How long till we are able to withdraw? I initiated a withdrawal about 6 hours ago, and till now, I've not received it in my wallet. So how much longer am I going to wait?

I just made a withdrawal from my account recently using the FulgarPay withdrawal thing, but it didn't go through the amount was did send for withdrawal, I kinda waiting for a bit since I'm thinking that it was just a fast transaction because from the last time, It was a very fast withdrawal process, I did a timer process but it wasn't doing a thing for even up to 10minutes, I think last time was around 3 minutes of withdrawal only.

To find an effective solution and answers to this issue. According to my experience, I will advice you to simply utilize the casino's live chat feature. I also relied on this when my previous balance prior to the upgrade wasn't credited, and my funds were refunded within a maximum of 30 minutes.

Now it is pretty much clear that the Scoras team has updated the platform in a hurry. They should have continued with the old platform before making this new version live. The most surprising part is that my user ID has been changed at Scoras after this update. This is strange.

How long does it take to fix a simple typo? I had reported to the support agent about this more than 24 hours ago. My USDT withdrawal was declined on the BEP20 network for this typo.

I think all this is prior to the upcoming update that would be done on the payment methods as the representative have clearly aired that now. The migration must have made a lot of work going on and that's why some of the reports are still yet to be checked on, I can't imagine the loads of complaints that users who found out they can't access the old site must have sent to them and so far I think they have been handling some of the events fine as they are always updating with new and current ongoing works.

But in all, scoras.io is moving and hopefully they get all this issue sorted out soon.

Bro, I have withdrawn so many times on SCORAS man, and for all the time I have been using my exchange address (bybit), and on all the times I withdrew, there was absolutely no issues once it has been approved manually, so you are definitely free to use an exchange address besides I think almost everyone casino accept the use of exchange address via their payment method so I don't see why this is even a question, but then again you don't harm anyone by asking a question especially when it's something that has to with money 🤑🤑.

When it comes to withdrawal, exchange address will not make any difference to regular wallet address in general even on other casino.

Your only potential problem is when the exchange you are using doesn’t allowed to funds coming from crypto casino like our coins.ph before.


@Scoras.io, I knew you are still improving everything including withdrawal procedure but I hope it will resolve well the withdrawal speed since my withdrawal is stuck again for 2hrs now.

Maybe put an indicator on currency that has maintenance so that user will try the alternative currency to avoid inconvenience.

Also, the need of indicating the user id whenever accessing live support is a bit unnecessary since it’s hard to memorize user id due to its number format so I can’t access live chat immediately without copying this user id.

💸 WITHDRAWALS — IMPORTANT UPDATE

We want to make this very clear:

All withdrawals that were delayed/pending during the payment update have now been paid out again.

The delays were caused by the work currently being done on our payment and withdrawal infrastructure. This is NOT how we intend withdrawals to operate going forward.

Right now, some withdrawals may still require manual processing while we finish the update, but automatic withdrawals will resume very soon.

Our goal remains the same: withdrawals should be fast and, under normal circumstances, processed automatically without players having to wait for manual intervention.

Regarding your withdrawal: the delayed withdrawals have now been processed and paid out again. We are still improving the withdrawal system, and automatic processing will resume soon.

Your suggestion about showing an indicator when a specific currency/network is undergoing maintenance is also a very good one. This would allow players to immediately see that a network is temporarily unavailable and choose another available method instead of submitting a withdrawal and waiting.

We are passing this to the team.

Regarding requiring the User ID before entering live chat, we also understand your point. The new IDs are long and obviously nobody should be expected to memorize them. We will look into making this process easier so players can contact support as quickly as possible.

Can I use a exchange address for this?

Yes, you can generally withdraw to an exchange deposit address as long as the exchange supports the exact cryptocurrency and network you select.

For example, if you withdraw USDT using TRC20, make absolutely sure the receiving exchange address supports USDT on TRC20.

Players should also check the exchange's own policies, because some exchanges/payment providers may have restrictions regarding deposits originating from gambling platforms.

⚙️ BEP20 / PAYMENT METHODS

We are aware of the reported BEP20/payment-method issue and the typo that was mentioned.

The payment section is currently being worked on, which is also part of the reason we temporarily recommended USDT TRC20 while other networks were being updated.

We agree that something as simple as incorrect network information or a typo should be fixed quickly. The team has been informed, and the payment section is part of the current work.

🔄 MIGRATION, BUGS & OLD PLAYER HISTORY

We also want to address the comments saying the migration was rushed and that some reported bugs, player history and other functions have taken too long.

That's fair feedback.

Moving the entire operation from the previous platform to the new platform has involved considerably more work than what is visible from the front end. That isn't an excuse for bugs remaining unresolved, but we want everyone to understand why there has been so much work happening behind the scenes.

The different User IDs are also a result of moving accounts into the new platform/database. Your account has not simply been changed randomly.

We are continuing to work through the remaining migration items, old player information and reported bugs.
