I really appreciate when casinos are upfront about what they're ok with and in my opinion Bitz is doing a very good job offering a VPN to their users because this way nobody has to worry about signing up and providing data to third party servixez just to access a website.
Users of a certain website can utilise such service to access it without having to worry about government censorship. I also like that they're offering a free VPN service through an open source client. More casinos should do that to offer their players some protection from government censorship.
I think this is the first time I’ve seen casinos offer such a convenient VPN feature to their users. Bitz has done a great job I hadn't come across a service like this before. It’s a truly practical feature for users, especially considering the access issues that can arise in certain countries. Plus, the fact that they offer it through their own open-source client—rather than redirecting users to a third-party VPN service makes it feel much more trustworthy, in my opinion.

Can someone make it clear, if provider restrict you from playing their slots, is this the same as casino restricting country to gamble in their casino? Looks like it is not the same. Because VPN usage on Bitz is not allowed according to ToS, but its VPN only allow to access slots that restrict you from playing. Long story short, Bitz allow only to use VPN to play selected slots, yet your account must be still from countries that are not restricted in their ToS. I think many did not get that point and think that Bitz allow to use VPN for everyone and for everything.
You're right. These are two different cases where a casino allows the usage of VPNs in general to access their platform, and a casino on the other hand provides its users with a VPN of their own that they can use or activate in case the users aren't able to access some slots due to geographical restrictions from the provider. In the first case, if a user is found using a VPN when the casino doesn't allow it, the user will have to face the consequences because the casino can confiscate their funds and close their account, but in the second instance, it's not that big of a problem because as long as a player is able to play the game, it's the responsibility of the casino to pay them if they win something from that game even if the provider has them restricted in general. A lot of people actually make the mistake of using VPNs to access specific casinos because they are not generally allowed to use them. You might be able to use the platform, make deposits, and gamble, but you will have problems when you try to make a withdrawal and the platform asks you to verify your identity because that will reveal your actual identity and where you are from, and if the casino has your country restricted in general and you have been gambling from there, you were basically going against their ToS, and they can deny your payment and also confiscate your funds.

It seems a bit complicated. Just because a user is using a VPN does not mean that he is playing from a banned country. Even most of the users here do not want the platform they are playing on to know about user privacy and security. For this reason, many people may use VPNs. Again, in some cases, it is observed that even though the country is not banned, their platform cannot be accessed without the use of a VPN. In this case, users are forced to use VPNs. In some cases, VPNs are used due to technical restrictions of a specific game provider.
The problem is when a user tries to hide his real location and play from a restricted country. Because this strategy will not work. Because currently most online casinos not only look at the IP address but also force you to complete KYC.

Even most of the users here do not want the platform they are playing on to know about user privacy and security. For this reason, many people may use VPNs.
If anyone does not want a gambling site to know their location, it is possible they should not use the gambling site to gamble at all because they are centralized and anyone can be forced to get verified. Also it is worth knowing that the Bitz VPN server is controlled by Bitz which the gambling site can easily use to know the IP of the users that are using it.

For several reasons, casinos wouldn't allow even accounts using von to access their site and I wouldn't blame these casino because I believe that would have been some severe penalty that would far if they decide to take it lightly on this issues and judging from what I'm seeing, it seems that, the Bitz team wouldn't be having issues with people who try to access their sites from countries that have restrictions through the use of a vpn even if it's not the own downloaded from their sites? I just want to be clear on this ground so we can be sure of what we're doing and how safe we can be while gambling to avoid our winnings been held with excuses like this.

I'm not sure about that because it's their own VPN being advertised, so using the VPN they provide is probably the more convenient option. They also don't explicitly say that people from countries where gambling is restricted should use the VPN to bypass those restrictions. What they say is that you can play slots without restrictions using the VPN they provide, and that's a different thing. So I think it's better not to assume they are telling users to break local gambling rules unless they clearly say that.

Its convenient option, since they recommended that option, but when it comes on country restriction I don't think its still best to use that tool they presented. Because it doesn't change anything. Law must be respected and if they know their country is listed on restricted list or there's already restriction happening in their country. Better don't use VPN to bypass restriction, because maybe later on they will suffer on the consequences of their action and they might encounter a serious problem. So better for people to be aware on the rules or laws implemented to see if they are allowed to gamble or not.

