Even the times when you think that you are not really telling strangers about it but your close friends it is still very dangerous because you don't really know who they can tell about it or who might be listening that you are not really aware of. Of course, life is more paramount than that asset we are protecting because a dead person can not think about assets. So while trying to protect our assets we also need to protect our lives, this includes taking care of our health I have seen people who prioritize their assets over their health forgetting that if they are dead that they will not take those assets to the grave.

Another thing is disclosing our assets or Investment to people some use it as a tutorial to show their students how much profit they have made not knowing that they are putting their life in danger. so their are some certain things we need to stop because there are people who are just looking for someone they will scam.

However, the most important thing is that if you are into trading or anything that will make people believe that you are making money, don’t show yourself off. we have many people who are aware that showing can put you in trouble, but they don’t care. Your point are reasonable and it can’t de doubted. Scenarios like this occur but it is not  just rampant but no doubt it occurs and people are falling for being a victim of such situations, and sometimes it could be just over their ostentatious behavior that make them a target. So why I brought up this story here is to further stress how money can instigate violence, it can also cause hatred, jealousy, evil and sometime can even cause death. So for this not to happen, let's keep our mouths shut because life is too precious.

Yes, it is sometimes seen that Bitcoin wallets are shown to people and it also happens that people can even kidnap just to snatch the Bitcoin wallet. For this, it is definitely necessary to be extremely aware and not to tell others about your Bitcoin. It is not possible to tell when and by whom people are targeted when they are walking on the streets, so always protect your privacy and if you need your Bitcoin wallet, uninstall it and only write the security seed phase and save it. You should not reveal your Bitcoin to unnecessary people, as this can be dangerous for you.

I agree with you that some people value their investments more than their own life. We can't blame them because if you are someone that has lost goods worth millions, you will understand the pain and why some people prioritise their investment and are ready to risk their lives just to protect it. However, no investment is worth risking one's life for because if you're not alive, that investment will perish ans die but if alive, even if you lose an investment there will still be opportunities that will come your way and you can get back again.

They want validation and recognition which is why alot of them flaunt or showcase their wealths to the public. Sometimes this can be attributed to human psychology and social status. For example someone that wasn't born with Silverspoon became rich, instead of him to do his things silently,spending freely and showing everyone what he has achieved instead of keeping things private... They are so blinded by short term happiness and validation by people, that makes them not think about the risk involved. From your example we can also look at how boys for area act when ever they cashout , you will see how they start showcasing themselves to people with their phones,cars , just to let people know that they have money, mainly for qqvalidation. Apart from jealousy or hatred they can also be exposed to scams whereby a guy starts talking about the amount bitcoin he has online or publicly (just to show off) , evildoers will  try to hack into his  wallets and steal everything he has or he can be subjected to kidnapping or being robbed. This life is crazy you might get praises from your friends and strangers when you have money,but as soon as it finishes everyone minds their business and no one will even care about you. This is more like advertising yourself by telling people that you have something valuable but not taking proper care of it. It is in our native proverbs that say, when you are cooking a white yam, hide it so that bad people will not put sand inside the pot. Knowing how to hide your financial status is very important, but people don't take it serious, because if they don't flaunt it, it doesn't make them feel satisfied of what they have and that's what causes attraction of these criminals.
