Point 2.7 reminds me of a few days ago when I saw an inactivity fee of $5 per month at a certain casino. Now I'm seeing an inactivity fee again, but this time it's not $5 per month, but 5% per month. As you can see:

source: https://klyroll.com/en/terms-of-use

I wouldn't be surprised if, in a few years, the scam accusation section has many threads created by casino owners charging inactivity fees because members X and Y created accounts and haven't used them for more than 12 months.
I also remember reading something like that from a casino ANN thread, this is actually a stupid new trend for any casino to begin with, will the 5% administrative fee for each month be deducted once the player makes his deposits?

@Klyroll, using the statement "we will make adjustment" and then it remains unchanged, personally, I would refrain from opening an account if this rule isn't changed. What's the logic behind the new trend, in your response to Slow death, you didn't state anything meaningful, I read your response BTW.

As we noted, our main liquidity and reserve wallets are kept private for security reasons. Rest assured, our operational funds are structured securely behind the scenes. Appreciate you keeping an eye out 😀💙
Can you answer roughly how much you have in liquid bankroll? This is kinda important.

You're right that the term 'No-KYC' has been overused and sometimes misused across the industry, leading to well-founded skepticism especially regarding large wins. Our goal isn't to play word games, but rather to prove through our actions over time that our checks are strictly for risk management, not a tactic for withholding legitimate wins.
Yeah but see this is the problem - too often the "risk management" is simply the risk to the casino's bankroll.
And 95% no-KYC is pretty damn bad for a no-KYC casino. This is like saying the murder capital of the world, Port-au-Prince, Haiti, is a no-murder city, because for the vast majority of inhabitants it doesn't happen. It's just not a correct framing.
Just say you're a KYC casino if that's what you are. No harm, no foul.

You're being torn a bit to pieces in this thread (partially rightfully so), and I recognize it may seem harsh. But recognize the issue you have here - you're proposing a new casino, with no history, no bankroll, and terms that are just "trust me bro, we won't enforce them"

What value are you actually offering here?

To be fair, i have not seen any new casino make this information public in this forum, kindly share the links with me if there have been any. And it is really no use if OP provides that information without proof of liquidity. My advice is for every player to treat new casinos as a "potential scam" until proven otherwise, what that means is depositing only what they can afford to lose and understand that there is a great risk they'd not be paid if they win a large amount of money.
What value are you actually offering here?
There is really nothing else you can expect from a new casino, the market is already well saturated and that is no fault of the OP. They are well within their rights to start their own platform and try to get users onboard. Same way you are within your rights to be skeptical about what they are offering and ask questions.

It's their right to post, and it's our right to call out bullshit when we see it.
You show me a casino that sends ethereum deposits into a "gateway address" shared with other users, and sends withdrawals from the same.

This is the same concern you were pointing out in other casino's thread that I responded but seems that you did not read my comment in that thread. I do not want to repeat the whole thing but again you are here missing the last part of the terms. The point you need to understand is that fees for inactive account is charged when the inactive accounts have some balance on it, if you leave your account without any remaining balance then how they can charge you? Do you think that casino will post something in the internet by mentioning the username/email or anything related to the accounts then say to people in the internet that those username/email owe them inactivity fees?  Grin

Interesting name! The ANN presentation could be better though the site design itself is great thanks to a good mix of black and other colors. Big red flag here is that y'all don't possess a proper license and should have waited to get one before launching this site.

Your statement about Costa Rica license etc are just plain words. Also, I suggest removing No KYC from the title. Overall, bad first impressions.

I want to thank everyone here Slow death, Obim34, Franklyn-wood, panjul07, and Coyster for digging deep into our Terms of Use and holding us accountable.

You made valid points about the ambiguity around verification phrasing and the inactivity fee clause. Instead of making excuses or keeping those heavy corporate templates, we have taken action and completely removed the inactivity fee clause, along with tightening up our approach to ensure absolute transparency.

Klyroll is designed to be a straightforward, player-first crypto platform, and this kind of community feedback is exactly what helps us stay on track. The updated terms are live now. We appreciate your sharp eyes and look forward to building trust moving forward. 💙

As we noted, our main liquidity and reserve wallets are kept private for security reasons. Rest assured, our operational funds are structured securely behind the scenes. Appreciate you keeping an eye out 😀💙

Fair points, negotiation4. You’re right that a new platform can't rely on 'trust me bro' trust has to be earned through actions, not promises.

Regarding the verification and terms: we listened to the community feedback in this thread, re-evaluated our stance, and streamlined our terms to remove those aggressive restrictions. We aren't here to play corporate games or trap player balances.

What value do we offer? A fast, clean crypto experience with instant payouts, zero unnecessary friction, and a team that actually adjusts when pointed in the right direction. We know we have to build our reputation over time, and we're here to do the work.

Can you answer roughly how much you have in liquid bankroll? This is kinda important.

Appreciate the objective perspective, Coyster. You hit the nail on the head.

