The answer is simple. They use their funds to create poverty for little people. Then, the little people need money to live, so they put their lands up for sale. Then the billionaires buy them the land to increase their wealth so that they can make the little people poorer.

There is no doubt about in today's time land is considered a good and tangible thing.The importance of real land increases when the population business and markets around it are growing so many people prefer to invest their money in land properties.But just because the current price of land has increased it does not mean that it will make a full profit but the real benefit will be when it is sold or it generates income for the future . Land can be a long term investment goal while keeping money in the bank can also easily earn financial profit . Both have their own advantages and disadvantages so it is not appropriate to declare one as better.

Land is a good asset and if it's in a good location, it will increase in value overtime. This is why the rich are getting wealthy because they put their money into assets that will generate passive income for them. A poor man can barely take care of his financial needs because he is broke.

I agree that land is a good investment especially when it is in good location and demand is increasingly high or it grows over time. But main issue is not as simple as poor people focusing on increasing their income or ignoring what other billionaires are doing. Wealth allow them to buy land because they have enough capital to invest and wait for profit to come in return.

I largely agree with what you said. Land is indeed a great and relatively safe investment because it's a basic necessity that everyone needs.

However, unlike gold or Bitcoin, the value of land depends on location, market demand, and the economic situation. A plot in a prime area can run up big, while another one in an underdeveloped area can sit there for years with barely any price movement. Not to mention maintenance, taxes and other costs of owning rental property, plus market liquidity...

So land can be a great investment, but just owning it doesn't mean the price goes up on its own and you're automatically sitting on profit.

You cannot even get two times of your initial capital if stored at the bank not to talk of 3, not possible. I am not even sure of 50% of your initial capital, so investing it into lands are far more better, more especially when you allow the land appreciate for a very longer time, it yields more profit. For this same reason that’s why many people like the rich keep acquiring more hectares of lands and including properties also because they know it is a good investment.

Why should we regret seeing other people's wealth being their victims, if I regret a thousand times, we will not be able to acquire wealth with their meager amount of money. Because we are poor, we do not have enough money to start a developed and big business, so there will be no profit in leaving the land they have idle,
