Maybe you can try to contact the support as what I did in their sister site few months ago when I missed to claim the prize from the race as you can read the story here.
I missed the other prize on the other day but they did not give another chance for me to claim the prize, so maybe they give 1 chance only to get the prize in case we missed it.
Do it if you think it is worth to try but if you do not really care about the few bucks reward then skip it.
With this system, there is a big chance for many players to claim the prize before it is expired because not all players can visit the site regularly although the schedule is fixed but some players may forget to visit of have no time to login due to various reason.

It is good to know that they credited it once for you.

Yep, that is what I said in my previous post too.
It is not a reward/bonus, actually. This is something we/players earned by playing with our money. We actually earned that amount. So, if they want the players to treat them well, they should send emails to the customers and let them claim the reward which the players earned themself by risking their own money. Most casinos actually credit the wagering contest reward to the players account automatically. Since both of their sites have the same system, I assume this is their strategy to save some money. I would request them to change it for the players.

Well, it's possible. I had some good luck at Betpanda, and I made some money by placing max bets on their mines game. But I haven't played at Betpanda for a while now. I won't say my luck is bad at Frogbet, but rising from a tiny balance to something meaningful isn't easy and does not happen all the time. I played their Tower game, which was kinda addictive for me, and I must say that I loved it.

Sometimes it is too easy to get a good multiplier, but sometimes I get busted in the first row a couple of times in a row. I had only $1 in balance, and I made $12 from that $1. But then I increased the bet amount and tried to be bold, and voila, busted

I guess it is a possible glitch because if it is not a glitch, it does not make sense at all. If you funded your account, made bets but did not lose all your deposit money, your funded money should be shown in your account balance. Bonuses are different than initial funded money in your account.

If it is not a glitch, Frogbet must consider it as I believe this is not right and fair at all.

In that case, the player also had an issue with his deposit being tied up with the bonus mechanics and eventually had to go through a review before getting his funds back.
So I wouldn't panic yet. Your situation sounds similar enough that it's worth checking that case and seeing how they handled it.
But yeah, this sucks. Having your own deposited funds suddenly show as 0 because of a bonus/security review is definitely not good experience.

Damn! I did observe that Frogbet loves slamming high wagering requirements on their bonuses which is common practice in the crypto gambling world, but this is a bit too extreme converting deposits into bonuses. Just saps out all of the excitement instantly.

You should have thought it out more carefully before accepting these bonuses which are usually a losing play. Am expecting them to refund your deposit excluding any winnings.

I just capped Frogbet's present terms. They cite wagering requirement for bonuses and possibility of balance being held pending a security assessment.

Nonetheless it isn't clear to me under which rule a standard deposit can suddenly be altered into a bonus midway through.

If I recall correctly, @Woodie notified almost similar case in past. After forfeiting a manually applied free spin bonus, his existing sportsbook credit was wiped out and converted into bonus. He later mentioned that support team had attributed this to technical problem.

Correctly said,and this real funds to bonus conversion should have never happened in the first place..why they didn't just initiate a deposit back to the account is what i didn't understand because other bookies do this stuff all the time. Can you tell them good just by looking at their design? Can you tell them good just by looking at their Live Bets history? They can show the history of Live Bets 10-15 times from their backend. In this case, you will always see live that new bets are being made every second. You will not even understand that the betting history is being rolled over and over again. I will not say that they are not a good platform. Because since I have never gambled on this platform, I cannot comment on the good or bad. But you should experience it yourself and then comment on that. Everything cannot be considered by just looking at the activity on the home page.

Hopefully Frogbet support will not only resolve Bitbollo's case but also clarify exactly why this transformation occurred.

Because if both your case and this one were caused by technical issue, then in my opinion, unless they specify the root cause, other player could sink into same trap.

That’s sneaky bastard free spin that automatically makes you accept the bonus once you claim just like Woodie did before. They have review campaign ongoing so I’m surprised that this issue was never addressed already while Woodie’s case was happened long time ago.

The problem is their bonus ToS that automatically apply to user that will claim those free spin. Can’t blame user on clicking since everybody wants free spin.

Did the support answer you about the account review?

Shouldn't the big wagering only affect the balance you receive as bonus? For example it makes no sense to have $500, receive $10 in bonus, and now you need to wager 10x in all the $510 balance. The wagering should be only on the $10 that you received

Maybe this is an issue, so after the review is completed it would be interesting to contact support to confirm if that's how it works

In my opinion, it must be a glitch in their bonus system which make user's real balance turned into bonus balance after claiming an available bonus. It does not make senses obviously especially the claimed bonus itself is 1FS only. What makes me surprised is that the support answered like that there is something wrong with your account while actually it is an issue with their bonus system because you are not the first one who experienced it. Woodie's case was the same imo, frogbet should check their system first instead of flagging the user's account as I believe the mistake is not on the user.

I thought it is a glitch too but the answer from support chat tells us something different. It's like a confirmation from customer support that it's not a glitch but there is another information needed.

Was it a bot answer from support chat or it was an answer from a human customer support staff.
If it is from a human customer support staff, the answer is a confirmation that there is no glitch, but honestly if it is not a glitch, it does not make any sense with this bonus system.
