You have so many points here, but among all your points, you intend to talk most about the bad sides of the government. The simple truth is that for a country to become better, it doesn't have to depend only on the government. If the government is not corrupt and the citizens are not, it will keep the country moving forward, but if both the government and the citizens are corrupt, the whole country will become worse.
What I'm trying to say right now is that if the government doesn't provide jobs, there are also factories that provide job opportunities. One thing most people do is that if it's not a government job, they don't want to work, meanwhile, there are other local good paying jobs out there. In most countries, the government might not be the cause, but the citizens are. If the citizens (specifically the youths) learn a high-paying skill, tell me they won't be okay. My second point is that we shouldn't blame only the government because we, the citizens, have our role to play in a country.

The employment sector is full of bias individuals, even if you merited the job you might still not secure the job and a relative who doesn’t merit the qualifications and experience of the job would end up filling the space of the person that merited it and wasn’t employed.People would say everything now is by connection,if you don’t know people at the top you might likely not get the chance to secure your dream job.Humans are meant to live and adapt to their environment, with the high level of unemployment most individuals aren’t bothered securing a white collar job rather they’re business minded, infact in my country a lot of youths are earning from influencing, just have the audience and subscribers then you’ll start getting paid for promotions.

The world has changed. Today, only having skills or being highly educated means nothing if you don't have connections and/or you can't promote yourself.
This has always been the norm. If you cannot advertise yourself as a good employee, how can you expect another human being in a position of power to hire you or help you with your career? Getting a job in the modern age as well as in the past, really is/was mostly about psychology and marketing. The problem is that people are losing these social skills with a higher rise of the use of technology. Being behind a screen is not the same thing as living in the real world. I sometimes wonder if we are headed towards a Matrix-like future.

You're right about that, the government shouldn't take the whole blames. And again the government can't provide for everyone just imagine the number of people we have here and we expect the government to bring job opportunities that will reach everyone Nah, it's not possible even though a lot of people are complaining that the government is not trying but obviously they are trying thier best especially in my own region. Not that I'm profiting from the government obviously I'm not , and I don't even depend on the government yet I still survived. It is only those who are lazy that will be making a big deal out of this government issues as for me it does not affect me in any way because I have my skills and that is what I have been doing to put food on my table all this years.

I agree with most of your points that weak economy does not just reduce people income but it also limit opportunities and discourages talented people. There are graduates I have seen with good qualifications but spend years searching for jobs and is not because they lack ability, but because they are not enough opportunities available. So I don’t think the economy alone determines a persons future, while it creates obstacles some people are still finding ways to move forward by learning new skills, starting small businesses or working remotely for international companies. Those options are not available to everyone, but they show that individuals still have some control over their circumstances. In my opinion the biggest responsibility still lies with government. A good economy should create an environment where hard work, education and entrepreneurship are rewarded, when that happens young people are more likely to stay, innovate and contribute to their country growth instead of looking elsewhere for opportunities.

In conclusion it should be noted that a healthy economy is one that is characterized by supporting Entrepreneurship and job creation, a good education system and most importantly reward for hard work.
The economy can really mess with a young person's head. You go to school, do everything right and still end up with nothing to show for it. It is not laziness, it is a system that does not create enough space for young people to grow and achieve their own goals. When jobs are scarce and prices keep going up, hope starts to fade. Some give up, some leave the country and some turn to crime just to survive. That is not a failure of character it is obviously failure of the system. A healthy economy does not just create jobs. It creates opportunities for people to build something for themselves. Until that changes, the youth will keep struggling no matter how hard they try

The world has changed. Today, only having skills or being highly educated means nothing if you don't have connections and/or you can't promote yourself. Today, the attention is everything. Are you good at marketing yourself and your skills? Then you can earn money money and live better than someone who is more educated than you and has better skills but honestly, connections mean a lot too. What the government and organizations should do is one thing and to suit the modern reality is different. Yes, they should do certain things but the fact is that they don't do, so, in such case, you have to adapt the modern time and way of living.
I agree with this so much and that is why there is such a thing as personal branding. Irrespective of your degree you must have earned from the university if you haven’t got a personal brand the person who is uneducated but had a good personal brand will make all the money, get all the attention, and may even go on to be quite successful. We have seen it will streamers, YouTubers, and many others.

