For me what multi vet me the most about bitcoin first it's decentralized. and not just that the possibility of it's price hitting massively and it's a private investment that gives you the proper transaction value without you using any traditional bank account and it's also a lifetime investment.

They were not told about Bitcoin in detail, and this can be misleading. But if they are told about the pros and cons of Bitcoin investment, that will help them make informed decisions, as they will understand that they are responsible for whatever actions they take regarding their Bitcoin investment because a good teacher wants their students to grow, not by hyping Bitcoin, but by helping them invest with proper understanding.

The worst part is that with the misleading information, most of this new investors don’t even know bitcoin investment involve risk. They don’t even know about the level of risk bitcoin investment involves or even the level of volatility the market experiences, all they know is just to invest and when the market pumps, they make huge profit.
Most of this misinformation make them even feel pressured just to invest or FOMO as to doing it since they believe whosoever introduced them to it is doing well from it so they believe same thing will apply to them. All this misinformation are done by investors that are already into bitcoin for some time and I don’t know why they feel persuading others with the wrong narrative works better in making them invest than telling them what exactly is involved knowing everyone mustn’t invest in bitcoin.

I think what motivates much people is the money they are making from it, because I think that's a big motivation already. For me I am motivated by the fact that bitcoin has been here for a very long time and it's still growing strong.  We all know the volatile nature of bitcoin,  but you can still make good profit as long as you are patient and ready to hold for a long time. If Bitcoin really works out in the future, it could mean that my daughter’s education, and maybe even part of her financial future, could come from the BTC investment I’m making regularly every month now. If not, no problem. I accepted the risk when I decided to invest in it anyway.

The 21 million BTC limit is among the strong reasons why whales keep investing in Bitcoin because they've seen their future in Bitcoin and believe they will earn massively from this project since it's been for decades and a promising one at that even most of them have started to accumulate their profits from now without wasting any atom of time.

Even the governments of some underdeveloped countries do not have control over whether the value of that country's currency will decrease or increase. The power of that country's currency depends on how much their currency is valued against the dollar. And the matter of Bitcoin is completely different. There is no regulator here. No one can make the value of Bitcoin lower or higher at will. Bitcoin gives people freedom. One can use Bitcoin in any way they want. Especially if someone wants, they can do short-term trading or if someone wants, they can continue investing for long-term holding. But Bitcoin has many features. The same type of feature may not be preferable to everyone. But depending on the individual, a feature becomes more preferable to many in different ways. Especially for some, decentralization is liked, while for others, self-custody is liked. That's true, people who introduce newbies to Bitcoin want them to get their own experience as time goes on. Some of them think that it's the best way for them to get a better understanding rather than simply being told what to do. But still, it is important for people to be honest about Bitcoin investment, even if they have to learn through experience. It will help them develop the right mindset to make informed decisions that benefit them.

Keep in mind that risk comes from way more than picking the wrong asset. Timing and risk management and having a plan all play into it. Bitcoin itself has never guaranteed anything, plenty of people got rekt on it just because they did not know what they were getting into.

It's irresponsible to pitch Bitcoin to someone while only hyping the upside and profit and conveniently skipping risk, IMO.

Risk and reward always go hand in hand. If you only talk gains and say nothing about the risk, you are not really helping newbies understand Bitcoin, you're just setting them up with unrealistic expectation.

Waking up this morning and I was asking myself what really motivates me about Bitcoin?

Every aspect of Bitcoin inspires me to accumulate more. I am a new investor in Bitcoin. Although I am not aware of the technical aspects of Bitcoin, I have basic knowledge about Bitcoin, so now I think I am probably late, I should have come to Bitcoin investment earlier. But I entered the earning stage a few days ago.

I am especially inspired by the simple investment strategy of Bitcoin. In reality if I want to invest in any investment sector I need a lot of capital at the beginning but when I started accumulating Bitcoin my discretionary income was $30 from which I started Bitcoin through $15 and I am still buying regularly. I am determined to continue buying Bitcoin in this way for the long term.
