I don't know if I will say that's traders that love to show off their bitcoin but I wouldn't be surprised if a new investor is showing off just to be proud of himself. One thing with riches is that you keep it secret if not, you will be attacked because you don't know who is your enemy. I find it difficult to tell people I'm a bitcoin investor.

Some things are meant to be kept secret, for one's safety and peace of mind. Just like you, they are some investors or traders who will not risk it. One of the major or appropriate ways to maintain wealth apart from management is by staying humble. Cryptocurrency has now become more popular than it was before, with that, people get to understand and also know how value cryptocurrencies are, especially bitcoin. So, there is no way a lot of people will be aware of you being an investor or trader without some people coming for you. You have to be protective of your investments, and yourself as well.
The value of Bitcoin is increasing and the adoption of this digital asset is increasing. Those who are holding Bitcoin need to keep this matter as secret as possible. Just as others are greedy for real assets, if someone finds out that you are holding digital assets, your security can be compromised. As you said, it is good to keep many things secret for mental and financial security.

One of the things that you need to keep secret to be successful in life is not to reveal the amount of wealth you have to others. It is reasonable to keep your wealth secret as much as possible.

You should be careful about your own security and be aware of the security of the wallet in which you are holding Bitcoin. And you should refrain from click on any phishing links from the device where the wallet is protected.

Normally, if someone is leaving in an environment with high level of crime then such person should keep their wealth a secret and not flaunt it else the person would be risking his life to criminals. Bitcoin is becoming very valueable and criminals are also taking note and would try to steal from anyone that gives them the opportunity.

Times are getting very bad and some kind of informations that involves money shouldn't be trusted with a third-party regardless the closeness so you don't get set up.

While you engage in any investment it is more profitable to keep quiet while doing your investment, it is better for your achievements to speak for you instead of exposing your investment to the public. I understand that it might be difficult to entirely hide your investment from everyone more especially your immediate family members, but you should do yourself good by being secretive concerning your your investment, and when you even want to talk about it not in the public. Many have been attacked because they exposed their Bitcoin portfolio to untrusted friends, and some ended their lives, and some also lost their asset. We have seen what is going on around us, and even on the Internet concerning Bitcoin investing, we should know that anytime you talk about your Bitcoin investment in an unusual manner, you put your life at risk, and at the same time your asset also. There are several occasions where even friends become hinderance to your success, and is possible you can can keep the secret to your success even when you are with someone. We have seen how rewarding Bitcoin investing can be, and even though there are people who might not like to invest in Bitcoin, some of those people would want to take over your investment if you give them an opportunity. So invest with safety consciousness so that you don't get trapped by enemies around you.

I think telling people people that you are a bitcoin investor when you are in other countries isn't really much of a big deal but when you are in other countries but in Nigeria this isn't something that you can just come out to say In public and there are lots of reasons for this, the first reason for this is because of the terrible state of the economy in Nigeria, this has contributed to a whole lot of crimes in the country. This is the reason why people should be more careful about who they reveal their crypto assets to, th country isn't a safe place for that.

Of course, life is more paramount than that asset we are protecting because a dead person can not think about assets. So while trying to protect our assets we also need to protect our lives, this includes taking care of our health I have seen people who prioritize their assets over their health forgetting that if they are dead that they will not take those assets to the grave.

Another thing is disclosing our assets or Investment to people some use it as a tutorial to show their students how much profit they have made not knowing that they are putting their life in danger. so their are some certain things we need to stop because there are people who are just looking for someone they will scam.

If we can’t take care of our health, then what is the point of the asset we are protecting? Does that mean we are protecting our money for someone who will forget about us after we are gone? Some people are very stupid to do such things because I never see anything more important than my own life. If you mistakenly die, people will only mourn your death for two days, and after that, they will forget you ever existed in the world. So put yourself first in any situation.

In this country, it’s even risky to disclose anything about your life to anyone. People you trust can use that to plan something bad against you. Something happened recently in my environment. A guy was rubbed, and I think the rubbers knew he didn’t have fuel in his bike. They came a long with their own fuel. It was obvious that those people knew a lot about the guy. We need to be careful about who we trust and how much information we share about ourselves.

It is funny when people try to show others how much Bitcoin they have in their wallets forgetting the dangers of doing that. Even the times when you think that you are not really telling strangers about it but your close friends it is still very dangerous because you don't really know who they can tell about it or who might be listening that you are not really aware of. A lot of people have lost their lives due to the carelessness of talking about their assets In public.

