I had my last bet on the US open of Tien to beat Monfils in 3sets which he did like you can see from shared photo below, next thing I received some free spins on Duck hunters 🦆 and won $0.02..and when I tried to place a bet on sportsbook it did not allow me to do that even with a positive balance, then went to rewards to see if this was a bonus hindering my next bets and so something like $6 needed to wager and cancelled whatever bonus that was and you guys got my balance with it..can you look into this for & get me back my $$$ as this is not the kind of experience I signed up for..

If you are referring to the bonus balance, 1% of your 2K wager means only $20 qualifies that counts towards the progress bar (e.g. if you have a bonus balance of $1 on a 35x, that means $20/ $35 completed).

It looks like a bug which they forfeited your balance together with the bonus by the time you cancel the bonus. That bonus probably has the terms that all profit that will made by the time specific bonus was active will be forfeited too.

Your sportsbook win probably assumed by the system as profit from your balance. Do claim free spin while your bet is open or after it was settled as win?

Nevertheless, this indeed a messed up situation since I can relate to you on this kind of bonus forfeit that removes profit done.

I have forfeited most of their bonuses because they were of no good to me as this was during the review campaign, but for them to wipe my account when this wasn't even a deposit bonus is leaving a bitter taste especially  that spins were manually applied like you can see in shared photo..but I trust they will come through to rectify this bug.

Contacted support and the person says it has to go to their higher authority which I don't understand why this should take this long.

However, it is stated in their terms that once the bonus has been claimed, all winnings will be considered as bonus money. And if ever the bonus was forfeited, all bonus money will also be gone.

I don't say that it's the same with Frogbet, but maybe their terms have something that could explain what happened here. If none, then maybe it's a glitch. Though, it's less likely to happen only to one user. But since you have already contacted the support, I hope the issue you have encountered will be sorted out asap.

Fortunately for me it wasn't a deposit bonus & this was manually applied..and btw I didn't play through any of the funds (2cents).

If this is the model the casino is running then it's a big red flag and needs to be fixed, or the the minimum separate real funds from bonus funds !!

So these funds were returned to me as bonus funds with terms like maximum bet of $10 and casino games kept my wager only winnings were paid out ,so any dice game say of $10 * 1.02 odds means I get 2cents from that and lose the $10 wager . Anyway long story short lost my funds that I legitimately won to the  system issue . Not happy with this experience not 1 bit @&#

I also think it is annoying that claiming a bonus has to go through live chat. I think live support should be for reporting problems while playing, not for handling bonus claims.

I am also in their telegram channel, and they often share bonus codes there, but we still have to claim them through live chat. It would be better if there was a special page just for claiming those codes, so live chat does not get busy with claim requests.

Also if they are worried about people abusing the bonus, there are already rules like a wager amount and a claim time limit, so that should not be a problem.

Bonus wager usually cumulative within specific period of time. But you should always check the terms if you need to lose first your balance before you can use the bonus balance since this is always a problem on bonus if user expect that he is using a bonus balance then cancel afterwards.