Youth have to lower their appetites also. Asking for a CEO size salary from the start without having a working experience is also a huge problem. Not only there is job for youth, there are a lot of youth who want more than they are worth. A lot of youth dont want to start from the bottom of career ladder. Many youth that I have met want to have a salary that will cover their expenses on expensive gadgets, rent + bills, expenses on clothes and fancy food. They want all that because they are used to parents giving them all that, and they dont agree for less.
Saying youths wants same salary as the CEO is far from the truth, I have never seen an employee requesting salaries almost equivalent to that of the CEO's. All working environment has the job working procedures that helps structure the salary of all and with how equipped youths are morally they will not go above there limits. On this i most say is from that of the employer's, most employer's believes in paying below salary scope which is why they lack workers then blame it on youths. Years back I found myself in a construction site as a field worker with great skill, I was so surprised when I was shown the proposed peanut they wanted to pay all in the name of salary. On this who do you think will work in a company that your salary can't be able to put food on your table.

I think that's too much to say that youths nowadays are useless. Just because they fail to maximize their contribution to their own nation do not make them useless or insignificant. The youths are still our future leaders, and they can be our biggest hope to create difference in the whole nation. Instead of humiliating them, why not support and guide them all throughout their life's journey, because who knows they can put an end to the biggest corruption, to the endless war and race discrimination that are visible in some countries or nations.
For now, they can be less of significance, but they can build great futures and make the economies of the nations thrive in the future.

Unfortunately, despite the negligence of the government to make things better for young no one has an excuse, after a few years imagine what it would sound like when you tell people that you didn't succeed because of the economic situation of your country, there are skills you can learn to make yourself valuable.
The youths are not useless, they haven't just fixed their mind on what they can do, having a degree is important but when it comes to the school of life you need to learn skills and a lot of things for you to empower yourself with. Always complaining about what the government refused to give is only going to keep you stuck in a certain spot without any growth.

This is true. However, this shouldn't define the kind of life of any youth. I'm living in a developing country myself. My government is incompetent. My country's economy is in shambles. My leaders are nincompoops as they are callous. My culture is rotten and stuck in the old ages.
Regardless, any youth with a sound mind and strong ambition should try as best as he/she can to transcend all these limitations and create his/her own destiny.
That would be very hard. That would be easier said than done. From where I am, the majority of the youth are underdogs in life. They have to beat all odds to achieve something. But it's always a test of character. If they prove wanting, they'll be sorry victims of systems and structures and institutions that are beyond his/her control.

That sounds so inspiring that any ambitious youth should try to transcend a broken system and create his/her own destiny. I know it's harsh to say but, there's no individual talent can overcome a deeply flawed system, and a corrupt leadership resulting to a collapsing economy. Especially if there's a limited or inaccessibility for education, healthcare, and jobs, even if the person is determined will be constrained by these forces which is far beyond their control. In this kind of situation, it will be hard for the youths to pave their own path. Unless they focus on having a small but powerful circles. They can use their personal growth to collective progress, by using each and every step forward to strengthen each other. This includes having to provide mentorship and where they can exchange resources. I know this might not immediately fix the broken system, but it means that progress is no longer defined by what the government allows. The youths can slowly build alternate routes through shared effort.

There's a saying that "the younger generation are the leaders of the future," but the transition is slower because the older generation doesn't allow young people to lead or gain opportunities in all sectors. I personally see the older generation as somewhat selfish and sometimes even hindering the development of the younger generation in a country. I'm saying this based on what I've seen in my own country. Furthermore, today's younger generation is very easily exposed to negative influences, which hinders them. I also agree that saying young people are useless is a bit of an exaggeration. Perhaps some young people are like that, becoming a burden on their families and so on. However, not all are like that, as there are also very persistent pioneers in various sectors, even those born from humble families. I believe the government must establish a system to provide more direction for young people, and of course, this must be supported by all parties, including the young people themselves.