Treating new platforms with caution is standard and healthy practice in this industry, and we don't expect blind trust. Our goal is simply to build that trust piece by piece through transparent operations, fast payouts, and keeping our word over time.
Thanks for keeping the discussion grounded.

Appreciate you breaking that down, Bitinity. You hit the exact logic behind how those clauses function in practice it only ever applied to dormant balances, never as some phantom debt or charge on empty accounts.

That said, we've taken the community's feedback seriously and streamlined our terms to keep things as friction-free and transparent as possible.
Thanks for bringing a level head to the discussion.

Interesting name! The ANN presentation could be better though the site design itself is great thanks to a good mix of black and other colors. Big red flag here is that y'all don't possess a proper license and should have waited to get one before launching this site.

Appreciate the honest feedback, Haunebu. Glad you like the name and the design.

Regarding the licensing and legal setup: we are currently operating under a standard corporate structure while working through our phased regulatory roadmap. We know it's a common point of skepticism for new launches, and we respect your view on it.

As for the 'No-KYC' title, we stand by the privacy-first, frictionless experience we're providing for routine play, especially given that we just stripped out those heavy verification traps from our terms based on earlier feedback in this thread.

First impressions are tough to flip overnight, but we're here for the long haul to prove ourselves through actions, not just ANN threads. Thanks for chiming in.

Welcome to Bitcointalk. I visited the site and like the simple design and I see your site more than ready to promote here so you should prepare your campaign to gain more attention from people which I am sure you already have.

Do you plan to integrate sports betting in the site because that will be perfect match to the site and I am sure your members will love that.

Well, good luck. I believe any casino has a moral obligation to not take on risk beyond what it has liquidity for, and that the survival of the casino should come second to paying out its obligations to its clients. I hope you take this ethical obligation seriously, too often casinos seem not to.

Thank you for the warm words, maydna Glad you like the clean design 💙

As for sports betting, it's definitely on our long-term roadmap. Right now, our main focus is on perfecting the casino and slot experience, but adding a sportsbook is a natural step we are looking into for the future.
Appreciate the great suggestion.

Are your hot wallets public?
Hello negotiation4, That's a great question, Right now, for security and internal liquidity management, our hot wallet addresses are kept private. However, as we grow and scale our operations, we are definitely exploring ways to introduce better transparency features (like reserve proofs).
Thanks for bringing this up.
Well let me do it on your behalf.
0xd3114A6B4744143486336C49EBD8952FBC911169
Almost $236 in reserves on Ethereum.
Thanks for checking, but that address is not our operational treasury or hot wallet. It is likely just one of the gateway or routing addresses associated with transaction processing or third-party integrations.
As we noted, our main liquidity and reserve wallets are kept private for security reasons. Rest assured, our operational funds are structured securely behind the scenes. Appreciate you keeping an eye out 😀💙
what security reasons exactly?

he is not asking about your cold wallet address, we are talking about your hot wallet, the one you send deposits and withdrawals from.
all the big casinos have their hot wallets public (or at least can be found easily), so i don't get what's so scary about sharing your hot wallet address?

Point 2.7 reminds me of a few days ago when I saw an inactivity fee of $5 per month at a certain casino. Now I'm seeing an inactivity fee again, but this time it's not $5 per month, but 5% per month. As you can see:

source: https://klyroll.com/en/terms-of-use

I wouldn't be surprised if, in a few years, the scam accusation section has many threads created by casino owners charging inactivity fees because members X and Y created accounts and haven't used them for more than 12 months.
I also remember reading something like that from a casino ANN thread, this is actually a stupid new trend for any casino to begin with, will the 5% administrative fee for each month be deducted once the player makes his deposits?
i don't think it's stupid, i think it's great motivation (assuming people read the terms) to not leave coins on a casino account you are not going to login to or play in for a long time.
casinos are not wallets or exchanges, you are not supposed to keep money there, players should deposit, play, win/lose, and withdraw their balance.

i would be more concerned about them only having $48 USDC and $190 worth of eth in what looks like to be their ethereum hot wallet.

I also remember reading something like that from a casino ANN thread, this is actually a stupid new trend for any casino to begin with, will the 5% administrative fee for each month be deducted once the player makes his deposits?
i don't think it's stupid, i think it's great motivation (assuming people read the terms) to not leave coins on a casino account you are not going to login for a long time.
casinos are not wallets or exchanges, you are not supposed to keep money there, players should deposit, play, win/lose, and withdraw their balance.

Good point Zwei. Applying a fee for inactivity should be considered as a great feature not something critical. However, we know that a user can be inactive for one reason or another. And the casino knows well that majority of users don't read TOS before or after making deposits. I am not defending users ignorance but the concept of applying fees for dormant accounts reminds me of the banking system. Casinos are not banks and keeping that money safe won't cost anything for casinos, unless they want to fill their empty hot wallets with some assets since they are actually empty.
