Nothing to claim on the instant rakeback as well as the weekly rakeback that should be also released earlier today because the countdown timer restarted about 12H ago but there is also nothing to claim on the weekly rakeback.
Previously I thought that there is a minimum rank requirement to be eligible for rakeback but there is no requirement after I read the rakebak percentage information which shows that lowest rank members get 5% rakeback.
I know that my rakeback will be small amount only as I have not wagered much (few thousands only), my rakeback might be few cents only but nothing to claim is a different thing.

You requesting for a KYC is not a bad idea, but don't you think it would be suspicious when you do not have licence and you are requesting for KYC from prospective client before they register or make withdrawal?

We felt it was more honest to communicate this possibility from the beginning instead of presenting ourselves as a "No KYC" casino and then potentially having to change that later once the platform grows and licensing requirements come into play. We believe it's better to set realistic expectations now than to disappoint users in the future.

It is okay if you had clearly stated about your KYC on your ToS but know that you can.not demand for KYC and nobody knows about your license validity. It is also important you make it known or available your licence so  the community would see for themselves and  have full confidence in playing on your Casino platform.

I guess it's just a mistake, but you should pay more attention to such basic things.

Where is the final leaderboard for the previous week and when will you distribute the prize of the previous week?
Its been 7h since your last post but I have received nothing in my account, let me know if the prize needs to be claimed manually and how?
If it is like "prize will be credited within 24H after the race end", better if you have this information under the weekly race tab or by adding a clickable ⓘ symbol. 
Judging from the latest bets information, there is no more players wagered after my last visit few days ago so logically I'm staying in the same position as what I was few days ag.

Secondly, signing up seems a bit of a challenge because of the limited choices. Can we have an option of signing up using an email address rather than "continue with google", "continue with Telegram" etc

WARNING

I would like to warn all bitcointalk members to stay away from this casino (at least for now).
What happened?
- This casino held a weekly race last week which ended few days ago and now they are running a new one as OP posted few days ago.
- I'm pretty sure that I was one of the top 3 winners because there is no more bets made on the site since my last play a week ago (even till now).
- More than 48H already now but they have not distributed the prizes from the previous weekly race.
- I've tried to contact them via X, onsite chatroom, discord as well as here in this thread. 
- They answered once in Discord only but what did they say? They asked me "which prize is missing" while I have clearly asked them about the previous weekly race and no other follow up till now.

There are few strange situations here:
- No other players complaining about the previous weekly race's prize, am I the only one who do not get it while the others got it already?
- If the other players got it already, it looks weird since there is no other players on the new leaderboard except me while the new race is already running for more than 48H, why they do not play until now while the chance to win from on the weekly race is quite big even if someone start with few dollars only.
- Previously MuffinMaster found about their admin "nemel" also qualified for the weekly race although hazebet answered that nemel is chat moderator only. Fun fact, the one who is answered me on their discord support channel is "lemen" which is a reversed name of "nemel", just a coincidence?
