Op, I think this is based on the casinos policy but from what I think your funds cannot be lost, although it might take a little while for it to be refunded depending on the medium you used to make the deposit. If the deposited amount wasn't up to the minimum amount required then it might be refunded back to your original payment method but like I said initially it all depends on the casinos policies and how they handle issues of that regard. My advice for you right now is to still communicate with customer care to know the status of the transaction, you cannot get the answer that you need here.

Better tell us what casino you are using so we can check the terms for you. But based on the casinos I use, deposits below the minimum amount are normally not credited. That is how their system works, and we agreed to those rules when we signed up, so we also have to accept it if we make that mistake.

Still, there is no harm in trying. You can message support and explain what happened. If they are willing to make an exception, maybe they will allow you to send another deposit to complete the minimum and then credit the full amount.

But that is not normally how it works, so better not expect too much.