Most gambling sites include various restrictions in their terms and conditions, including country-specific ones, to avoid losing their licenses. It seems to me that casino owners aren't particularly happy about this, since it excludes a large number of users and, as a result, causes them to lose profit from those users. As for using a VPN, each gambler must assess for themselves the potential risks and whether it's worth it to bypass the restrictions or not.

But perhaps the VPN that they recommended is much user friendly or at least when they see someone using it (I won't mentioned the VPN services), they will allow him/her to access their sites even if they are in the so called list of restricted nation. And I was thinking that if the VPN services recognized that someone is using it to access Bitz.io, then it's all good.

This casino makes it easy for its users to experience gambling without being restricted, even when they don't know which locations are supported or not, as long as they are willing to use their platform's VPN to gamble.
Everything here comes down to the gambler's experience: being able to use a particular casino that supports a VPN, and you don't have to struggle any longer with being limited to a specific region that is or isn't supported; the casino VPN does everything for you to place you on a better IP address that enables you to gamble on their platform smoothly.

I recently wrote that Punkz.com also has a separate section explaining how to play through a VPN. They even recommend a specific VPN and suggest which location you should connect to for the best experience on their site.
So I think this could become a more common approach among casinos as a way to attract even more players.

Yeah its all fine and dandy, to be able to gamble without worrying whether your country is restricted or not, but what do you think will happen if you win larger amount of money and according to T&S your country is among restricted ones? Do you think they will let you withdraw the money without KYC, and how do you think things will go when you submit your documents? Just something to think about.

Why are gambling sites not making it easy for those that are not gambling from countries that are not banned? You can see that Bitz make it easy.
Usually, I only look for casino sites that allow the use of a VPN, rather than those providing their own built-in VPN service, but the Bitz platform makes this process much easier for users. Personally, I typically use a specific DNS provider to access gambling sites that would otherwise be inaccessible; it is a simple process that only requires a bit of browser configuration. By the way, I am curious about one thing: is it permissible to use a VPN other than the one provided by Bitz ? Also, are there VPN servers available across various continents ? As we know, low latency is essential for playing online casino games.

According to Blitz terms and conditions, VPN is prohibited for anyone that want to use it to bypass geolocation restriction, the gambling site does not outrightly ban VPN but ban it for anyone that are gambling from locations or countries that are not allowed by the gambling site.

Honestly, in most cases, the Gambler may be prevented from making withdrawals when large amount of money is involved, then you will be forced to interact with their customer service and from there they may demanded for your KYC, but we can because of this assume that all the platforms are the same or behave in a similar manner, only up to us with our fate and the casino we are using.

From what I am seeing this could be a direct marketing from the site as the VPN could be directly provided by them and you know that means as well? Well, for them to allow VPN is actually a nice steps and is good as well because there are some casinos that doesn’t allowed and permits VPN on their gambling site and if they investigated and noticed that the said gambler is using a VPN then there winning could be ceased or asset gotten frozen for having to violate their terms and conditions but seeing this site permits VPN is a good thing because they so much cared about privacy.

It is even funny because Bitz most probably got paid from Amnezia to promote their VPN. This is first time I see casino is advertising something except their own service. Usually others advertise casinos. Btw people are so blind to read that they suggest to use VPN only to access games that restrict you from playing. They dont say that VPN should be used to access casino from restricted country. People misunderstand that, will have their account banned/withdrawals cancelled, and will run online to complain about that

If that's the case, then using a VPN can look like bypassing that restriction just so we can play. I understand that sometimes the casino itself does not block our country, but certain game providers do. For me, that's still a restriction, just implemented by the provider instead of the casino. So if the casino is encouraging players to use a VPN specifically to get around that restriction, that's where it becomes questionable. It can look like they are helping users access something that was intentionally blocked in their jurisdiction.

Of course not, because they are being given an opportunity to play, and that go signal from the casino already gives some assurance that VPN use itself will not become a problem later. Since they even recommend which VPN to use, it should also be easier for them to know how players are accessing the games. They shouldn't suddenly change their position later and blame the player for doing something they allowed in the first place. So from the casino side, I think gamblers can be more relaxed and enjoy playing, although it's still better to make sure the casino's terms and local rules are not being violated. No need to overthink it too much.

If the casino recommend the VPN, then I will be willing to use it and that is really nice of Punkz, one of the finest casino I have ever used. I have never hard issues with them ever, your post confirms that a reputable casino will not want to complicate things for their users. Apart from a situation such as you have mentioned, I will always try to avoid using VPN in any casino since my country is not easily restricted from casino sites due to the friendly gambling laws we have here.
