It's not normal with a user who have small fund but if I have a quite big fund, I can withdraw my money several times a day if I want and especially if I have need of using my money for something else like trading or funding my trading account to rescue a leveraged position for example.

Where did I say that it is not normal? I said it is unusual. Not frequently users ask for a third withdrawal in one day from the same casino, but surely it can happen for a reason or another. And I think we do agree that 10% is a high percentage and this is what we are asking for to revise.
