Why my feedback is not showing?

A user on the forum leave me a feedback on my profile which is just  a lie.   I also left a feedback on joker_josue but it's not displaying to other's like his one is showing on my profile.

Your feedback isn't showing because you're not in DT1 or DT2. For users to see your feedback you either have to be one of those or on that user's personal trust list.

It still matters as a feedback. Anyone interested can see it and it's encouraged for regular users to leave more feedbacks. You can be helping out someone and it's how users know to add you to theie trust list if you give quality feedback.

I would say both the feedback you were given and yours are wrong uses of the trust system.

If you are not a DT member, your trust feedback will not be seen by the other forum members if they only have default trust list. They only can see your trust feedback if you're in their inclusive trust list.

It's the same with your account, if you add someone into your trust list, you will see their trust feedback on your account and other forum accounts. Otherwise if you exclude someone, even they're DT members from your trust list, their trust feedbacks will not be visible by your account if you don't click on Untrusted feedback.

I think adding a legit source why are you leaving your feedback can help in such cases. Other than this, what un_rank told you is correct. You have to be a DT1 or DT2 member on this forum if you want your feedback your feedback should be visible to everyone. You can still see your feedback by clicking the button listed below the trust List, the "Show rating" Button.



For now, your feedback will be considered untrusted feedback until you are not a DT1 or DT2 member, or you don't have any legit reason for leaving feedback for any member of this forum.

This is not entirely accurate.
Even if you are a DT member, your feedback isn't necessarily shown to all other users. It's possible that someone doesn't have DefaultTrust in their trust list and you aren't in their trust network either.

I hope you don't retaliate by equalizing joker_josue with a comment. You can give a trust comment to anyone. But not everyone's comment will show up as the main comment to other users. joker_josue is currently a DT1 member so it will show up in the main trust section for most users of the DefaultTrust user. That doesn't mean your comment has been deleted, but rather your comment will be marked as Untrusted feedback.

As other reputable members here have said, it is how the system was am designed to be. If you are not a DT member, your feedback would not show except a DT member adds you to their trust list that is when your feedback would show on anybody's profile you write on but for now your feedback would not show but any DT member who writes on your profile, it would show. So that's the difference between you and the DT members here except otherwise. I believe this thread ghas served the purpose for which it was created so I will advise you lock it up to avoid spamming.

Just read the guide about the trust system that OcTradism gave above, and you should understand that your feedback means nothing at all because you are not DT.
But what are you trying to prove here? If you were innocent, you should have denied it, instead of giving feedback. What you did was unnecessary.

A few important tips for you

Do not use the trust/feedback system without any reason. Just because someone left a feedback on your profile doesn't means you have to do this also. First justify it if it's accurate or not , try solving the matter of that user who has left the feedback on you.  If you think talking is not working and someone is using their DT power wrongly then you can create a topic on reputation section and bring this to the community.

If I go into Trust and click on Show ratings, you will see the feedback you have given and everyone will see it. If someone visits like this but is not a DT member, if you give any feedback, it will not be shown publicly directly. So the feedback you have given has no value. Because no one will be able to see it normally.

You actually unknowingly just proved joker_josue right. You are an alt account. Let me ask. How do you know that the feedback you left on his profile isn't displaying to others like his is showing on one profile?
There is only one way, by logging in through another alt account.

Now, I am not saying having alt accounts is a crime, but it seems like you just reported yourself.

All you needed here is eclair understanding of how the trust system works, the necessary links to follow in learning about this has been given already, take your time to read through them and understand how some trust feedback will be shown on a user profile on how someone not be showing, to round it up, only those on the DT network will give a feedback that will reflect and users profile, while non-DT members can also give a feedback boat it will not reflect on the user profile, even though this does not mean it is not there.

Just Because someone isn't DT doesn't mean their feedback should automatically be ignored. If a user always shows a habit for providing fair, insightful and informative feedback then they can start developing a good rapport over time and you can potentially include them in DT further on down the line. In my eyes the usefulness of the and honesty the advice provided should mean something more to you regardless of someone being DT right now.
