from SCORAS, we have added
$50 to your account for taking the time to test the platform, point out problems and give us constructive suggestions. 🎁
The $50 has already been credited to your account. ✅
Even when feedback is critical, this is exactly the type of feedback that helps us improve.
Thank you very much for helping us. 🐵🍌
Yeah. I emailed support about my missing balance and bets with no response yet.
Hopefully there can be an update here soon.
Apologies for the delay here. You definitely shouldn't be left waiting without knowing what's happening.
Since you've already emailed support regarding your
missing balance and bets, please send me a
PM here on BitcoinTalk with the email address you used to contact support.
I'll personally make sure your ticket is located and gets handled
as quickly as possible.
We're currently going through the remaining migration cases individually because we want to make sure balances and account information are handled correctly rather than making assumptions.
Your balance and betting history are not something we're going to simply forget about.Send me your email address privately by PM and I'll make sure the team picks up your case as a priority. 👍
Have you just added a geo-blocking system? I was able to access your site and created an account last month but today I cant access your site with the following notification message:
I cant really remember about the list of the restricted countries but I'm sure my country was not on the restriction list.
It should not be an issue with my ISP as well because I tried few different provider but getting the warning.
Even if I try to use VPN but with an IP from my original location, the same warning still there so I think my country has just been added to restriction list.
This particular issue appears to be related to the
old platform/domain and cached browser data, rather than us suddenly deciding to randomly restrict existing players.
Our official platform is now:
SCORAS.ioThe old
scoras296.io domain belonged to the previous platform and should no longer be used.
Some browsers unfortunately still have cached information from before the migration and can attempt to redirect SCORAS.io towards the old platform.
Because the old platform is now restricted, this can result in the
403 Forbidden page some people are seeing.
This also explains why some members found that SCORAS.io immediately worked when they opened it using a completely fresh browser.
If this happens:
- Clear your browser cache/history
- Remove any old SCORAS bookmarks
- Close and reopen the browser
- Go directly to SCORAS.io
If you're still receiving the restriction message after doing that, please let us know your
country, device and browser so we can investigate your case separately.
i don't think it's a geo block or an ISP problem, their protection/filtering system or whatever they are using is just fucked right now.
i got the same 403 forbidden error when i tried to open the website, it just redirected me from scoras.io to another domain scoras296.io.
but when i changed to a fresh browser, the website opened normally, so maybe try that.
Yes, this is exactly the type of behavior we're referring to.
The fact that it worked normally when you switched to a fresh browser strongly points towards cached information from the previous platform causing the redirect.
scoras296.io is our old platform/domain and should no longer be used.Anyone experiencing this should clear their browser cache/history and then access
SCORAS.io directly.
Thank you for testing it with another browser and posting the result as well. It helps both us and other members understand what's happening.
This is something they need to be sending email notices about, there will be so many people thinking thr worst and understandably
Shouldn't have to come to the forum to figure out what's happening
You're completely right about this.A player should
not have to visit BitcoinTalk to discover that we've migrated platforms, that an old domain is no longer being used, or that they may need to clear cached browser data.
Even if the underlying problem is something as simple as an old cached redirect, from the player's perspective they just see:
"403 Forbidden"...and naturally start wondering what's happened to the casino and, more importantly, their account and funds.
Our communication surrounding this should have been better.
We're going to improve the way important platform updates like these are communicated directly to players, including through
email notices where appropriate.
BitcoinTalk will always receive updates because this community is extremely important to us, but it should never be the only place where a player can understand what's happening.
Thank you for pointing this out.
After I see the confirmation that BTC is included to the accepted deposited currency as long as it reaches the $100 minimum deposit, I tried making a deposit but I ran into this error. I also tried to use LTC but I got the same error. Also, I'm not sure if LTC is also included in the accepted crypto when used to deposit to be eligible in the promotion.
Any other crypto I tried is good, only this two.
Thanks for reporting this and especially for testing multiple currencies.
Just to make it completely clear:
BTC is supported and BTC deposits absolutely qualify for the $100 + $30 promotion.Right now we are experiencing some technical issues specifically with the
Bitcoin deposit/network connection, which is why some BTC deposit requests are currently failing or not generating correctly.
Our technical team is actively working on the Bitcoin issue right now. We're trying to get this fixed as quickly as possible.
BTC has
not been removed and it has
not been excluded from the promotion. This is simply a temporary technical issue affecting Bitcoin deposits.
Until this is resolved, please
do not manually send BTC anywhere unless the cashier successfully generates the correct deposit address/invoice for you.We apologize for the inconvenience.
We will update the thread as soon as the Bitcoin deposit issue has been fully resolved. 🙏
Regarding LTC, we're also checking the cashier configuration rather than giving you an answer based on assumptions.
The fact that you've confirmed other cryptocurrencies are working while
BTC and LTC specifically are producing errors is extremely useful information for our technical team. Thank you.
WITHDRAWAL UPDATEI also don't want to overlook one positive update from the thread.
A member reported that he experienced an issue while making a
TRON withdrawal.
Our representative assisted with the case, and the member later came back to the thread and confirmed that:
"Update my funds already created in my personal wallet, thanks Scoras."So the withdrawal was successfully received. ✅
Thank you for coming back and updating the community after the problem was resolved.
Problems can happen, especially while we're still cleaning up parts of a migration of this size. What matters to us is that when something does happen, we're available, investigate it and get the player's funds where they belong.
A QUICK UPDATE FROM OUR SIDEWe're reading everything being posted here.
That includes the positive comments, the bug reports, the suggestions and the criticism.
Some of the criticism is harsh, but a lot of it is justified and genuinely useful to us.
We didn't move SCORAS onto an entirely new platform because we wanted to make the experience worse.
We made this migration because we believe the new platform gives us significantly more possibilities to build the casino and sportsbook that we've been discussing with this community from the beginning.
But we're also not going to pretend that a migration of this size hasn't created issues that still need to be cleaned up.
Right now some of our main priorities include:
- VIP wagering/progress tracking
- Player and betting history
- Remaining balance migrations
- Bitcoin deposit/network issue – actively being worked on right now
- BTC/LTC cashier issues
- Old-domain/cache redirects
- Device-specific UI problems
- Better communication directly to players
We're not disappearing.
We're not ignoring the problems.
And we're definitely not finished building SCORAS.
Please keep reporting things.Every screenshot, device/browser report, transaction example and detailed explanation makes it easier for us to reproduce an issue and get it corrected.
And as you can see with @AHOYBRAUSE, when somebody takes significant time to help us with testing and useful suggestions,
we notice it and we appreciate it.We appreciate everyone who's been patient with us, but we also appreciate the members who are willing to criticize us constructively rather than simply walking away.
We said from the beginning that we wanted to build SCORAS together with this community.
That means listening when you tell us something isn't good enough, fixing it, and coming back better.
Thank you everyone. ❤️
We'll keep working. 🐵🍌
