Unless the transaction is BTC ---> XMR, I don't think such fees are appropriate, especially with more reliable and cheaper alternatives with a lower AML output.

Hello dear. After years of operating in private OTC circles, I’m opening my manual swap service to the bitcointalk community. Our service has instant release there’s no waiting. I know which service you’re referring to, and I tested it myself too. It took a couple of hours to receive my coin, so I decided to come here to do instant swaps with another person, human-to-human. You’re welcome. Yes, it works well, and it can be useful for a segment of users who don’t prefer centralized platforms and like to conduct transactions outside of them.

With an escrow provider handling the deal between both parties, things should go smoothly and securely, especially since your account is still new on the forum.

OTC services can vary from member to member depending on their seniority, reputation and trustworthiness, the fees they charge, and how efficiently they handle deals safely and quickly. Therefore, which OTC provider clients choose depends on several factors.
