The amount was $3 only, and I don't really care about it. I can't even remember on which week it happened with me.

I have heard where gambler made a big profit from small amount from bonus. It may not look much from what you usually deposit for your bets but luckily can come from any amount small and turn it to a large amount.

May be the casino is familiar with this reactions from gamblers to turning a blind eye on insignificant amount of bonus like this, that why they do not set measures in place that can notify the gambler off their site about a bonus reward, cause the player usually do not bother on missing it when they find out how small the amount is.

But if a bonus amount of $3 is accumulates to times 100 gamblers who may have missed it, that is $300, a big returns saved for the casino. In parts, we do not think the way this business platforms thinks.

There was also a review requested... has anyone other issues by using their bonuses? because it could be not easy to complete a test or review
(lack of response could be seen negative considering that there just few bets to verify/avoid all these confuse bonuses).

I would suggest to review the bonus system at all.

My balance, has been converted to bonus with a non-sense wagering. trying to remove it has bring the total deposit to 0. and it's still 0 with no answers.

According @Little Mouse they have even pay for review (I haven't received anything)... I have lost around 100 USD between review and missing deposit.

Review payment is not yet received too on my casino balance. I thought this is just me or the payment just need to be processed later on.

Yeah. Didn't exactly face the same issue, but the one that I ran into was Little Mouse stating that I wagered a small amount on originals and the rest on slots which is nonsensical since I wagered over 260 bucks on originals only(Dice primarily).

Sadly, this whole thing feels like a proper scam unraveling though I do hope that I am wrong here. Let's see how they address this entire mess in the coming days.

Glad to see my issue getting resolved so quickly thanks to which my faith in this site has been restored. I got the reward and withdrew it without any issues thanks to which it landed in my wallet within seconds without any fee which is always great to witness.

If all the three major contacts like email , live chat or customer support and the representative here are not responding to complains like this the things will go wrong for them. And that will not speak good foe their reputation. 30 hours is enough for any of the above contacts to respond.

I also received my review reward and played some of the frogbet original games. I was able to increase my reward balance to $85 and requested withdrawal. Withdrawal was processed instantly and I didn’t encounter any issues at all.

I hope the issues that some users are experiencing will be resolved soon, just like what happened to bitbollo. Hopefully, everything will be sorted out for everyone.

If it is a bug, they can say about that, admit that issue and promise like we are going to fix it, no worry. There is nothing shameful to admit that if it is an issue by something technically wrong and need to be fixed.

If it is not a bug but it is from an actual design of their program for bonus, I guess it's hard to tell that with users because I believe that no users will like such a bonus program. I am writing this not to attack Frogbet but as I wrote above, they need to communicate publicly with the community about that, because it relates to their business reputation.

I'm glad frogbet resolved the ineligible issue promptly. I was surprised to see I was ineligible at first as I made sure to do everything right.

I received the same email before and support told me it is theirs. I never accessed the .gg website tho. Were you able to get the FS after you were redirected? I suppose there was a 30-40x wager requirement?

I was also surprised by the email format especially because all the other emails I've received from frogbet were all paired with a nice professional looking visuals. In combination with the unknown site (unknown to me), I thought it could be a scam, thus I asked support lol. Perhaps a format error? There's also a misspelling of frogbet—frogbet without the g.

Hope Frogbet does address this earlier on because you can't let this drag on without giving such issues the agency it deserves, if this is taking this long to get a response what happens to a player that has a pending dispute with the casino, it means you would be ghosted and bad communication sends the wrong signal.

Btw why do I feel there is miscommunication of what LM can and can not do here... Frogbet have full control of their platform and LM is just on the marketing side as a subcontractor... So basically speaking his hands are tied for certain tasks.

Since this was part of review I would add that
- they do not have enough staff. It cannot be possible they forfeited a deposit and convert in a non sense wagering bonus for no reason! Even has passed many days they haven't addressed yet, and "these issues" should be credited on their platforms.
- they haven't yet a platform that can handle all this bonus. As you see they had a glitch that as taken my deposit and not fresh money received from reward.

I understand your frustrations, but it's best for you to stay patient for a while since they probably will rectify your entire issue in a slow manner(Would be surprised if they didn't). I did notice that they are unusually slow when it comes to resolving issues sometimes.

For sure @Haunebu or even other people will not going to be happy, if their funds get seize without dropping any explanation on why that situation happens.

If they cannot solve that issue immediately, that means there's a problem with their management. Its a red flag if they act so slow towards those issues and this case actually does not help, since those frustrations you experience will provably disappoint other people which could read this case.

Frogbet need to improve this, since if they cannot act fast and many people experience this. Lots of people will start to avoid playing in their casino.
