For me, I think maybe the casino might mean funding it's account from another crypto casino, and not literally an exchange wallet or non custodial wallets. Because I'm still trying to figure out how will the casino actually know if you deposited funds from a third party wallet, since Bitcoin wallets don't usually bear our respective names on it. As this is maybe trying to prevent people depositing from third party services like a mixer or another crypto casino wallet. That is actually something very common on casinos which advertise themselves as free from KYC verification, then always end up having some section of their Terms of services which actually make clear they reserve their rights to ask for personal informations and documents from their gamblers at their own discretion.

There was a thread about this topic here on the gambling section on he forum, and the conclusion I reached is how we are always supposed to take a look at terms of service and not blindly believe what advertising says.

Reading ToS is very important, and if a casino has its FAQs page, people can start there as both guests and users. Most basic and important questions and answers are in FAQs, and from that page, people can find more details if they want in ToS page.