We don't live in a country that fully facilitates this, and although the government has responsibilities to implement it because the regulations regulate, it's hardly perfect at this time. That's why some young people must be selective and play a role in changing their own lives, as relying on the government is not the current solution. There are many opportunities that can be achieved, and all of them must be accompanied by smart work in taking advantage of them. I believe that for everyone who wants to strive for change in their life, there's a path they can take. Although sometimes we have to go through a long process and experience ups and downs in developing that potential, if we are willing to work diligently, real change will surely come gradually.

Government jobs are liked by people all around the world and they are difficult to get because so many people are competing for few positions. Merit is also not followed during recruitment process of government jobs and that is matter of concern for competent people. Having said that youth must not restrict themselves to getting government job because their are so many other opportunities for them to take advantage of. People are earning millions by working online (like social media marketing, programming etc), if you have a skill that you can offer online then you can earn much more then what government job can offer you.

I know that there are still nations that has a better economy where the government value the important of human, the environment we found our self has some big percentage on how life is going to be for you that is why you can see people moving from place to place one country to another to get a better life. People with good skills are at advantage in a nation where the economy seems bad because people suffering now is as a result of where they found themselves.

I will use Nigeria for example because I’m sure most people understand how life is in Nigeria. Well Nigeria has many talented and hardworking young people, but the poor economy has made life difficult for them. Many youths have dreams of becoming successful, but they cannot achieve them because there are not enough job opportunities. One of the biggest problems is unemployment. Every year, many students graduate from school, but only a few can find jobs. Because of this, many young people stay at home or do small jobs just to survive. Another problem is the high cost of living. The prices of food, transport, and this is making life harder for young people. Some talented youths even leave Nigeria to look for better opportunities in other countries. The poor economy has made many young people lose hope, not because they are lazy, but because they don't have enough opportunities to succeed.

They're not useless, they just lack the privileges and opportunities, and lack support from their own nation, that's why if they can't find it on their own country, the best remedy is to fly abroad and seek for better opportunities and life's privileges. In reality, this is no longer what you will contribute to your own country, but what you can contribute to yourself and your family that will lead to progress and even wealth accumulation to increase your family's own economy.
Youths shouldn't be blamed, but its the current country's leaders that fail to manage and bring developments to the nation or country, youths should not be carrying the whole burden.
Traveling out is not even the problem, the question is which country are you going. This is the mistake some people made only to become slave in another country especially the girls. There are some girls that are doing well in their country but because they are been promised of good jobs in other countries, they left their humble aboard to another country only to find out that their home is better than going into another country in search greener pasture. I know things are hard but I can tell you that there is no place that is good and better like home, there is opportunity at home where you can make money too. Some people are into YouTube automation and I can tell you for a fact that this people are making money than some people that are going into another country. One good thing about been self employed is that nobody will want to sack you if they are tired of you.

It is common knowledge that, the environment that one finds himself has a great role to play in the development and well being of anyone. This is the reality that we are been confronted today, the economy of Many nation's has turned out to be the biggest enemy of her citizens because, the economy of a nation greatly influenced the living conditions of the people living in the country.
A nations economy can make you or kill you most important the younger generation unfulfilling dreams. Because their dreams were not fulfilled and their God given potentials which is inside of them. It should be noted that a struggling economy most importantly the developing countries, kills talent and value instead of adding value to the young population.
I have realized that economic conditions limits opportunities, making people look useless without plan and visions but that is far from the truth in developing countries where the rate of unemployment is high and no level playing ground when it comes to opportunities. Life is considered harsh because proximity to opportunity is defined by connections and most times through bribe.
You see a young man who is a graduate hopelessly roaming around without anything to show for, because he has no standing when it comes to having a good source of income, doing menial jobs just to survive.
Way's that economies limit the young population
In conclusion it should be noted that a healthy economy is one that is characterized by supporting Entrepreneurship and job creation, a good education system and most importantly reward for hard work.
It has always been tough to find your first job, especially when you're below 20 and not interested in carrying on higher education. Many of the original roles that might act as an entry point like supermarket work or restaurants have in many cases been phased out. Where there might previously have been 50 shopfloor staff in a store manning tills and doing different jobs, now they have "optimized" processes or are using technology like self checkout to do it with 10 people. Where there may have been 5 cashiers running in food places, now people are ordering their own via touch screens and that job has simply vanished due to convenience. There are avenues that have opened up like streaming or being an "influencer" but it's difficult to earn a consistent wage.
