[WARNING] Hazebet.co casino not paying wager contest

I dont want to repeat what I've wrote on the mentioned casino's ANN thread so I'll quote it only below:

WARNING

I would like to warn all bitcointalk members to stay away from this casino (at least for now).
What happened?
- This casino held a weekly race last week which ended few days ago and now they are running a new one as OP posted few days ago.
- I'm pretty sure that I was one of the top 3 winners because there is no more bets made on the site since my last play a week ago (even till now).
- More than 48H already now but they have not distributed the prizes from the previous weekly race.
- I've tried to contact them via X, onsite chatroom, discord as well as here in this thread. 
- They answered once in Discord only but what did they say? They asked me "which prize is missing" while I have clearly asked them about the previous weekly race and no other follow up till now.

There are few strange situations here:
- No other players complaining about the previous weekly race's prize, am I the only one who do not get it while the others got it already?
- If the other players got it already, it looks weird since there is no other players on the new leaderboard except me while the new race is already running for more than 48H, why they do not play until now while the chance to win from on the weekly race is quite big even if someone start with few dollars only.
- Previously MuffinMaster found about their admin "nemel" also qualified for the weekly race although hazebet answered that nemel is chat moderator only. Fun fact, the one who is answered me on their discord support channel is "lemen" which is a reversed name of "nemel", just a coincidence?

@Hazebet.co You were online after my previous post as well as you were online earlier today and I'm sure you read my previous post, why did not you try to say something?

Additional notes:
- They do not disclose the final leaderboard of the previous wager race then started new one.
- The amount scammed: $150 for my own prize if I'm correct that I finished at 3rd position in the previous wager race.
- The 1 username in their current leaderboard of the weekly race is my username, it proves that no one is actually playing on the site after the new wager race started on August 5th.
- The scammed amount is not that big (lets say I'm out of the top 3 winners), but scam is scam so I've left them negative trust.

Anyway, obviously not paying promised reward and having 0 transparency about final results is a huge red flag.

Just had a quick peek at their site and it really looks so cheap and super basic. Some rando bought a casino builder package, registered a domain and got it online, that's how this looks like.

Just stay away from sites like that in the future is hat i would suggest. Hopefully at least you were up and got withdrawals processed.

Funny thing is that there representative is online, probably reads everything and does not even say anything regarding the situation. Much as those contests and tournaments can be exciting and easier to win since users are still few, it's quite risky playing on a new casino

If this goes on for a while unanswered or resolved, I suggest you create a trust flag as well, so newbies do not fall for the trap. I will support it.

I know the risk when trying a brand new casino ofc, it was fine in the beginning as I managed to withdraw $100 when I tried it for the first time with $40 deposit.
They let me withdraw $100, so I thought it is good enough to go, luckily what I've wagered on the wager race came from that $40 deposit only while I've actually made a profit.
Although I knew that I can easily become the 1st winner on the wager race as the first leader was with $8k wager only while I had something close to $5k in the last hours but I did not made a new deposit to chase it as I was testing the water only.

If this goes on for a while unanswered or resolved, I suggest you create a trust flag as well, so newbies do not fall for the trap. I will support it.

I'll give them more time and chance to explain, if they will keep on silence or ignore it, I'll create the flag tomorrow.

Almost every site i know has these race payouts automatic so hazebet seems to be poorly run and incompetent at the very least if not an outright scam.
I hope you get paid and continue to nag them till they do so

It looks like you had a long delay with your wd going off of the replies I am seeing from their rep in their thread. 5 hour delay on a wd and an AI generated ANN thread. Not that AI is bad, just gives me a 1st bad impression. I'd rather see a site do a normal announcement thread but that's just me.

Looks like the rep has been online in the last couple hours and so far has refrained from responding here or in their ann thread. I see you have tagged them as well, might prompt them to make a response. Hopefully you get some answers soon or make a flag.

About 2 hours after I created this thread as well as after I left them negative feedback, they credited my account with $15 with a note that I won the #4 prize.
Still no words from them on X, discord, onsite livechat, here and their ANN thread while the rep was online few hours ago.
I will not remove the negative trust because of this $15 (I wont use this balance) and I'm still waiting for their reasonable explanation about this case along with reasonable proofs that I won the #4 prize only instead of #3 as what I believe.
The new race is also going to end within the next 12 hours and there is only me in the leaderboard until now LOL, will they also pay me if it remains like this until the end of the new race while I've wagered $0.09 only?

Surprisingly they credited the prize from the 2nd weekly race, I finished at 2nd position and they gave me $200.
I requested withdrawal more than 3 hours ago and it is still waiting for approval till now.
Frankly I'm confused and I need an advice from you what I should do if they will process my withdrawal request eventually?
Should I keep the negative trust or delete it or change it to neutral but still with caution for others because of their lack of communication and transparency of their weekly race?

Maybe they will come up with an excuse and tell you that another participant entered at the last moment and took your position. Hazebet doesn't have any gambling license as well. It has been 12 hours since their latest weekly wager contest started, but there is still no one with any wager on the leaderboard.

BTW, there won't be any valid reasons to keep the negative feedback if you receive your prize and withdrawal. But you may keep it there until they show some professionalism.

If they pay, I would remove the tag and put a neutral warning people of the issues with the casino and their late payments. I don't think leaving a red is valid since they technically aren't scamming you. Lemme know when they pay the wd and i'll remove my tag as well.

I know it could be abuse of trust feedback if OP keeps the negative tag even after receiving his funds. However, a neutral feedback may go unnoticed compared to a red tag. Hazebet is unlikely to remain in the crypto gambling industry for very long.

@panjul07, forget my suggestion. I hope you will receive the withdrawal and change the feedback as 'yahoo62278' and other forum members have said above.