A fish that moves with a closed mouth in the river are always safe, so we should learn how to keep our mouth shut, because talking too much and revealing what should have been kept in private is the main problem that gets most of us in trouble, because we reveal too much.  Anything that gets to do with a lot of money should be kept in private because that is the root cause of robbery and kidnapping in our society today.
In general wealthy people are in a risky situation. Revealing how much Bitcoin they have to people means creating their own danger. I also refrain from discussing Bitcoin publicly. Because I may not have a very large Bitcoin holding, but someone may think that I have a strong Bitcoin holding, in which case I may be harmed by that person. I even refrain from sharing it with someone is close friend or trusted. Because I give as much importance to the security of my information, it is common sense that no one else will do it like me . But here is another topic to discuss. That is if someone wants to learn about Bitcoin or is interested, then they can be taught. Because discussing, teaching, and sharing experiences about Bitcoin can be useful for others, but sharing about how much personal holding you have is a different matter. You can talk about DCA, but the amount you are doing DCA with how much time you are investing, this information should always be kept secret.

Normally ehh to me I don’t really see any need to announce how much bitcoin I have or am holding or even how much money I put into DCA because you really don’t what’s on the next man’s mind and it might not good for you after sharing such info am not saying you can’t share your experience, but explain how Bitcoin works and help beginners without exposing your personal financial details is the best and some kind of people just need small piece of information to start assumpting about what you own, and that can create unnecessary risks.

Yes oh most people dey possess huge amount of assets for their portfolio but dem no dey treat their bodi and even the slightest headache dem don rush go meet quack health personnel to mix drugs for them.Life don suppose pass that stage, shey oyibo man talk am say health na wealth if you no dey healthy how you wan take invest on bitcoin, instead to allow health complications weigh you down e go better make you visit a certified medical professional to address your health problems.Even though say you don share the information give your family members say you dey invest for profitable asset and after your death make dem reap from your holdings e no still dey encouraged make you die leave your holdings without even reaping it.

Our lives are extremely important, we should always know what we want and go straight ahead with it without having to work or bother about it. I think we should be more civil, agile and vigilant because crypto is another secondary thing in our lives, it pays our bills and buying groceries from the store, we're able to take good care of our love ones because we priotize our own source of income.

Crypto and our properties comes next, no way in this universe is it advisable to give up on your dreams because that's the fuel that will make you who you are today. We should just live private life, we should be able to know exactly our vulnerability and our strength and how we can relate to them.

So, is it worth taking the risk to intimidate other people with your investments?

It doesn’t worth it. Using your investment to intimidate others does not make you potential or valued, a good investor/ trader would never show off there investment in public or to intimidate others with there wallet, those people who show off  their wallet online are the ones seeking for attention or to be recognized and promotion, there are many fake traders that show off there wallet online just to be recognized by the ones who are still learning how to invest(newbies) to follow their trend and launch their scam schemes which no one will be able to suspect. That’s why it’s not good to follow everything online because there are so many scammers/Ponzi scheme online.

It is wise not to disclose your assets. If you want to disclose your assets, then fiat money is enough, not Bitcoin, but since we are using Bitcoin, its main purpose is to believe in a decentralized system, that is, we will keep our asset to ourselves. There are some who reveal the amount of Bitcoin they have to boast or tell that they have Bitcoin, but they cannot imagine that revealing this in a simple way can be a big threat to a person's life. For this reason, I must say that you should not share any information about the amount of Bitcoin you have with anyone. It may also be that if you ever fall victim to the wrench attack about the amount of Bitcoin you are sharing with others, they can hold you accountable for having more Bitcoin. That situation will bring you extreme pain.

One thing a lot people don't know is that showing off your holdings or wealth makes it very easy for people to study you. That is why when something bad happens to a person people often say it maybe someone who knows you very well.  That's why I think people should be very careful on that kind of informations they share, because that information might end up reaching the wrong person.

Also, sometimes the bigger danger is not even about telling people the amount you're holding, but it's the attention that comes with it. If you're the type of person that always like looking very successful or wealthy online, that can end up attracting both scammers and people who just want to take advantage of you.  So it's better to keep a low profile, because when people don't have enough information about your finances and activities, it's makes hard for them to use it against you.

