I know you are looking for suggestions here but frankly speaking I don't think anyone has a solution to this perhaps it is the casino that should have a solution to this issue. I will suggest you ask the customer service this question to see their answer sometimes some site can use this kind of mistake against the customer especially those that are not legit or genuine. But normally I think the funds was meant to reverse since it was below minimum or it was meant to reflect but you won't be able to access it until you funds again to exceed the minimum deposit.

This is why it's important to read the terms before you begin making deposit or using any platform.  Most platform have the minimum amount of deposit written clearly at the deposit page so player won't go ahead making deposit without a clue, at least that should be visible enough for anyone to see, except they didn't  make that available at their deposit page.

The minimum crypto casino deposit that I see here is mostly very low. I don't know how much you deposited so that the casino did not credit it to your account. To receive better advice and possible help, you need to tell us which casino you made the deposit from. have you read their terms & conditions? that should be indicated in the casino policy in the very first place. If you think that your money didnt successfully deposited in your account due to not meeting their minimum requirement then that should be handled by their customer service as expedite dispute request since money is involved. Only them can answer and investigate if your money is lost or will reserved to your account.

Best thing for Op is not a refund for his money, he should confirm with the support team if he's eligible to top up the same address that received the below minimal amount. Faced with a mistake like this, I do let go of the amount because of fees, the last time I paid less than the minimal deposit amount to a store, the payment system had a term that says we'd refund the amount if you pay less than minimum amount. This happened to me during the ordinal period, bitcoin fees was so high that when I got refunded the fees had taken a big portion of the money. On a broader scale, it's not always worth bordering over, considering that it's an amount you're able to lose.

I think the casino is in the right position to answer this question, since you already made complaint and they responded that the reason why your deposit have not reflected in your account is due to the fact that the amount you deposited does not reach the minimum deposit that is required, then you would have use that very opportunity to ask them what to do to reverse or complete the transaction. So you mean after getting the respond you didn't even bother to ask them what to do? Although I don't know when it happened but if it's something that happened recently then you have to go back and  contact their customer service to ask them on what to do in order to complete the transaction.

Usually it is reserved and when you sent the minimum deposit again it will be added on top of that in your balance. Not all casinos operate this way yet the majority do so nothing to worry if you are playing in the reputable big ones casinos that are here in the forum. Have you checked your transaction on blockchain explorer? Check if your transaction was confirmed. Check if it went to correct address and network and what the casino’s displayed minimum deposit was. Just seeing funds not credited shouldn’t be enough to assume that money is gone.

If the casino start telling you that the funds are gone now, then please share its name. All the time when I saw minimum deposit amounts, they were very modest; around couple of bucks. If casino embezzle funds, that will be a big red flag, because they consider stealing such little amounts.

You should have known what the minimum deposit was. There is a minimum deposit limit in every casino and if you go below it they don't credit the deposit. Some casinos have a very low minimum deposit while some have a much higher one. For example some have a $1 minimum deposit while some have a $15 minimum deposit.
Anyway, since you accidentally made a smaller deposit you should ask their customer service whether if you add some more funds later will they add your previous small deposit amount or not?. I had experiences of both losing my deposit which did not meet the minimum depositing amount criteria and returned back to my same sending address after deducted the satoshis which were required for transmitting a transaction. Losing happened to me when I had been gambling with faucet earning and when faucet operator lowered the withdraw eligibility limit, my faucet saving moved to gambling house but unfortunately which was 5x lower than minimum deposit, my gambling house just ignored the deposit amount which left me void of 10+ days hard work with few faucets. Always depends on the site and the support worker actually. I have done this mistake at least twice and both times I got them to help me and process the amount. Both times though the minimum amount as ridiculously high with like 20$ and I sent between 15-17.
