What's your thought on someone that chooses to use their Bitcoin to buy an iPhone?
I think there's nothing wrong if someone decides to purchase an iPhone with Bitcoin but that person might later regret when Bitcoin grows huge in value after sometime and that same iPhone drops its value. But, again the ones who purchases it will also spend some good time using that device and that time counts as well so I think it's fully okay if someone decides to purchase an iPhone by choosing Bitcoin as a payment method.

That is a completely individual thing. For example, i wouldn't buy an iPhone and pay for it in BTC. To be clear, i would never buy an iPhone anyway Cheesy A lot of people use their phones to make money, but honestly, i know more people who have an iPhone just to show that they have one. So use your head and spend your BTC wisely.

A gadget store that has iPhones and also accept Bitcoin as payment should be a genuine one and I don't think there's anything wrong with using your Bitcoin to purchase anything, some people said that Bitcoin isn't only to buy and hold that it can also be used to make purchases of the things you need and I don't disagree with that. My only concern with using Bitcoin to purchase items from these stores is to always make sure that it isn't a trap to make you admit that you have Bitcoin in your possession but I don't have any problems using Bitcoin to buy an iPhone for myself.

Well I believe this has run its course
I was at least expecting a diverse view but I guess majority states that there is no issue
When we barely even make use of Bitcoin as a medium of exchange even when it's accepted.
So from the summary, majority on the forum believes medium of exchange is from the merchants end
And not from the customers.

Thanks for all the response. Will be locking the thread.
