I really appreciate when casinos are upfront about what they're ok with and in my opinion Bitz is doing a very good job offering a VPN to their users because this way nobody has to worry about signing up and providing data to third party servixez just to access a website.

Users of a certain website can utilise such service to access it without having to worry about government censorship. I also like that they're offering a free VPN service through an open source client. More casinos should do that to offer their players some protection from government censorship.

I think this is the first time I’ve seen casinos offer such a convenient VPN feature to their users.
Bitz has done a great job I hadn't come across a service like this before. It’s a truly practical feature for users, especially considering the access issues that can arise in certain countries. Can someone make it clear, if provider restrict you from playing their slots, is this the same as casino restricting country to gamble in their casino? Looks like it is not the same. Because VPN usage on Bitz is not allowed according to ToS, but its VPN only allow to access slots that restrict you from playing. Long story short, Bitz allow only to use VPN to play selected slots, yet your account must be still from countries that are not restricted in their ToS. I think many did not get that point and think that Bitz allow to use VPN for everyone and for everything.

You're right. These are two different cases where a casino allows the usage of VPNs in general to access their platform, and a casino on the other hand provides its users with a VPN of their own that they can use or activate in case the users aren't able to access some slots due to geographical restrictions from the provider. In the first case, if a user is found using a VPN when the casino doesn't allow it, the user will have to face the consequences because the casino can confiscate their funds and close their account, but in the second instance, it's not that big of a problem because as long as a player is able to play the game, it's the responsibility of the casino to pay them if they win something from that game even if the provider has them restricted in general.

So I think it's better not to assume they are telling users to break local gambling rules unless they clearly say that.

Its convenient option, since they recommended that option, but when it comes on country restriction I don't think its still best to use that tool they presented.

Because it doesn't change anything. Law must be respected and if they know their country is listed on restricted list or there's already restriction happening in their country.

Better don't use VPN to bypass restriction, because maybe later on they will suffer on the consequences of their action and they might encounter a serious problem. So better for people to be aware on the rules or laws implemented to see if they are allowed to gamble or not.

Most gambling sites include various restrictions in their terms and conditions, including country-specific ones, to avoid losing their licenses. It seems to me that casino owners aren't particularly happy about this, since it excludes a large number of users and, as a result, causes them to lose profit from those users.
As for using a VPN, each gambler must assess for themselves the potential risks and whether it's worth it to bypass the restrictions or not.