Many make the mistake of where, when and whom they discuss there personal matters with causing them there life and property.
I was at a bar some months ago when I heard a young guy discussing with his college his business transactions which includes his profits and some names of his business partners, but was not paying full attention to what they where talking. Only to hear later that same business man was trailed to his house and was robbed and injured.
Many of this discussions we do should be made private, if we must discussed with friends.

So, is it worth taking the risk to intimidate other people with your investments?

It doesn’t worth it. That’s why it’s not good to follow everything online because there are so many scammers/Ponzi scheme online.

I don't see much wisdom in showing off your investments or how much money you have in front of everyone. Especially when newbies see a large profit or a huge wallet, there are many times when they think that person is experienced without verifying it. And this is where the main problem arises, because later, using that trust, someone can show you a dubious coin, investment group, or quick profit opportunity.

In reality, it is not easy for an ordinary person to verify whether the balance or profit shown in the picture is real. So instead of following someone's advice after seeing the amount of money, you should verify what he is reasoning and whether there is any real information behind that statement.

If a person has a lot of Bitcoin, it means that he is a very good investor and his decision will be correct. Rather, there is a security benefit in keeping the amount of your assets private, because if you unnecessarily tell everyone how much you own, you increase the risk of becoming a target of fraud or other threats. It is safer to verify yourself and rely on your own decisions without being influenced by someone's performance online.

Honestly in Nigeria the case seem to be different, individuals in Nigeria find pride in attaching this symbols to their name, and to some extent is has become a normal thing how much do you hear of crime cases as a result of victims attaching symbols to their names in Nigeria ?
I feel is not about names or what you attached to it, it's mostly about what you disclosed to the public, even if your answering name.. BTC and so on nobody will give your f*** but by what you disclosed to the public increases interests in what type of person you are and how rich you are, attaching those symbols to your name to me doesn't look like a serious situation majority of scammers/fraudsters in Nigeria have turned it to be a normal thing, once they realize some amount of money change of name follows Cheesy Cheesy

Ordinarily, there’s literally no point of sharing any of your personal financial records, from how much you are currently earning to how much you’re actually investing. Although there are specific situations that may actually prompt you to use these information to sight a realistic idea or example so others may better understand where you’re driving at. But even in such a situation, it’s crucial to know when and who you share these information to or better still you could still present it as a hypothetical scenario, that way not everyone would really understand that you are actually talking about yourself

Normally, if someone is leaving in an environment with high level of crime then such person should keep their wealth a secret and not flaunt it else the person would be risking his life to criminals. Bitcoin is becoming very valueable and criminals are also taking note and would try to steal from anyone that gives them the opportunity.
You should not wait to be living in a crime-infused environment before you practice privacy of your assets and finances. Privacy should be a discipline and a way of life for you. Even if you're living in a well protected environment, you should always try not to draw attention to yourself as you can be compromising your personal security in the process and increasing the possibility of wrench attacks on yourself. Reducing publicity of your assets helps to keep you off the radar of both internal and external criminal elements.

Not only in high crime environments, but there are many polite people in society who, if they know that you have Bitcoin, may inform the government or criminals. Those people can harass you in various ways or kidnap you and take your Bitcoin holdings. I think that it is not necessary to even tell any of your family members that you have Bitcoin holdings.

In reality, if you are rich, you will be targeted by criminals who will try to extort money from you by putting you in danger whenever they get the opportunity. You can identify some people around you who want to harm you. It is important to be careful about those who want to harm you.

When making any kind of investment, it is more profitable to remain silent and let your accomplishments speak for you rather than revealing your investment to the general public. I am aware that it may be challenging to completely conceal your investment from everyone, particularly your close relatives, but you would be better off keeping your investment private and discussing it only in private. Many people have been attacked for disclosing their Bitcoin holdings to friends they don't trust, and some of them have taken their own lives or lost their assets.

We should be aware that anytime you discuss your Bitcoin investment in an unusual way, you put both your life and your asset at risk. This is because we have seen what is happening around us and even on the Internet. It's possible that you can keep the key to your success even when you're with someone, but there are times when even friends can get in the way of your success.Even though some people might not want to invest in Bitcoin, we have seen how profitable it can be, and if you give them the chance, some of them might want to take over your investment. Thus, invest with caution to avoid becoming ensnared by enemies surround you.
